Embedding of the Lie superalgebra D(2,1;α)D(2, 1 ; \alpha) into the Lie superalgebra of pseudodifferential symbols on S1∣2S^{1|2}

We obtain an embedding of a one-parameter family of exceptional simple Lie superalgebras $D(2, 1 ; \alpha)$ into the Lie superalgebra of pseudodifferential symbols on the supercircle $S^{1|2}$. Correspondingly, there is an embedding of $D(2, 1 ; \alpha)$ into a nontrivial central extension of the derived contact superconformal algebra $K'(4)$ realized in terms of $4\times 4$ matrices over a Weyl algebra.Comment: 19 pages, LaTex, to be published in J.Math. On Einstein equations on manifolds and supermanifolds

The Einstein equations (EE) are certain conditions on the Riemann tensor on the real Minkowski space M. In the twistor picture, after complexification and compactification M becomes the Grassmannian $Gr_{2}^{4}$ of 2-dimensional subspaces in the 4-dimensional complex one. Here we answer for which of the classical domains considered as manifolds with G-structure it is possible to impose conditions similar in some sense to EE. The above investigation has its counterpart on superdomains: an analog of the Riemann tensor is defined for any supermanifold with G-structure with any Lie supergroup G. We also derive similar analogues of EE on supermanifolds. A spinor-like representation of the contact superconformal algebra K'(4)

In this work we construct an embedding of a nontrivial central extension of the contact superconformal algebra K'(4) into the Lie superalgebra of pseudodifferential symbols on the supercircle S^{1|2}. ОБРАЗ ЖИЗНИ И СОЦИАЛЬНОЕ САМОЧУВСТВИЕ СВОБОДНО ЗАНЯТЫХ РАБОТНИКОВ: МЕЖРЕГИОНАЛЬНОЕ СРАВНЕНИЕ

The results of the cross-regional social study provide information on the relevant aspects of non-standard form of employment — freelance — obtained directly from participants involved in the social process. The authors demonstrate that the social community of freelancers differs from other communities in status, value and behavioral characteristics. At the same time, analysis of the behavioral models of freelancers shows internal differentiation of this group through different needs in material and social benefits, professional and social attitude and use of recreational, working and other social practices. Both skilled in-demand freelancers and workers with temporary freelance orders in addition to the main job coexist within the freelance community. Particular qualities of freelancers’ lifestyle reduce social wellbeing of the group and do not allow them to enter the segment of the regional middle class, keeping them in “reserve” or even on the periphery of the social structure. ”Growing points” for this group are proactivity, internal locus of control and focus on the use of their own resources for solving problems leading to citizens’ initiative development.Данные проведенного авторами межрегионального социологического исследования дают возможность получить информацию по актуальным аспектам нестандартной формы занятости — свободной занятости — от непосредственных участников этого социального процесса. Авторы статьи демонстрируют, что социальная общность свободно занятых работников (фрилансеров) отличается от других общностей статусными, ценностными и поведенческими характеристиками. В то же время анализ моделей поведения фрилансеров демонстрирует внутреннюю дифференциацию данной группы через различия потребностей в материальных и социальных благах, профессиональных и социальных установках и использовании рекреативных, трудовых и других социальных практик. Внутри фриланс-сообщества сосуществуют востребованные самозанятые специалисты и работники, временно выполняющие фриланс-заказы в дополнение к основной работе. При этом представленные в статье особенности образа жизни фрилансеров снижают социальное самочувствие группы и не позволяют им войти в ядро среднего класса регионов, оставляя их в резерве или даже на периферии социальной структуры регионов. “Точками роста” для данной группы являются инициативность, внутренний локус контроля, ориентация на использование собственных ресурсов для решения возникающих проблем, что делает возможным развитие гражданских инициатив.

Information sources in the educational activities of students of a medical university

The article presents the results of a study devoted to the study of information sources that students use during the period of distance learning due to the covid-19 pandemic. During the study, it was shown that 5th year students are aware of the existence of most authoritative sources of information, however, their application in the educational process is limited. It was also shown that 56% of students participate in additional educational activities 1-2 times a year or less, which requires the development of corrective measuresВ статье приведены результаты исследования, посвященного изучению информационных источников, к которым прибегают студенты в период дистанционного обучения, обусловленного пандемией «ковид-19». В ходе исследования было показано, что студенты 5 курса осведомлены о существовании большинства авторитетных источников информации, однако применение их в учебном процессе ограничено. Также было показано, что 56% студентов участвуют в дополнительных образовательных мероприятиях 1-2 раза в год и реже, что требует разработки корректирующих мероприятий
