STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The basic results of sampling of graduates of educational organizations in 2010-2015 are considered. The analysis of dynamics of the number of graduates during their employment was carried out. The results of employment of graduates in the rst job are evaluated. The situation of graduates in the labor market in 2016 as well as their wages and the distribution of the spheres of labor activity are analyzed. Special attention is paid to assessing the satisfaction of graduates with work. The characteristic of unemployment among graduates of educational organizations of 2010-2015 is given

Analysis of the development of the digital economy in Europe

Digitalisation has been actively introduced into the life of society and business in recent years. Currently, there are almost no professions that are not related to the use of information and communication technologies. Personnel are actively retrained to work in new conditions. Websites provide an opportunity of processing and submitting documents in electronic form, and electronic commerce is developing. Of course, the digital economy is more or less developed in various countries. Various international organizations calculate and publish special indices that characterize the level of its development. This allows researchers to compare countries with each other. The authors consider the methodology for calculating the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), which is used in the EU countries. Moreover, they give a description of the sources of information on which it is based. The article gives a detailed description of the components of the index, as well as the indicators that are included in each of the components. Countries were grouped according to the value of this indicator calculated in 2021. As a result of the study, the authors identifed countries that are leaders, as well as countries that lag behind in terms of both the index of the digital economy and society as a whole, and its components: human capital, communications, integration of digital technologies and digital public services. In lagging countries researchers have identifed problem areas. They noted that many countries currently have problems with 5G availability, as well as with its coverage. In addition, the bandwidth of at least 1 Gbit/s is developed at an insufcient level. The results of the study identify problem areas in the development of the digital economy of countries. It is recommended to pay close attention to them when developing an appropriate policy

The main indicators, characterizing the scientific potential of the regions of the Russian Federation, have been considered. The distribution of organizations, performing research and development, as well as personnel employed in them, by region, has been analyzed. Particular attention has been paid to the characteristics of the scope of variation and uniformity of the number of personnel per organization, engaged in research and development in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the availability of academic degrees of candidate and doctor of sciences in scientific personnel in the regions of the country has been made. Mathematical model of stacked one-sided arrangement of the burners

Statistical analysis of the factors of information society development in the Russian Federation

The article summarises the system of indicators characterising the development of the information society. A generalising characteristic of the subjects of the Russian Federation was given for each of the 23 indicators, which made it possible to identify regions with different fluctuations of the trait. All indicators have been formed into four factors: human capital, innovation potential, information and communication infrastructure and access, and the economic environment. According to the indicators included in each group, the corresponding subindexes have been calculated. Ratings of regions according to the value of sub-indices have been compiled. Based on the values of the sub-indices, the integral indicator characterising the development of the information society has been calculated. The leading and lagging subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of its significance have been identified. In order to identify regions that are homogeneous in terms of the level of development of the information society, their grouping has been carried out

Competence analysis of artificial intelligence professionals

In the conditions of digitalisation, it is necessary to have the appropriate skills. Therefore, many applicants choose occupations in which information technology (IT) and programming knowledge is predominant. Comprehensive measures for preparing graduates in the context of digitalisation cover the formation of appropriate educational programmes. The aim of the study is to provide recommendations for improving the educational process in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning based on comparing various programmes affecting the training of professionals in this field. The research uses the following methods. First, it is a sample survey, due to which 4 Russian universities that provide training in programmes in IT, are selected. Second, this is grouping and typology of basic educational curricula, professional standards and disciplines, due to which appropriate typological groupings, are constructed. That allows specifying requirements for knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for specialists in the field of AI. A comparative analysis of professional standards taking into account the work of a modern specialist with digital skills has been carried out. The competence approach in the educational process has been defined, and the need for a professional standard for IT specialists has been identified. Based on the results obtained, recommendations have been prepared on the basic disciplines that need to be included in the educational programmes of universities to prepare competitive graduates
