    PT Angkasa Pura I Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ngurah Rai- Bali, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Air Traffic Services dan Airport Services, tentunya dibutuhkan kualitas kinerja Manajerial ataupun individu yang ujungnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pengguna Jasa. Beberapa fenomena permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu masih adanya beberapa pengaduan baik dalam bentuk pengaduan oleh pengguna jasa, baik melalui media masa, Fax, email atau surat pengaduan yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan di area terminal. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh anggaran partisipasi, kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Angkasa Pura-I di Bandar Udara Ngurah Rai – Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari populasi dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data utama. Sampel penelitian ini adalah adalah General manager/manajer/asisten manajer/goup leader/supervisor yang terlibat dalam anggaran partisipatif yaitu sebanyak 41 orang dengan teknik sampling secara purposive sampling. Variabel penelitiannya adalah anggaran partisipatif, kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja manajerial. Sesuai dengan perumusan, tujuan dan hipotesis penelitian, metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah anggaran partisipasi dan gaya kepemimpinan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja manajerial, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja manajerial

    : The human brain is the center of the structure which has a volume around 1.350cc and consists of 100 million nerve cells or neuron. The human brain is responsible for the whole body and way of thinking. Brain also influential on human spirituality. Spirituality has 4 thing that can be observed is a ritual, spiritual experience, the meaning of life and positive emotions. Neuroscience is the science which studies human self as a pocess that takes at the level of neural cells to the human nexus with God. Indonesian Spiritual Health Assessment is a checks are made based on the theoretical concept of the spiritual which consists of 3 components, namely spiritual health item, brain system assessment and neurofeedback. Objective: Determine the relationship of spirituality human brain performance with high school teacher in the town of tidore. Methods: Type of observational study with cross-sectional research design. Study sample is a high school teacher in the town of Tidore totaling 65 people. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in the form of Indonesia Spiritual Health Assessment (ISHA). Result and Conclusion: Based on research that has been conducted on 65 subjects were obtained results that there is a relationship between the performance of human brain with spirituality. The result can be concluded that there is a relationship between the performance of the human brain with spirituality. The result can be concluded: (1) Cortex prefrontal have no association with a spiritual experience and the meaning of life, but there is relationship with positive emotions and rituals; (2) system limbic have no association with spiritual experiences, positive emotion, the meaning of life and rituals; (3) ganglia basalis have no association with spiritual experiences, positive emotions and the meaning of life, but there is relationship with rituals; (4) gyrus cingulatus have no association with spiritual experiences, positive emotion and meaning of life, but there is relationship with rituals; (5) temporal lobe have relationship with spiritual experience, but no association with positive emotions, the meaning of life and rituals

    This research aims to identify how to compare student learning motivation in online and offline learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI at SMK PGRI Pontianak. This research formed a quantitative description by using descriptive method. The data collection technique was indirect communication with the data collection tool, a questionnaire, observation sheets, documentary studies, and data archives. Based on the results of research on Student Learning Motivation in Online and Offline Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Class XI SMK PGRI Pontianak it can be said that it is going well: 1) Student motivation during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI SMK PGRI Pontianak, the results of the motivation student learning using online learning has good results with a frequency of 1 student, the sufficient category with a frequency of 11 students, and the less category with a frequency of 3 students. 2) Student learning motivation during offline learning during the covid-19 pandemic in class XI SMK PGRI Pontianak, The results of student learning motivation using offline learning are good with a frequency of 3 students, the sufficient category with a frequency of 10 students, and the less category with a frequency of 2 students .3) Differences in student learning motivation in online and offline learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI SMK PGRI Pontianak, from the calculation of the t test, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes using online learning and offline learning in XI PGRI Vocational High School

Djon Lasmono, M.Pd.This research is a study on learning using the Blended Learning model. Blended Learning is a combination of face-to-face learning and online learning. The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic underwent many changes, especially in the allocation of learning time. The problem raised in this research is the Indonesian language learning process which includes planning, implementation and assessment. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were sourced from the Indonesian class X teacher. Based on the analysis of the planning, implementation and assessment of learning, it can be seen that the lesson plan (RPP) made by the teacher has been completely structured so that it reflects the essence of the learning process. Furthermore, in the process of implementing poetry text learning the first and third meetings were conducted offline while the second and fourth meetings were conducted online. Teachers and students experience difficulties, namely limited social interaction and limited learning time. Finally, the learning assessment carried out by the teacher is an assessment of knowledge and assessment of skills. Knowledge assessment is carried out during offline learning and is assessed based on student worksheets that have been done while skills assessment is carried out during online learning in the form of student work practices with the average result of students getting scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria

    Analisis Tindak Tutur Pedagang dan Pembeli di Pasar Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas

    Tujuan penelilitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur pedagang dan pembeli di pasar Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas. Metode yang digunakan dalam ini adalah metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik simak. Data disimak dengan menggunakan bantuan alat rekam dan catatan. Sementara itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui kriteria penentu bentuk tindak tutur. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut. (1) Tindak tutur yang ditemukan dalam komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli di pasar Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas yaitu tindak tutur lokusi, tindak tutur ilokusi dan tindak tutur perlokusi. (2) Jenis tindak tutur lokusi yaitu lokusi pernyataan, lokusi perintah dan lokusi pertanyaan. (3) Jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yaitu asertif, direktif, komisif dan ekspresif. Dalam komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli di pasar Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas tidak ditemukan jenis deklarasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan tidak ditemukan bentuk tuturan yang menghubungkan isi tuturan dengan Kenyataan. 4) Jenis tindak tutur perlokusi yaitu perlokusi verbal dan perlokusi verbal Nonverbal.     : Background. Basic life support (BLS) is an emergency act to release or opened anairway, breathing and to help on maintain blood circulation without using devices. Which includes of BLS resuscitation or CPR (CPR) were is include of emergency measure, as an effort to restore a state of respiratory and cardiac arrest, to prevent to a condition which is call biological death.Purpose. To determine the influence of basic life support training to the knowledge of resuscitation on students at SMA Negeri 1 Toili.Method. The research using study praexperimental design One-Group Pre-test post-test design to compare the knowledge of CPR before and after the training. Samples used 72 sample which isconsisting of 37 members and 35 members of PMR scout. Data analyzusing Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.Results. Result of statistical tests Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test on the respondents, there is significant effect where is the value of p-value = 0.000 (α <0.05),.Conclusion. Statistically there's significant effect of training on the theory of basic life support CPR knowledge students at SMA Negeri 1 Toili

    This study aims to enhance the student\u27s skills on writing argumentative paragraph by using problem-based learning on class X students of SMAN 9 Pontianak in academic year 2015/2016. The problem of this research are the student\u27s understanding on the concept of writing argumentative paragraph and argumentative paragraph writing skills. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the from of the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The sources of research are Indonesian Language teachers and studens of class X E. The data of the study are the learning process of student\u27s understanding about the concept of writing argumantative paragraph, argumentative paragraph writing skills, and the test result of the learning to write argumentative paragraph. The technique used in this study are direct and indirect observation technique and documentary study. The result of the study before the treatment reaches the average score 65%. After the treatment, the leraning about concept understanding of argumentative paragraph writing of cycle I is 83,34% and cycle II is 93,45%. While the student\u27s skills to write argumentative paragraph of cycle I is 79,63% an in cycle II there is improvement to 88,76%
