Kishwar Naheed is primarily known as a poet, but she is also a prose writer who seems to raise the flag of rebellion. Her autobiography “Buri Aurat Ki Katha” is a philosophical autobiography that reveals the psychological complexities of the situations, events and difficulties that occur between a girl and a woman. Buri Aurat Ki Katha is not the story of any bad woman, but it is the story of every woman who is given the title of bad woman for demanding women’s rights. Kishwar Naheed’s bold style is an expression of the fact that until social and moral standards are set in society, mistreatment of women will continue. The expression of gender in Kishwar Naheed’s prose reflects the sexual oppression in society as well as the theories of important psychologists Adler, Freud and Young.  In this regard, in the light of his writings “Buri Aurat Ki Katha”, “Shenasaiyan Ruswaiyan”, “Buri Aurat Ke Khatoot”, “Kishwar Naheed Ki Notebook”, “Muthi Bhar Yaadeen” and “Buri Aurat Ki Dusri Katha”. "The Gujari language is the mother of Urdu, and its folk songs encompass diverse themes. When a mother puts her child to sleep, she prays for his future; women's songs express their desires for beauty, jewelry, and marriage. Wedding songs in Gujari reflect the community's customs and traditions, such as the ceremony of draping the groom's attire, cooperation from relatives, the ritual of filling water, welcoming the groom's procession, farewell, dowry, and advice on responsibilities in the in-laws' home. Gujari songs deeply express emotions like separation, migration, longing for a loved one, and a bride's attachment to her parental home. Birds and animals, such as crows, koels, quails, pigeons, goats, buffalo, and horses, highlight the connection with nature and the intensity of the seasons. Songs sung while working in fields are part of the cultural heritage. Stories of love and separation are also an essential part of these songs, such as 'Gujriye', which advises against stubbornness; 'Sipahia', which describes the longing for a loved one; 'Sajtata aur Lomriye', which reminisces about a distant loved one; and 'Qainchi', which is based on the story of Darshi and Manishi
