    Three-body breakup within the fully discretized Faddeev equations

    A novel approach is developed to find the three-body breakup amplitudes and cross sections within the modified Faddeev equation framework. The method is based on the lattice-like discretization of the three-body continuum with a three-body stationary wave-packet basis in momentum space. The approach makes it possible to simplify drastically all the three- and few-body breakup calculations due to discrete wave-packet representations for the few-body continuum and simultaneous lattice representation for all the scattering operators entering the integral equation kernels. As a result, the few-body breakup can be treated as a particular case of multi-channel scattering in which part of the channels represents the true few-body continuum states. As an illustration for the novel approach, an accurate calculations for the three-body breakup process n+dn+n+pn+d\to n+n+p with non-local and local NNNN interactions are calculated. The results obtained reproduce nicely the benchmark calculation results using the traditional Faddeev scheme which requires much more tedious and time-consuming calculations.Comment: 17 pages, 13 figure

    Evaluating the effectiveness of public health financing based on financial and non-financial indicators in terms of the knowledge economy

    In conditions of the knowledge economy human capital, human value are the main factors of economic growth and prosperity of the state. Qualitative characteristics of human capital are indicators of public health. Therefore, one of the most important tasks of the state is to assess the effectiveness of financing public health expenditures. The methodological base of the research was the methods of system and economic analysis, mathematical statistics and decision optimization, which resulted in the identification of factors influencing the resource supply, availability and quality of public health. The formation of a comprehensive indicator of the effectiveness of the public health system based on the system of financial and non-financial indicators will allow to form numerically an assessment of the effectiveness of investments in public health and draw conclusions about the resources' provision, level of development, accessibility and quality of public health. The obtained results can be used in making effective public financial decisions, which allow to achieve an increase of accessibility and quality of health care, focusing on the human capital in conditions of knowledge economy.peer-reviewe

    The paper describes the data, rules and results of SentiRuEval, evaluation of Russian object-oriented sentiment analysis systems. Two tasks were proposed to participants. The first task was aspect-oriented analysis of reviews about restaurants and automobiles, that is the primary goal was to find word and expressions indicating important characteristics of an entity (aspect terms) and then classify them into polarity classes and aspect categories. The second task was the reputation-oriented analysis of tweets concerning banks and telecommunications companies. The goal of this analysis was to classify tweets in dependence of their influence on the reputation of the mentioned company. Such tweets could express the user's opinion or a positive or negative fact about the organization

    Steady state of atoms in a resonant field with elliptical polarization

    We present a complete set of analytical and invariant expressions for the steady-state density matrix of atoms in a resonant radiation field with arbitrary intensity and polarization. The field drives the closed dipole transition with arbitrary values of the angular momenta JgJ_{g} and JeJ_{e} of the ground and excited state. The steady-state density matrix is expressed in terms of spherical harmonics of a complex direction given by the field polarization vector. The generalization to the case of broad-band radiation is given.     Purpose. To identify factors influencing compliance with treatment for arterial hypertension (AH) among the aboriginal and nonaboriginal inhabitants of Gornaya Shoria.Materials and methods. We performed a clinical epidemiological study in the population of Gornaya Shoria (with a sample of 453 people). Arterial blood pressure (AP) was measured using a mercury sphygmomanometer after a 10-minute rest in both arms according to the WHO recommendations (1980) and the measurement was repeated after a 5-minute interval. The diagnosis of AH was made irrespective of the AP levels and was based on the use of hypotensive drugs. We applied a questionnaire in those subjects who were willing to fill it in (including data on age, marital status, education, alimentary behaviour, presence of AH, current therapy, presence of a permanent income and previous diseases). The subjects were divided into three age groups including the young group aged 19 to 39 years, the middle group aged 40 to 59 and the older group aged 60 and above. Also, the subjects were classified into those with higher education, those with secondary education and those with primary education.Results. The prevalence of AH in the population of Gornaya Shoria was higher than the average Russian level. The aboriginal inhabitants showed lower levels of awareness than the non-aboriginal and they were less likely to reach target levels of AP. Treatment compliance correlated with social status in both ethnic groups. Old age pensioners were found to be more committed to therapy, irrespective of their ethnicity. In the aboriginal population, those employed were more committed to therapy than the unemployed. The level of education did not influence treatment compliance.Цель. Выявить факторы, влияющие на комплаентность в терапии АГ у шорцев и некоренных жителей Горной Шории.Материалы и методы. Проведено клинико-эпидемиологическое исследование населения Горной Шории (выборка 453 человека). Измерение АД проводилось ртутным сфигмоманометром после десятиминутного отдыха двукратно на обеих руках по методике ВОЗ (1980) с интервалом в пять минут. Диагноз АГ устанавливался независимо от уровня АД на фоне приема гипотензивных препаратов. Проводилось добровольное анкетирование (возраст, семейное положение, образование, пищевое поведение, наличие АГ, принимаемая терапия, наличие постоянного дохода, перенесенные заболевания). Обследуемые были разделены на три возрастные группы: младшая – от 19 до 39 лет, средняя – от 40 до 59 лет и старшая – 60 лет и старше. По уровню образования выделены три категории: лица, получившие высшее образование, среднее специальное образование и начальное образование.Результаты. Распространенность АГ среди населения Горной Шории выше по сравнению со среднероссийскими показателями. У представителей коренной национальности отмечен более низкий уровень осведомленности и меньший процент лиц, достигающих целевых уровней АД, чем у некоренной. В обеих этнических группах комплаентность к лечению АГ кореллировалас социальным статусом. Большая приверженность к терапии отмечена среди пенсионеров, как коренных, так и некоренных. У представителей коренной этнической группы более привержено к терапии АГ работающее население, чем неработающее. Не оказывал влияния на комплаентность уровень образования обследованных

    Background. Targeted biopsy is proposed as a method of choice in the algorithm of prostate cancer diagnosis, but not all the features of method has been evaluated. Objective: determine the rational number of targeted biopsy samples in patients with clinically significant prostate cancer. Materials and methods. The magnetic resonance imaging and fusion biopsy data of 156 patients with suspected prostate cancer were retrospectively evaluated. Results and conclusion. In the study statistically significant dependence of the positive histological results in patients with clinically significant prostate cancer from the number of biopsy samples was found. The potential probability of a false negative histological examination with an insufficient number of biopsy samples was noted. These results confirm the latest published data of potential targeted biopsy false in true positive patients after multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging. An increase in the number of biopsy samples in the target lesion reduces the likelihood of false-negative results. The main causes of such discrepancy are some technical laxity and the heterogeneous histological structure of prostate cancer. Increase the number of biopsy cores can reduce the likelihood of false-negative results. © 2020 ABC-press Publishing House. All rights reserved
