    Problems and challenges of the modern era are the main sources to affect the human mind and soul. A poet is a sensitive person in society, he realizes, analyzes, and judges the issues of their era and these topics became a pivotal part of their poetry. Literature has a deep relation with society. The major expression found in Urdu poems is anger, grief, and distress over the devastation and destruction in Pakistan and all over the world, especially in the Islamic world. There is always a fear of 3rd world war which fills the mind with terror and a sense of insecurity that prevails around the globe. Realities have been vigorously launched in Urdu poetry.     Poets and writers are the most sensitive class of any society and they have always taken an active part in liberation movements throughout history in different regions. During the independence movement of the subcontinent, Sir Syed was the first man who made Muslims aware of their distinctive existence. He invoked in Muslims a consciousness for being free and educated them for the purpose. Allama Iqbal had dreamt of an independent country and he had gone on to demand a separate region in his Allahabad address. Maulana Zafar Ali Khan, Muhammad Ali Johar, Hasrat Mohani and Mian Bashir Ahmed were all poets who invoked a spirit of patriotism through their songs. A better class had participated in the Pakistan Movement and poets and writers had always stood in the first row. They had convinced and prepared common people for the movement through their patriotic songs and prose. Therefore it is true that the intellectuals of the region had played a significant role in the Pakistan Movement. &nbsp

    Sir Syed Ahmed Khan and Allama Iqbal are great leaders of Indian Muslims. They were the pioneers of the freedom movement of sub-continent. Both visited abroad and their Intellectual thinking was similar. They believed in "Two Nations Theory" and were convinced that the solution of Indian Muslim's problems was in a separate country consisting of Muslim majority provinces and states of India, where they will be free to practice Islam and to achieve this destiny they encouraged Muslims of India to embrace modern education in addition to the Islamic Education. In 1903 Iqbal wrote the poem "Syed ki Lohe Turbat" which reveals his relations with Sir Syed. Since his early days Iqbal was influenced by Sir Syed Ahmed's movement and later, he participated and completed Sir Syed's mission by his tireless efforts
