Role of Layering Oscillations at Liquid Metal Surfaces in Bulk Recrystallization and Surface Melting

The contrasting melting behavior of different surface orientations in metals can be explained in terms of a repulsive or attractive effective interaction between the solid-liquid and the liquid-vapor interface. We show how a crucial part of this interaction originates from the layering effects near the liquid metal surface. Its sign depends on the relative tuning of layering oscillations to the crystal interplanar spacing, thus explaining the orientational dependence. Die Mutter-Kind-Beziehung suchtbelasteter Familien mit Auswirkungen auf die Entwicklung im Kindesalter

Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit der Situation von drogenabhängigen Frauen und ihren Kindern. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei, auf der Entstehung der Mutter-Kind-Beziehung unter Einfluss einer Drogenabhängigkeit. Dabei wird die Fragestellung beantwortet, ob durch Einfluss einer Crystal-Meth-Abhängigkeit der Mutter, die Bindungsentstehung zwischen Mutter und Kind beeinträchtigt wird. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die schwierige Lebenssituation der Betroffenen zu erläutern und die daraus resultierenden, ungünstigen Entwicklungsbedingungen für die Kinder aufzuzeigen. Diese vorhandene Problemstellung wurde anhand intensiver Literaturrecherche und einem Fachgespräch in der genannten Institution ermittelt und Handlungsansätze für die Soziale Arbeit herauskristallisiert. L’obiettivo è stato di comprendere una realtà che è per la maggior parte poco nota alla stragrande maggioranza del pubblico italiano, e questo nonostante la colonizzazione, le sue conseguenze e le relazioni che sono sempre esistite tra i due paesi. Al contrario, prima la promozione della logica dei colonizzatori, poi la retorica del regime di Gheddafi e infine le attuali rappresentazioni strettamente legate alle emergenze terroristiche, all’immigrazione e alla guerra all’interno e all’esterno del mondo islamico, sono tutte ben note e documentate. Its purpose was to understand a reality that is for the most part little known to the vast majority of the Italian public, and this despite colonization, its consequences, and the relations that have always existed between the two countries. Conversely, first the promotion of the colonizers’ rationale, then the rhetoric of Qadhafi’s regime, and finally the current representations closely related to terrorist emergencies, immigration, and war within and outside the Islamic world, are all well-known and documented. This volume Libya between History and Revolution: Resilience, New Opportunities and Challenges for the Berbers brings together papers by the scholars (from both Italy and abroad) who took part in the conference. The aim of this collection is to provide insights into a range of crucial issues that affected the country as a consequence of its colonial history and informed the uprisings of 2011; the volume looks in particular at the role of the Berbers in Libya through the prism of the new opportunities and challenges that face them today and which were discussed during the three-day international conference

Langue et littérature berbères : Développement et standardisation

Avec ce livre, nous espérons offrir aux lecteurs des idées, des réflexions et des analyses sur quelques aspects de la standardisation et l’aménagement du berbère. Ce volume présente les Actes des deux Journées d’études Internationales sur : Langue et littérature berbères : développement et standardisation organisées à l’Università degli studi di Napoli « L’Orientale » les 28-29 Novembre 2013. Les contributions de chercheurs berbérisants comprennent les études sur la linguistique berbère, sur les problèmes du passage de l’oral à l’écrit, la littérature orale et écrit berbère contemporaine. Elles analysent le problème de l’orthographie, de la toponymie, les difficultés de l’intégration de l’amazigh dans les nouvelles technologies de l’information, des problèmes dus non seulement à un manque d’outils didactiques mais aussi à l’absence d’une terminologie adéquate. Quant à la littérature berbère, le problème de l’oral et de l’écrit nous amène à considérer le fait que les sociétés berbères sont en voie de transformation et le clivage oral-écrit est très important dans ce contexte. Le processus de standardisation et d’aménagement sont un travail technique, mais standardisation et développement d’une langue supposent un travail collectif complexe. Dans le développement de la langue, comme dans toutes les langues d’origine, on ne peut séparer le matériau linguistique de sa problématique sociolinguistique et socioculturelle
