Researches concerning the breeding of Cyprinus carpio carpio (Linnaeus, 1758) species, in high densities in small spaces, using mixed fodders like farinaceous and grained type

The authors have set forth an experiment on breeding the Cyprinus carpio species in high densities, in small spaces, because thisis the traditional species of Romanian pisciculture and the most valuable species from the economic point of view, by using mixedfodders (like farinaceous type) and grained type. The two variants of our experiment performed at C.C.D.P. - Nucet, were carried out in two ground basins each of 1000 m². The first variant consisted on feeding the fishy material with mixed fodders, with 24% gross protein; the second variant consisted on feeding the fishy material with grained fodders ALLER CLASIC 3mm, with 30% gross protein.Taking into account the identical conditions of the life environment and the high densities of population, the breeding of fishymaterial depends only on the additional food administrated in terms of its qualities, obtaining thus the following results: variant I– the basin was populated with 3000 exemplaries resulting in a production of 2692 Kg, with a consumption of mixed fodders of5000Kg; variant II – the basin was populated with 3000 exemplaries, obtaining a production of 3652 Kg, for a consumption of grained fodders of 6000 Kg

The existence of the risk and uncertainty cannot be challenged. Extremely diverse typology of risks, the difficulties in their assessment and of the effects generated makes necessary a proactive management so as to ensure a high level of performance, corresponding of the objectives assumed by fixed strategy. In the paper is realised a brief presentation of structure of the risk management process at the level of the economic operators, the determinants factors of risks manifestation in the formation and use of capital as well as an analysis of the results of the action by the risk of bankruptcy at the level of economic operators in Romania in the period 2006-2012. Also, are formulated suggestions for avoiding, reducing or controlling risks, so as to record an improvement in business performance, at the level of economic organizations

Structural modifications which appear in the area of welds of welded structures made of ST 52.3 steel

Using metal construction made of St 52.3 steel is very large and in these conditions an area of interest to use them is represented by the equipments which work in difficult conditions. Due to the heavy conditions of such welded structures, and also the working environment action on these welded structures, in practice it is necessary to know any structural modification that is produced in both the base material and the filler material. Research on deformations which appear in within the metal structures of mining equipment

Metal structures of the mining equipment are made of a steel with good weldability and mechanical characteristics corresponding and namely St 52.3 steel that allows the use of these metal structures in heavy duty. Metal structures of the mining equipment are very large structures and strong requested mechanical, and in these conditions during exploitation can occur large deformations at these that may cause a decrease in the exploitation safety of mining equipment. Research has followed in principal the analyze of deformations appear in metallic structures, and for realizing the researches has been used both a dimensional analysis and one that is based on the finite element method

To achieve metal constructions with high importance, it can be used different steels, but steel OL 52.4k has a very wide use due to technological properties and mechanical they present. Metallographic structure of materials of a welded joint is influenced by conditions that occur in the process of welding. In the researches there have been studied the influence of parameters of welding regime on the system of metallographic structure of materials from a welded joint in corner in “T” form.
