    Juridical Analysis Related To Confidentiality Of Notary Liability

    Notary protection related to confidentiality, especially in the law enforcement process, has not been able to materialize effectively. This is because there is no real protection system for notaries who reveal the confidentiality of their rights in the law enforcement process. This writing uses an empirical juridical method. As for the results of existing research, it can be found that the fact that the limitations of a notary in maintaining the confidentiality of a notary's duties based on the Notary's Position Law are that notaries must keep secrets related to their position. The notary is obliged to keep the contents of the act secret, even the notary is obliged to keep all information from the preparation of the deed to the completion of the drawing up of a deed and if he is made a witness in a case, can exercise his right to resign as a witness. However, it often happens that in a law enforcement process, a notary who is asked to assist in proof by disclosing the confidentiality of a deed that he has made can be sued and threatened by legal sanctions both in civil terms, namely acts against the law or for criminal reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to do more real legal protection for notaries who disclose the confidentiality of the deeds they have made for the sake of law enforcement

    This research talked about the client decision to save on BNI Sharia in Kediri Town ofEast Java. This study was focused on bank image improvement model and Saving Decisionbased on CSR, and Product Quality. From the testing results on the model in this research,by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and the assistancesoftware Amos 20, on 150 respondents, it was able to explain the relationship betweenCSR, Product Quality, and Bank Image on the Saving Decision at Bank BNI Sharia inKediri Town of East Java. In this research, it was obtained a strong influence of CSR onBank Image, amounting to 0.286, and a strong influence of the bank image on the clientsaving decision, that is of 0.780, this case showed that, with the rise of CSR, it will raisethe Bank Image, which in turn raised the Decision Saving of clients. In this research, italso obtained a strong influence of product quality on the Bank Image, amounting to 0.327,this case showed that, with good product quality, it will raise the Saving Decisions ofclients, through Bank Image.     . Structural design of an airport rigid pavement carrying mixed traffic should be based in principle upon fatigue cracking criterion, as stated by the PCA method (Yoder, et.al., 1975). By this approach, every departing aircraft is assumed to cause certain damage in the pavement that corresponds to the flexural stress level occurring therein. When the cumulative total damage reaches 100% in the end of its design life, the pavement is expected to experience fatigue cracking within the wheel path of a certain aircraft, which is then defined as the design aircraft. Such a design aircraft must be determined iteratively during the design process. This paper outlines a design example in determining a design aircraft out of 17 typical types of aircraft operating at present on Juanda airport of Surabaya by using program Airfield (Kosasih, 2004). The contribution of each type of aircraft on pavement structural damage is described in detail. The effect of Load Repetition Factor (LRF) to account for aircraft wander in a lateral direction of the pavement on delaying fatigue cracking is also discussed

    Teknik biakjaringan telah banyak dimanfaatkan baik untuk tujuan perbanyakan tanaman rnaupun untuk tujuan lain. Penerapan teknik ini dalam bidang peranggrekan terutama diarahkan pada tujuan komersial. Pada umumnya anggrek mudah diperbanyak dengan teknik biak jaringan, tetapijenis jenis tertentu ataupun bagian-bagian tertentu dari tanaman anggrek kadang-kadang sulit ditumbuhkan dalam suatu medium buatan (Mitra 1971, Sagawa dan Shoji 1967, Stewart dan Button 1975).Pemilihan bahan biak dan medium sangat menen+ukan berhasil tidaknya suatu biak jaringan (Gamborg et at 1976).Dalam USAha merangsang pertumbuhanbiak, berbagai macam hormon ataupun bahan organik, misalnya air kelapa, telah sering digunakan. Percobaan ini dilakukan dalam rangka mencari medium yang cocok bagi pertumbuhan biak jaringan Dendrobium schulleri J.J.S. sebagai alternatif cara perbanyakan dan pelestariannya. Pemilihan D. schulleri sebagai bahan percobaan didasarkan atas pertimbangan potensinya yang tinggi sebagai tanaman hias penghasil bunga potong. Pertimbangar lainnya ialah bahwa jenis yang asli dari Indonesia ini sudah banyak terkuras dan terdesak dari habitat aslinya sehingga dikhawatirkan akan mengalami erosi populasi ataupun erosi genetik

    Analisa Perhitungan Gaya - Gaya Mekanis pada Pembuatan Komponen Otomotif Braket Upper Arm

    Braket upper arm adalah salah satu bagian dari sistem peredam getaran (suspensi) pada kendaraan yang terpasang pada rear axle yang berfungsi menyangga pegas koil, tempat dudukan steering knuckle dan memelihara letak geometris bodi dan roda-roda. Braket upper arm terbuat dari sheet metal SAPH 440 yang mempunyai kuat tarik 45 kgm/mm2,resistansi gesek 36 kgm/mm2 dan ketebalan material 2,9 mm. Untuk metode perhitungannya menggunakan pedoman Press Dies Design, dari IMDIA. Disain produk mengikuti permintaan dari pelanggan dan untuk mengurangi scrap yang terbuang dihitung ulang layoutnya yaitu perkalian antara tebal material 2,9 mm lebar produk, jarak antar material blank 2,9 mm dan jarak lebar blank ke tepi 6,65 mm. Untuk mendapatakan potongan dengan burry yang minimal clearen punch dan die diatur sebesar 0,2175 mm dengan gaya potong yang perlukan mesin press sebesar 135 tonf, gaya proses drawing 18,5 tonf, proses bending memerlukan di pelukan gaya dari mesin press dengan tonase 4 tonf dan untuk prroses triming menggunakan mekanisme dua buah cam dengan total gaya yang di pelukan untuuk proses triming yaitu 44,5 ton

    Mangrove snail (Telescopium telescopium) is one of the marine gastropod and some communities use as foodstuff. The purpose of study was to find out the antioxidant activity by crude extract of mangrove snails (T. telescopium) using DPPH method in different solvents. The method consists of extraction using gradient solvent (chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol), phytochemical test and antioxidant activity test using DPPH method. DPPH test using a series of concentration of 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm and 800 ppm with triplicate repetition. IC50 values were determined by calculating the regression analysis % inhibition against the concentration of crude extract. The crude extract of mangrove snails is contained three bioactive components in the form of alkaloids, steroids and flavonoids.The results showed that the IC50 value of chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol extract were 47274.00 ppm, 4143.58 ppm and 2329.81 ppm, respectively. The IC50 values of all crude extract have a very weak antioxidant activity (IC50 > 200 ppm), with IC50 of BHT as positive control was 4.91 ppm

    The Effect of Mangosteen Rind Glucose Transport in Small Intestine Cell Membrane of Wistar Rats

    Seven percent of the people in the United States have hyperglycemia, which a third of them are unaware with the condition. To prevent this from occurring, mangosteen rind can be taken as daily supplements. Itsfruit hull has been used as traditional medicine in Southeast Asia countries. The objective of this researchis to study the effect of mangosteen rind (Garcinia mangostana) on glucose transport across small intestinecell membrane of wistar rats. Perfusion method of mangosteen rind was used to carry out this experiment.Nine rats were used after overnight fasting. They were divided into three groups where each group received20%, 40% and 60% of mangosteen rind. Each rat received simple glucose solution as the control and glucosewith mangosteen rind infusion as the treatment. The sample was taken every 15 minutes for 1 hour from thesmall intestine and was measured using a spectrophotometer. The results were not statistically significant forall three different concentration of mangosteen rind. The mangosteen rind has inhibitory effect but it is notstatistically significant on glucose absorption across small intestine cell membrane. Further investigation isneeded to be done by using higher concentration of mangosteenrind infusion
