    Death penalty, often referred to as the death penalty, has been used as a method of crime deterrence since the earliest societies. Historical records show that even the most ancient primitive tribes utilized methods of punishing wrongdoers, including taking their lives, to pay for the crimes they committed. Murder most often warrants this ultimate form of punishment. “A life for a life†has been one of the most basic concepts for dealing with crime since the start of recorded history. The death penalty is a controversial subject in our society. Research has explored why people support or oppose death penalty. Most the literature to date looks at the reasons provided one at a time. In this study, critical analysis was conducted to see which reasons best explain the support and opposition for death penalty. While research is focuses on attitudes and opinion toward capital punishment in the India, such work has been lacking in our nation in India, the world's largest democracy. Data recently collected have revealed variance in levels of support for the death penalty among Aurangabad citizens

Everyone in their work is exposed to tension and anxiety as they get through the duties assigned to them. Banking industry which is the backbone of the country’s economy is not an exceptional one. The job nature of banking employees is very tedious as it involves the direct customer interaction in all levels. The present study identified the sources of job stress among executives working in banking sector. A self-administered questionnaire consisting of personal information and items related to respondents’ job stress was used to collect the data from 100 executives in Aurangabad City. Despite the efforts made by various agencies, problems are faced by foreign and domestic tourists at tourist places. In this project we have studied the increase in tourists to various monuments, identified such problems and provided the solutions. Through centuries, Food has been recognized as an important factor for human beings, in health and diseased state. Viruddha Ahara is one potent causative factor for several diseases. Consumption of Viruddha Ahara gives rise to various disturbances of mild to violent nature and disease of acute to chronic nature including the eight Maharogas, genetic disturbances and even sometimes causes death of the person. To conduct on observational study to access the role of Samyoga Viruddha Ahara is one of the Nidana for manifestation of Kustha Vyadhi. In the present observational study were selected of total 50 patients was conducted at O.P.D, Patients were screened on the basis of specially prepared questionnaires format. On Observational study majority of patients i.e. 82% of patients were consumed Samyoga Viruddha Ahara majority of patients i.e. 58% were consuming Viruddha Ahara (Samyogaja Viruddha Ahara), 26% were doing Malamutra Vega Dharana, 16% were doing Vyayama after Bhojana and 36% patients were doing Diwaswapna
