Good Corporate Governance Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Berdasarkan Balanced Scorecard

The aims of the study were to describe the practice of good corporate governance, to measure performance on PDAM with balanced scorecard, and to find out the correlation between the practice of good corporate governance to performance. This study conducted on five PDAM in Jambi Province. Collection of data obtained through interviews, questionnare, annual report, related of documents and policies. The results of this study indicate good corporate governance practices on PDAM in Jambi Province in pretty good kriteria. PDAM performance scores as measured by balanced scorecard show overall is still considered less than the target maksimum working. The result of Pearson Product Moment test show the correlation between good corporate governance practices with the performance has a strong relationship but not significant

Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Hedonic Shopping Value Dan Impulse Buying (Survei Pada Konsumen Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square)

This research baims tob deter mine bandbexplain:-the effect of variable store atmosphere to ahed on shopping value; the influence of variable store atmosphere to, impulse buying; thein fluence of a variable hedonic shopping value to impulS buying. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Their participantsi of this research are the consumer of Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. The total sample 116 respondent take purposive sampling and for collecting by using question air. Analysis of the data used descriptive analysis and path analysis.The result of path analysis is how edit hat: store atmosphere significantly in fluencey only shopping value to 692 store atmosphere significant in fluence on impulse buying to 248; hedonici shopping value significant in fluence on impulse buying to y0,602. Based on these result, it should be Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square Management to asustain and enhance the store atmosphere indicators that have been rate well the consumer. The results from the study showed a growth rate of PT Bank Muamalat Tbk . in 2014 amounted to 20.32% and have a relative market share of 0.94x (star). In 2015, company included in the cash cow because the company has market growth rate of -5.09% and the relative market share of 0.83x. Companies that included in cash cow quadrant has to be more careful in making investments and keep the cash inflows under control so the cash does not drop significantly. Kontribusi Sektor Kehutanan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Forest area has reached 317 615 ha or 41.5% of the area of Kuantan SingingiRegency.District Own Source Revenue (PAD) is the income was earned from all of sources income in the area and by managed the local government that includes local tax revenues, results of retribution, wealth management outcomes was separated areas and other legitimate local revenues.The purpose of this study was to find of the contribution value forestry sector to District Own Source Revenue (PAD). The results showed that the contribution of the forestry sectorto district own source revenue(PAD) in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 is under 1% with a distribution in 2008 has the amount of 0,45% (Rp 115.000.000 from Rp 25.380.245.966), the year 2009 amounted to 0,5% (Rp 115.000.00 from Rp 23.147.073.224), the year 2010 amounted to 0,53% (Rp 115.000.000 from Rp 21.435.798.449), and in 2011 amounted to 0,48% (Rp 115.000.000 from Rp 23.755.740.032), indeed in 2012 the contribution forestry sector is 0% from Rp 30.269.207.812

Geomorphological Mapping for Land Suitability Evaluation

Geomorphology affects the potential of land. The geomorphological condition of an area has implications for physical characteristics, including: 1) type; 2) material; and 3) processes formed upon it. Understanding land capability allows for the evaluation of land suitability. Classification of land suitability is carried out by combining the results of land capability identification with requirements for plant growth or existing land use. Evaluation of land suitability can be done using the survey method. This study aimed to assess the suitability of land in Sumbersuko Village in Wagir District, Malang Regency. Land suitability was evaluated by matching the characteristics of the land with the land suitability class. This study used primary data taken from the regional morphology survey. Secondary data included: 1) digital elevation model data; 2) geological maps; 3) maps of soil types; and 4) Sentinel-2A images. The data from the field survey were then compiled using a geographic information system into maps using 2D and 3D modeling. The results of GIS analysis showed that Sumbersuko Village has six landform units, namely M1V1, M1V2, H2V2, U2V2, P2V2, and M3V3. Analysis of land capability and suitability of the six land units in a row gave the following results: 1) forest (highly suitable/S1); 2) forest and industry (suitable/S2); 3) plantation/agrotourism (moderately suitable /S3); 4) agriculture (not suitable/N); 5) residential area (less suitable/S3) S4); and 6) forest (highly suitable/S1).
