Analysis of Sources of Financing a Basketball Club NH Ostrava, z.s.

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza zdrojů financování basketbalového klubu NH Ostrava, z.s. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení zdrojů financování ostravského basketbalového klubu, které dopomohou ke zlepšení této činnosti do budoucna. Záměrem je zjistit, jak spolek financuje svoji celoroční činnost, popřípadě nalézt takové způsoby, kterými by byl basketbalový klub schopen dosáhnout na další finanční prostředky. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a následně praktické. Teoretická část je věnována definování základních pojmů, které souvisí se zkoumaným tématem. Jedná se o pojmy management a sportovní management, manažer, nezisková organizace nebo možnosti financování. V části praktické je rozebrána charakteristika basketbalového klubu Nové Huti Ostrava, dále jsou popsány příjmy klubu s následnou analýzou výdajů a výsledku hospodaření, a to v letech 2016-2018. Na závěr jsou navrženy další možné způsoby financování této neziskové organizace. Jako metody výzkumu byly zvoleny rozhovor a SWOT analýza.The theme of this thesis is the analysis of sources of financing a basketball Club NH Ostrava, z.s. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the sources of financing of the selected basketball club, which will lead to improvement of this activity in the future. The intention is to find out how the association finances its year-round activity. The thesis is divided into two main parts-theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic terms, which are related to the examined topic. It defines the concepts of management and sports management, manager, nonprofit organization or funding options. In the practical part are analysis the characteristics of the basketball club. The thesis describes the income and expenses of the club and the economic results in 2016-2018. In the end of the thesis are proposed other possible ways of financing this non-profit organization. Organization of Basketball Tournament

Tématem této bakalářské práce je organizace basketbalového turnaje. Cílem je analýza přípravy a organizace, zjištění chyb a navržení doporučení ke zlepšení do dalších let. V první části jsou definovány pojmy, kterých je v práci využito. V praktické části je popsána příprava, realizace a finanční zabezpečení sportovní akce. Jako metody a techniky výzkumu bylo zvoleno pozorování, dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýza. Byly doporučeny změny pro realizaci následujících ročníků tohoto turnaje.The theme of this bachelor thesis is the organization of floorball tournament. The aim is to analyze the preparation and organization, error detection and proposing recommendations for improvement to the following years. In the first chapter are defined the terms used in the bachelor thesis. In the practical part are described the preparation, implementation and securing funds for this sport event. As research methods and techniques was elected a observation, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis.
