Microphysics of dust destruction: small catastrophes on the Universe scale

Несмотря на многочисленные исследования, природа космических пылинок до сих пор известна нам только в общих чертах. Интерпретация наблюдений отчасти затруднена тем, что универсальной модели космической пыли не существует. Наблюдения убедительно свидетельствуют, что свойства пыли заметно варьируются и в пределах нашей Галактики, и тем более за ее пределами. Одним из ключевых процессов, определяющих параметры ансамбля пылевых частиц, является их разрушение в результате действия нескольких факторов. В лекции будут описаны микрофизические аспекты этого процесса, преимущественно в отношении органических пылинок.Despite numerous studies we are still only aware of general features of the space dust nature. Interpretation of observations is in part hampered by the fact that the universal dust model simply does not exist. Observations definitely prove that dust properties vary significantly both within the Galaxy and even more so beyond its limits. One of the key processes, defining parameters of the dust grain ensemble, is their destruction under the action of several factors. Dust destruction at high galactic altitude

Рассматривается возможность дробления углистых пылевых частиц, выметаемых давлением излучения звезд в окологалактическое пространство вследствие относительного движения пылинок различных размеров. Расширена ранее разработанная модель движения пылинок различных размеров в Галактике под действием сил давления излучения, гравитации и сопротивления газа с учетом процессов разрушения. Рассматривается возможность выметания пыли с учетом ее столкновений с газом Галактики и с другими пылинками, а также уточняется диапазон размеров частиц, которые могут попасть в межгалактическое пространство благодаря описываемому механизму.The possibility of destruction carbonaceous dust particles swept out by the radiation pressure into near-galactic space due to the relative motion of dust particles of various sizes is considered. The earlier model of the motion of dust in the Galaxy under the action of radiation pressure, gravity, and gas resistance is expanded taking into account the destruction processes. The possibility of dust sweeping is considered taking into account its collisions with the gas of the Galaxy and with other dust particles. КАРИОПАТИЧЕСКОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ ЭКСТРАКТА Fasciola hepatica НА ЛАБОРАТОРНЫХ МЫШЕЙ

Effect of extract of trematodes Fasciola hepatica on body cells of laboratory mice is studied. A single intraperitoneal injection of rectified extract of fascioles was made into non-linear white male mice at the dose of 100 mg/kg of extract en- zyme. The total number of leucocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes has been registered. Blood films as well as red bone marrow- and seminal vesicles smears were stained using a Romanowsky - type stain and microscoped. Mitotic index was determined and number of abnormal mitotic figures calculated. It is found that a single intraperitoneal injection of rectified extract F. hepatica into non-linear white male mice increases the number of aneuploid cells of red bone marrow as well as stimulates production of lymphocytes and eosinophils. The re- ceived results confirm the ability of helminths to cause the host cell mitotic distur- bancesИзучено воздействие экстракта трематод Fasciola hepatica на клетки организма лабораторных мышей. Очищенный экстракт фасциол однократно внутри- брюшинно вводили нелинейным белым мышам- самцам в дозе 100 мкг белка. Проведен учет количест- ва лейкоцитов, лимфоцитов, моноцитов и гранулоци- тов. Мазки крови и мазки-отпечатки красного костно- го мозга и семенников окрашивали по Романовскому и микроскопировали. Определяли митотический ин- декс и подсчитывали число патологических фигур ми- тоза. Установлено, что однократное внутрибрюшинное введение лабораторным белым мышам соматического экстракта F. hepatica повышает число анэуплоидных клеток в красном костном мозге, а также стимулирует выработку лимфоцитов и эозинофилов. Полученные результаты подтверждают способность гельминтов вызывать нарушения процесса деления клеток в ор- ганизме хозяин

Global and National Tracks of Mobility of Graduates of Educational Institutions in Russia

Introduction. Involvement in global information flows, holding major international events in Russia, focusing on interaction with foreign universities and partners creates conditions for the formation of modern youth's focus on the global track of mobility - admission to educational organizations of foreign countries. At the same time, role and quality of education in Russia in the global market are increasing through the development of Russian education, internationalization and networking of universities. Such tendencies to increase mobility in education naturally require a study of the prevalence of the ideas of mobility in general and in certain areas among schoolchildren and university students. The aim of the study is to reveal the prevalence of the ideas of mobility (potential mobility), both within Russia and abroad, among graduates of educational institutions (at different levels). Materials and research methods. The study involved 1136 graduates of educational institutions in Ekaterinburg, of which 30% are graduates of secondary schools, lyceums and gymnasiums, 60% are graduates of bachelor's degrees from 4 universities, and 10% are graduates of master's degree from 3 universities. Research results. A study conducted in 2020-2021 indicated the following trends: the higher the level of education, the higher the value of the educational environment in the country of residence, the more broadly represented the national track of mobility (schoolchildren - 46%, bachelors - 51%, masters - 54%). Among the global market of educational services for all graduates of educational institutions in Russia, priority is given to Europe. Among bachelors, there are more of those who are confident that they can find the desired job in Russia (21%) than in another country. Master students are more confident in the possibilities of working in their specialty in Russia (36%). The older the graduate becomes, the more rational motives prevail in the track of mobility. Conclusion. The study of potential mobility allows us to conclude that the predominance of the national track of mobility is directly proportional to growing up, the older the respondent, the more rationally he approaches the choice of a further place of study and residence, taking into account the possibilities, both intellectual and financial. Thus, it becomes obvious why sufficiently high figures of potential mobility do not become as high indicators of real educational and labor emigrations. © 2021 LLC Ecological Help. Criminalization of Youth Culture: Content Analysis of Music Videos of Youth Idols

Принята к публикации: 12.10.2020.The article concentrates on the infl uence of musical art pieces on the dissemination and approval in youth environment values that are criminal in their orientation and content. Intrinsic to this problem is the destruction of the system of moral and legal norms that ensure the safety of a person, his property, and the possibility of self-realization and self-affi rmation in activities aimed at ensuring public welfare. Criminal culture creates a threat to the security of citizens, stability and integrity of the state, hindering its planned development. The paper shows that music and watching videos are now an integral part of the leisure of a signifi cant number of young people. At the same time, viewers do not always realize how often the video clips they watch affect the subconscious, the desire to satisfy egoistic interests by any means. A sociological study conducted in 2019 with the use of content analysis revealed that many popular musical works openly promote a disdain for the law, the right to assert power over people by force. The units to analyze were: demonstration in a video of the state of actors under the infl uence of alcohol, drugs, manifestations of various forms of violence, committing crimes by groups of antisocial orientation, freedom to use weapons, obscene language. The authors have also determined the frequency of representation of the elements of antisocial and criminal culture in the video clips popular among young people. 60 % of them demonstrate foul language and ready-to-use weapons, 50 % present examples of aggressive behaviour, most often under the infl uence of alcohol, and 20 % — actions of a criminal nature. The fi ndings have confi rmed the hypothesis: the visual content of video clips widely distributed on the Web is distinguished by a large number of elements of deviant behaviour borrowed from the criminal subculture, and modern society actively adopts them as a behaviour pattern. An urgent problem is to organize the counteraction of different publics, art workers to the spread of the criminal culture’ values exploiting music popular among the youth.В статье рассматривается проблема влияния произведений музыкального искусства на распространение и утверждение в молодежной среде ценностей криминальной по направленности и содержанию культуры. Она характеризуется разрушением системы моральных и правовых норм, обеспечивающих безопасность человека, его собственности, возможность самореализации и самоутверждение в деятельности, направленной на обеспечение общественного благополучия. Криминальная культура создает угрозу безопасности граждан, стабильности и целостности государства, препятствуя его планомерному развитию. Показано, что музыка и просмотр видеороликов в настоящее время являются неотъемлемой частью досуга значительной части молодежи. При этом слушатели не всегда осознают, как часто просматриваемые ими видеоклипы воздействуют на подсознание, стремления любыми способами реализовать эгоистические интересы. На материалах социологического исследования, проведенного в 2019 г. методом контент-анализа, показано, что во многих популярных музыкальных произведениях открыто пропагандируется пренебрежительное отношение к закону, право силой утверждать власть над людьми. В качестве единиц анализа выступили: демонстрация в видеоролике состояния действующих лиц под воздействием алкоголя, наркотиков, проявления разных форм насилия, совершение преступлений группировками асоциальной направленности, свобода использования оружия, нецензурная лексика. Определена частота представленности элементов асоциальной и криминальной культуры в популярных у молодежи видеоклипах. В 60 % из них активно используется нецензурная лексика, демонстрируется готовое к использованию оружие, в 50 % показаны примеры агрессивного поведения, чаще всего под влиянием алкоголя, в 20 % — действия преступного характера. Подтвердилась гипотеза: визуальное содержание видеоклипов, широко распространяемых СМИ, в Интернете, отличается большим количеством элементов девиантного поведения, заимствованных из криминальной субкультуры, активно утверждаемой в современном обществе в качестве нормы поведения личности. Актуальной проблемой становится организация противодействия общественности, деятелей искусства распространению ценностей криминальной культуры с помощью популярной в молодежной среде музыки
