    Problem and goal. In the context of digital globalization traditional forms of communication at the university are forced to transform in order to meet educational objectives. However, the established practice of building communications in universities in new formats has revealed a number of problems of ineffective interaction between participants in the educational process. The article aims to identify the main features of the transformation of the forms of communication in distance learning at the university. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for the formation of an effective digital dialogue in the university-student-teacher triad. Materials and research methods. The study of the transformation of communication is considered from an economic, pedagogical, and philological (semiological) point of view. The economic approach includes consideration of resource constraints that prevent the development of various forms of communication in the educational space, and an assessment of the effectiveness of the communication process. The pedagogical approach allows to evaluate the technologies and formats of communication in online learning. The semiological approach is focused on the choice of techniques and schemes that are adequate to digital dialogue. The empirical research was carried out using the questionnaire. The survey involved 2-4-year students at the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin. Research results. In the 2020-2021 academic year, students were able to adapt to rapid inclusion in distance learning and the use of digital technologies, but half of the students prefer to return to the traditional format of education, 39% of students for a mixed (blended learning) format. It was found that if the verbal forms of communication when transferring the course content from the teacher to the students were not transformed taking into account the digital environment and online learning, then this could lead to unnecessary complexity for perception (according to 54.5% of respondents), the appearance of information noise, as a consequence, the appearance of discomfort (for 40% of the respondents) and attempts to avoid communication (for 18%). 52% of students indicated that their opinion about distance improved over time. Discussion and conclusions. The authors concluded that digital skills today mean more than digital literacy. In communication, it is important to develop new technologies, techniques and tools that are adequate to new educational and upbringing tasks. And in modern conditions, burdened by pandemic threats, other ways of digitalizing the university with the construction of effective communications are rather impossible. Β© 2021 LLC Ecological Help.     Inclusive organizational culture as a culture of diversity acceptance and mutual understanding

    The relevance of the study is the need to reform the educational environment based on the values of inclusion to ensure the accessibility of quality education for all people. The purpose of the study is to justify the need an inclusive culture formation as a culture of acceptance of diversity and mutual understanding. The research problem is the lack of development of an inclusive organizational culture is a barrier to ensuring the availability of quality education in a variety of health limitations and the educational needs of students. The study based on the analysis of regulatory documents, comparison and generalization of the available approaches in international and Russian theory and practice on the inclusion values issue in the strategy of educational organizations and the formation of an inclusive organizational culture. Results: it was established that the inclusive agenda in education aggravates the problem of the formation of an inclusive organizational culture as a culture of accepting diversity as a value, advantage, significant educational, upbringing, developing resource; staged, the need for a proactive strategy of the formation of intercultural competencies are justified.     Problem and goal. The development of new media, new modern IT technologies is also aimed at promoting legal content. New formats of the media sphere create new opportunities for dialogue on legal culture. The aim of the article is to study the educational potential of podcasting in the context of the formation of the human legal culture. Materials and research methods. Methodological approaches: cultural-historical approach for revealing personality as a product of cultural development, contextual approach for understanding the role of public opinion in personality development, competence-based approach for identifying the educational process in podcasts and selecting content for the construct "legal culture", personality-oriented approach for understanding self-developing and self-regulating personality in the process of forming a legal culture. An empirical study was carried out using the GetPodcast application on search queries for podcasts by words or phrases correlated with the theoretical construct "legal culture" in Russian and English, the time period for placing a podcast in the application was measured; the research is based on measuring, systematizing, comparing, summarizing, monitoring, interpreting the results of researching the audio content of podcasts. Research results. In 2020, on average, more than 2.5 million episodes on legal culture in English and more than 17.5 thousand in Russian were created in the media sphere. The authors calculated that the number of podcasts by one key concept in English is on average 234 times higher than the number of podcasts in Russian, which indicates the active spread of the new format of the media sphere throughout the world, while the demand for English-language podcasts is objectively higher. The growth rate of the number of podcasts in 2020 averages 66% and 58% for Russian-speaking and English-speaking podcasts, respectively, while the growth over the past six months is higher: 97% and 72%, respectively. This can be explained by the pandemic situation and forced self-isolation, as well as digital globalization and digital competencies of the population. Discussion and conclusion. The authors came to the conclusion that podcasts, as a new format of the media sphere, have educational potential, which must be used to a greater extent for the formation of the human legal culture. At the same time, the educational potential reveals the cognitive and epistemological interest of the listener. Podcasts form socially significant and personally necessary knowledge of a legal nature and meaning, which to a greater extent affects the condition and result of the process of forming human legal culture.     Estimation of the integral toxicity of photocatalysts based on graphitic carbon nitride in a luminescent test

    A ternary heterosystem consisting of crystalline graphitic carbon nitride, zinc oxide, and zinc sulfide (g-C3N4/ZnO/ZnS) was obtained by the one-stage decomposition of a mixture of thiourea and zinc acetate. The integral toxicity index of the resulting material was estimated in a luminescent test with a genetically modified Escherichia coli strain as a test object. The effect of quenching the luminescence of E. coli was noted both under exposure to UV radiation due to photocatalytic reactions on the surface of g-C3N4/ZnO/ZnS leading to the formation of highly oxidative radical ions interacting with cell membranes and without irradiation due to mechanical interactions with bacterial cells. At a 0.3 g/L concentration of g-C3N4/ZnO/ZnS in aqueous solution, the toxicity index T reached 75.6% under UV irradiation. In this case, an increase in the toxicity index T of the ternary heterosystem in a test concentration range from 0.1 to 0.3 g/L was 6 or 10–11% under UV radiation or without illumination, respectively, as compared with that of the pure graphite-like carbon nitride obtained under identical conditions

    Introduction. The relevance of the study is caused by the development of digital technologies, their increasingly active influence on all aspects of society and human life and, consequently, the need of forming the individual's legal culture using the media sphere's resources. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main characteristics and quality of legal Instagram blog content as one of the dynamically developing applications with a multi-million audience of users. Materials and research methods. The research methodology consists of an integrative approach. Information and target analysis of texts and discourse analysis were used to interpret blog content in the context of specific cultural and historical factors. The results of the study and the discussion. The Top Instagram bloggers was compiled using the hashtag #lawyer, blog content studied. Based on the development of quality content criteria - relevance, social significance, completeness, accessibility, practice orientation, personalization, infoesthetics, multi-factor, literacy, and subscriber response-were developed, according to which the analysis of legal content was carried out. The study identified the content of bloggers who position themselves on Instagram as legal experts, analyzed the content of bloggers with more than ten thousand subscribers based on the developed quality criteria. It is identified that high-quality content causes an adequate reaction of users, contains a knowledge component endowed with legal content and aimed at improving the legal culture of the individual Conclusions. Despite the fact that Instagram, like other apps, has more entertainment content, however, users feel the need for knowledges that will let them to constructively solve situation in the legal sphere. It was revealed that high-quality content as socially significant knowledge has an adequate response of Instagram users. This contributes to the development of the individual's legal culture in the context of socio-cultural transformations, when a modern person increasingly has to solve non-standard objectives in a dynamically developing environment, including changes in the legal framework in various fields of activity.     Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4 ) was synthesized by pyrolysis of thiocarbamide and a subsequent polymerization of its products at 500 Β°Π‘.     Nanostructured titanium dioxide (TiO2) coatings were formed on rigid aluminum and flexible fiberglass substrates using the sol-gel method modified by adding nano- and submicron TiO2 particles to the sol. The use of sols with such particles leads to the formation of a rough coating of agglomerates of nano- and submicron particles bonded with sol-gel synthesized TiO2. The antibacterial activity of the coatings was confirmed under irradiation with visible light from an LED source for 120 minutes.     Atmospheric pressure air plasma jets within dc, pulsed and self-oscillatory current regimes are realized. It is shown that the main mechanism of inactivation of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus is the effect of chemically active molecules of NO, NO2 and HNO2. The method of IR absorption spectroscopy is used to investigate chemical active component concentrations.     Woody plant redbay (Persea borbonia) is a native species in South Carolina whose fine-grained wood is industrially valuable and whose fruits are a valuable food source for animals. However, laurel wilt disease has caused high levels of redbay death, threatening the sustainability of this economically and ecologically important woody plant species. Planting resistant clones of trees is the most promising approach to combat the disease. Large-scale development of molecular markers is imperative in molecular breeding for crop improvement. This project aimed to initiate a small-scale analysis of approximately 200 markers obtained from a shallow genome sequencing project of redbay. The markers that were being used targeted microsatellites, small tandem repeats of DNA that are highly mutable. Of the 213 markers being tested, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification success rate was 94% among the 8 individuals that were used. A total of 160 markers had amplicons that were at least 100 base pairs in length. When fully characterized, these markers will be valuable in linkage map construction, molecular characterization of germplasm collections, and analysis of genetic diversity in redbay
