    Financial management, especially in the reception area of Revenue requires a Revenue Information System, so the performance of local governments in managing local revenue receipts, calculation and preparation of reports and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of local revenue can be well presented, accurate, timely and can be utilized directly by the user. The purpose of this study was to design and build Revenue Information System (SIPAD) with the evaluation system on Sangihe District Revenue Office. Revenue consists of Local Taxes, Levies, the Company's results and outcomes of management kekeyaan area demarcated area, and Other legitimate PAD. For the evaluation process, conducted evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency in order to measure the performance of the management of PAD. In the modeling system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a standard modeling language. The study design was Revenue Information System Internal Revenue Service that are useful in order to improve local government performance in managing the process of acceptance of the PAD, the PAD and be able to present a report evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of PAD. The calculations evaluate the effectiveness of the PAD District in 2011 for Sangihe 83.16 percent effective criteria for evaluating the results of an efficiency of 2.92 percent, with a highly efficient criteria.     The concept of supply chain inventory requirement has been widely used by companies to improve meeting the needs of its customers. The lost of selling coused from inventory shortage is an important thing to be avoided by the company. This research aims to build a inventory control system supplies fuel to the method of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) web-based on gas stations in the area of Semarang. The method used for planning is the ordering of distribution requirements planning with the stage of determining the net requirements (netting), selection Lot (lotting), the timing of orders (offsetting) and the determination of gross requirements for next level (exploision). The Time Phased Order Point and min-max stock level Consept used for optimalitation needs Planning. Model Design of the system is using waterfall model which consists of system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing programs. The research result of inventory control system can be used to support and improve inventory control at retail outlets. The results of testing the system states that the system developed to support inventory control, to increase the need security at gas stations supply needs to be better and minimize losses orders.     Sistem informasi lulusan dalam bentuk web portal untuk mendukung dalam mengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan alumni, tujuan analisis data menggunakan metode OLAP dan metode Fuzzy model Tsukamoto untuk menentukan parameter performa lulusan dan mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi. Proses analisis data tersebut direpresentasikan berdasarkan dimensi tahun dan program studi dalam bentuk tabel, grafik, dan dashboard, sehingga menghasilkan output yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan akademik. Data hasil analisis OLAP diolah menggunakan proses fuzzifikasi, inferensi, dan defuzzifikasi untuk menghasilkan indeks mutu lulusan.
