For contradiction PC template matching between accuracy and speed, combined with the advantages of FPGA high speed parallel computing. This paper presents a FPGA-based rapid correction shape matching algorithm. Mainly in the FPGA, using shape matching and least squares method to calculate the angular deviation chip components. Use single instruction stream algorithm acceleration. Experimental results show that compared with traditional PC template matching algorithms, this algorithm to further improve the correction accuracy and greatly reducing correction time. And SMT machine vision correction can be obtained in a stable and efficient use

The Effects of Aqueous Extract from Nardostachys chinensis

    Get PDF
Aims. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the aqueous extract of Nardostachys chinensis Batalin (NCBAE) on blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy using two-kidney one-clip (2K1C) hypertensive rats. Methods. 2K1C rat models were set up by clipping the left renal artery. Sham-operated rats underwent the same surgical procedure except for renal arterial clipping. 2K1C hypertensive rats were orally given NCBAE at doses of 210, 420, and 630 mg·kg−1·d−1 for 6 weeks. Twelve weeks after surgery, rat SBP and echocardiographic parameters were measured, cardiac histopathology was assessed, serum NO and LDH were detected, and the expression of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 of left ventricular tissue was assessed by western blot. Results. Treatment with NCBAE resulted in a decrease of SBP, LVPWd, LVPWs, IVSd, IVSs, LVW/BW ratio, and cardiomyocyte CSA, an increase of LVEF, and inhibition of 2K1C-induced reduction in serum NO and elevation of LDH compared with 2K1C group. NCBAE intervention also showed a significant increase of Bcl-2 expression and reduction of cleaved caspase-3 level dose-dependently in left ventricular tissue. Conclusion. Our data demonstrate that NCBAE has an antihypertensive property and protective effect on 2K1C-induced cardiac hypertrophy especially at the dose of 630 mg·kg−1·d−1

Identification of alternative splicing associated with clinical features: from pan-cancers to genitourinary tumors

BackgroundAlternative splicing events (ASEs) are vital causes of tumor heterogeneity in genitourinary tumors and many other cancers. However, the clinicopathological relevance of ASEs in cancers has not yet been comprehensively characterized.MethodsBy analyzing splicing data from the TCGA SpliceSeq database and phenotype data for all TCGA samples from the UCSC Xena database, we identified differential clinical feature-related ASEs in 33 tumors. CIBERSORT immune cell infiltration data from the TIMER2.0 database were used for differential clinical feature-related immune cell infiltration analysis. Gene function enrichment analysis was used to analyze the gene function of ASEs related to different clinical features in tumors. To reveal the regulatory mechanisms of ASEs, we integrated race-related ASEs and splicing quantitative trait loci (sQTLs) data in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) to comprehensively assess the impact of SNPs on ASEs. In addition, we predicted regulatory RNA binding proteins in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) based on the enrichment of motifs around alternative exons for ASEs.ResultsAlternative splicing differences were systematically analyzed between different groups of 58 clinical features in 33 cancers, and 30 clinical features in 24 cancer types were identified to be associated with more than 50 ASEs individually. The types of immune cell infiltration were found to be significantly different between subgroups of primary diagnosis and disease type. After integrating ASEs with sQTLs data, we found that 63 (58.9%) of the race-related ASEs were significantly SNP-correlated ASEs in KIRC. Gene function enrichment analyses showed that metastasis-related ASEs in KIRC mainly enriched Rho GTPase signaling pathways. Among those ASEs associated with metastasis, alternative splicing of GIT2 and TUBB3 might play key roles in tumor metastasis in KIRC patients. Finally, we identified several RNA binding proteins such as PCBP2, SNRNP70, and HuR, which might contribute to splicing differences between different groups of neoplasm grade in BLCA.ConclusionWe demonstrated the significant clinical relevance of ASEs in multiple cancer types. Furthermore, we identified and validated alternative splicing of TUBB3 and RNA binding proteins such as PCBP2 as critical regulators in the progression of urogenital cancers

6G Network AI Architecture for Everyone-Centric Customized Services

Mobile communication standards were developed for enhancing transmission and network performance by using more radio resources and improving spectrum and energy efficiency. How to effectively address diverse user requirements and guarantee everyone's Quality of Experience (QoE) remains an open problem. The Sixth Generation (6G) mobile systems will solve this problem by utilizing heterogenous network resources and pervasive intelligence to support everyone-centric customized services anywhere and anytime. In this article, we first coin the concept of Service Requirement Zone (SRZ) on the user side to characterize and visualize the integrated service requirements and preferences of specific tasks of individual users. On the system side, we further introduce the concept of User Satisfaction Ratio (USR) to evaluate the system's overall service ability of satisfying a variety of tasks with different SRZs. Then, we propose a network Artificial Intelligence (AI) architecture with integrated network resources and pervasive AI capabilities for supporting customized services with guaranteed QoEs. Finally, extensive simulations show that the proposed network AI architecture can consistently offer a higher USR performance than the cloud AI and edge AI architectures with respect to different task scheduling algorithms, random service requirements, and dynamic network conditions

Internal Optimization for Enhancing the Microbubble Dispersion Characteristics of a Stirred Tank

    No full text
Little research on the microbubble-aided transport characteristics in stirred vessels is reported. This motivates the present efforts to experimentally analyze the effects of operating condition, impeller, bale, and sparger on the gas dispersion characteristics in a stirred tank with microbubble aeration. It is found that the number of large bubbles gradually increases with the increase of impeller speed, which is completely opposite of the results in the conventional gas-liquid stirred tank. Without bales installed, kLa is greater than that in baled ones, especially at the higher impeller speed. Under the same Pv,the impeller type has little effect on kLa. The ring sparger shows more efficient gas-liquid mass transfer performance than a single tube distributor. Under the combination of an axial impeller and a draft tube without bales installed, the maximal kLa exceeds 0.01 s-1. The present study provides a useful reference for the design of stirred reactors in some applications
