Functional Nature of Life-long Learning in Raising Living Standard in Inclusive Society

The structural-functional analysis of the socio-cultural peculiarities of implementing inclusive policy in educational process in Russia is carried out. The issues of the inclusive approach introduction in higher education are touched upon. The main indicators of the living standard in the country including the level and accessibility of education are listed, interrelation of the living standard and quality of education are emphasized. The history of development and the difficulties of implementing inclusive education in Russia are considered. In particular, the historical, organizational, content and socio-economic peculiarities of inclusive education development in Russia are conceptualized. The importance of the inclusion being one of the main principles of the modern society is underlined. The main reasons for the difficulties in implementing inclusive education in Russia are indicated. Some of them are the lack of the necessary theoretical and methodological research as well as material and technical support. One of the main objectives in the implementation of inclusive education is a special organization of educational process including social integration and psychological adaptation of students with disabilities. A special role is given to the teacher who should be able to organize the educational process effectively providing equal opportunities for all its participants. In conclusion, possible solutions of the problems connecting with implementing an inclusive approach in higher education in Russia are outlined taking into account the peculiarities of its development

Current trends in studying glaucoma: a review of published data

Materials and Methods: this paper reviews English published data on glaucoma indexed in PubMed database and papers from the "Ophthalmological Journal" and "American Journal of Ophthalmology over 50 years (1970–2019), and open access journals («National Journal Glaucoma" and "British Journal of Ophthalmology") over the last ten years (2010–2019). Results: published data analysis demonstrated a steadily increased interest in studying all aspects of glaucoma from 1970 until now. In&nbsp;2010–2019, there was a growing interest in the personalized approach to the study and treatment of glaucoma. Over this period, studies on the fundamental basis of glaucoma and its surgical management became the priority in Russia and foreign&nbsp; countries. Meanwhile, the interest in glaucoma surgery is still predominant in Russian published data from 1970 until now (although its growth rate reduced by 2019). In the 1980s, studying the functional status of glaucoma using automated perimetry gained the most popularity. Since 2000, the interest has switched to the morphometry of optic nerve head (ONH) using optical coherence tomography. Conclusions: primary studies on glaucoma are similar in Russia and foreign countries, i.e., theoretical aspects (etiology and pathogenesis) and improving surgical techniques. Our findings demonstrate a growing interest in a personalized approach to study glaucoma. Since 2010, there has been an increase in domestic published data on conservative treatment for glaucoma. To date, the most promising diagnostic modality is ONH morphometry. COPPING BEHAVIOR OF CLINICALLY HEALTHY PERSONS AND PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION DEVOTING TO VARIOUS SOCIAL GROUPS AND ADAPTIVE RESERVES OF THEIR CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

Current article shows results of psychophysiological checkup of 266 clinically healthy people and of 64 patients with arterial hypertension (average age 23,54±7,05years old), from different social status categories. Was determined that all clinically healty people were choosing adaptive forms of coping behaviour and had satisfactory adaptation reserves of cardiovascular system (except certificated medical personnel, who had adaptation mechanisms stresses).
