Application of Data Mining and Process Mining approaches for improving e-Learning Processes
The paper describes the basic principles of Data mining and Process mining methods, their similarities and differences. Some examples of special software for Data mining and Process mining are presented. The authors examine the research in Educational Data Mining field, associated with the use of Data mining techniques in education, give examples of problems to be solved with the use of Data mining and Process mining techniques in the area of traditional and e-learning, describe the possibilities and limitations of different methods. Evaluating the effectiveness of public health financing based on financial and non-financial indicators in terms of the knowledge economy
In conditions of the knowledge economy human capital, human value are the main factors of economic growth and prosperity of the state. Qualitative characteristics of human capital are indicators of public health. Therefore, one of the most important tasks of the state is to assess the effectiveness of financing public health expenditures.
The methodological base of the research was the methods of system and economic analysis, mathematical statistics and decision optimization, which resulted in the identification of factors influencing the resource supply, availability and quality of public health.
The formation of a comprehensive indicator of the effectiveness of the public health system based on the system of financial and non-financial indicators will allow to form numerically an assessment of the effectiveness of investments in public health and draw conclusions about the resources' provision, level of development, accessibility and quality of public health.
The obtained results can be used in making effective public financial decisions, which allow to achieve an increase of accessibility and quality of health care, focusing on the human capital in conditions of knowledge economy.peer-reviewe
Polarity of selected derivatives of diselenophosphinic acid

Conformational analysis of secondary arylalkylphosphine selenides
Conformational analysis of bis(2-phenylalkyl)phosphine selenides was performed by the dipole moment method and quantum-chemical calculations. Bis(2-phenylpropyl)phosphine selenide was found to exist as a mixture of several conformers, the most energetically favorable of which being characterized by gauche (non-eclipsed) orientation of the P=Se and Csp3-C sp3 bonds. Three very young HgMn stars in the Orion OB1 Association
We report the detection of three mercury-manganese stars in the Orion OB1
association. HD 37886 and BD-0 984 are in the approximately 1.7 million year
old Orion OB1b. HD 37492 is in the approximately 4.6 million year old Orion
OB1c. Orion OB1b is now the youngest cluster with known HgMn star members. This
places an observational upper limit on the time scale needed to produce the
chemical peculiarities seen in mercury-manganese stars, which should help in
the search for the cause or causes of the peculiar abundances in HgMn and other

The polarities of bis(2-phenylethyl) and bis(2-phenylpropyl) phosphine selenides were determined and conformational analysis of these phosphine selenides was carried out by the method of dipole moments, IR spectroscopy, and quantum chemical calculations. Based on the analysis of semantic errors in the perception of multi-valued words and experimental data on the interpretation by younger schoolchildren of multi-valued words, difficulties are learned by younger schoolchildren on the semantic structure of a polysemantic word and suggestions are made about factors that influence this process. The results of the analysis of the textbooks of the Russian language for elementary school by V. P. Kanakina, V. G. Goretsky are discussed from the point of view of possibilities for the full-fledged mastery of lexical polysemy. The conclusions about the need for systematic work aimed at the development and awareness of students of lexical ambiguity. This work involves the creation of conditions for mastering different meanings of the word and establishing relationships between these meanings, helping the student realize the motivation of derived meanings of multi-valued words on the language material available to him
Vasa vasorum lumen narrowing in brain vascular hyalinosis in systemic hypertension patients who died of ischemic stroke
Ischemic stroke is a major cause of death among patients with systemic hypertension. The narrowing of the lumen of the brain vasculature contributes to the increased incidence of stroke. While hyalinosis represents the major pathological lesions contributing to vascular lumen narrowing and stroke, the pathogenic mechanism of brain vascular hyalinosis has not been well characterized. Thus, the present study examined the postmortem brain vasculature of human patients who died of ischemic stroke due to systemic hypertension. Hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry showed the occurrence of brain vascular hyalinosis with infiltrated plasma proteins along with the narrowing of the vasa vasorum and oxidative stress. Transmission electron microscopy revealed endothelial cell bulge protrusion into the vasa vasorum lumen and the occurrence of endocytosis in the vasa vasorum endothelium. The treatment of cultured microvascular endothelial cells with adrenaline also promoted the formation of the bulge as well as endocytic vesicles. The siRNA knockdown of sortin nexin-9 (a mediator of clathrin-mediated endocytosis) inhibited adrenaline-induced endothelial cell bulge formation. Adrenaline promoted protein-protein interactions between sortin nexin-9 and neural WiskottβAldrich syndrome protein (a regulator of actin polymerization). Spontaneously hypertensive stroke-prone rats also exhibited lesions indicative of brain vascular hyalinosis, the endothelial cell protrusion into the lumen of the vasa vasorum, and endocytosis in vasa vasorum endothelial cells. We propose that endocytosis-dependent endothelial cell bulge protrusion narrows the vasa vasorum, resulting in ischemic oxidative damage to cerebral vessels, the formation of hyalinosis, the occurrence of ischemic stroke, and death in systemic hypertension patients
