Penerapan Algoritma Genetika Untuk Menyelesaikan Permasalahan Penjadwalan Perawat Dengan Fuzzy Fitness Function

AbstrakPenjadwalan perawat merupakan suatu permasalahan yang sangat kompleks dan memerlukan banyak waktu dalam proses pembuatannya. Terdapat dua bentuk batasan yang harus dipenuhi dalam penjadwalan perawat yaitu batasan keras (hard constraint) dan batasan lunak (soft constraint), oleh karena itu permasalahan penjadwalan perawat sangat sulit untuk dikerjakan dengan cara konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan algoritma genetika dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan perawat yang dapat memkuenuhi seluruh batasan keras dan meminimalkan pelanggaran terhadap batasan lunak yang telah ditentukan sehingga penjadwalan yang dihasilkan tidak hanya dapat memenuhi aturan yang ditetapkan saja namun juga dapat memenuhi preferensi dari masing-masing perawat terhadap jadwal yang dihasilkan.Algoritma genetika digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan perawat pada RS. BaliMed Denpasar. Dimana kromosom yang dihasilkan merupakan representasi solusi dari penjadwalan perawat yang berupa jadwal mingguan dari masing-masing perawat.Himpunan fuzzy dalam penjadwalan perawat ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai fitness dari kromosom yang dihasilkan.Sebuah nilai fungsi keanggotaan yang tinggi menggambarkan tingkat keidealan yang lebih tinggi dari solusi yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci— penjadwalan perawat, algoritma genetika, fuzzy fitness function. AbstractNurse scheduling is one of the problems that need more attentions to handle.  This scheduling problem is complex with some constraints involved.  There are two general constraints in the problem named, the hard constraints and the soft constraint.  This research goal is to study the application of genetic algorithm for solving the nurse scheduling problem.  However, this solving problem should satisfy all the hard constraints, and minimize the violation of the soft constraints. The good scheduling is not only satisfies the hard constraints defined, but also the preferences of each nurse.The genetic algorithm used in this research solved the nurse scheduling problem faced at BaliMed Hospital, Denpasar.  The chromosome is the representation of the weekly scheduling of each nurse.  This scheduling utilized fuzzy set to determine the fitness values of the chromosome.  High member value represents high ideal level of solution. The result of this research is that the lower penalty value achieved from a solution, the more ideal scheduling got according to the membership degree in fuzzy set.  Hopefully, this scheduling method can be an alternative solution for arranging a nurse scheduling. Keyword— nurse scheduling, genetic algorithms, fuzzy fitness function

Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Microsoft Office Bagi Siswa SMP N 5 Sukawati

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) SMP N 5 Sukawati sebagai satuan pendidikan yang memberikan layanan ektrakulikuler pendidikan bagi siswa/siswi SMP N 5 Sukawati. Pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Office ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/siswi SMP N 5 Sukawati melalui kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Office. Manfaat kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan cara menggunakan Microsoft Office, dapat memecahkan masalah dalam pengetikan. Hasil penilaian kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan berupa pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta 47% bernilai baik, 41% bernilai cukup, 12% bernilai kurang. Pelatihan ini berjalan sukses terlihat dari hasil penilaian peserta untuk penyampaian materi dan kemudahan pemahaman peserta yaitu, 47% peserta menilai baik, 35% peserta menilai baik sekali dan 18% peserta menilai cukup

Pelatihan Animasi “Elemen Desain Komunikasi Visual” Bagi Industri Kecil Menengah Bersama Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali

Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) merupakan roda penggerak ekonomi berbasis kerakyatan. Pertumbuhan jumlah IKM yang semakin meningkat khususnya di Bali mendapat perhatian khusus dari Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Provinsi Bali selaku dinas yang menaungi IKM dan UMKM Provinsi Bali sangat tanggap dan sadar akan kebutuhan IKM untuk dapat mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalankan. Salah satu kebutuhan IKM yang sangat penting adalah pemahaman terhadap desain grafis atau desain komunikasi visual  yang merupakan elemen penting dalam proses pembangunan kesadaran akan sebuah brand dan dapat membawa interaksi antara produk dengan target pelanggan. Oleh karena itu Disperindag Provinsi Bali bekerja sama dengan Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Indonesia (INSTIKI) mengadakan pelatihan animasi dasar dengan memperkenalkan elemen dasar komunikasi visual dengan tujuan untuk peningkatan kompetensi pengelola IKM. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 3 hari ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta pengelola IKM. Peserta mendapat kesempatan praktek langsung dan berdiskusi dengan tenaga pengajar dan seluruh peserta

DEVELOPMENT OF E-MODULES FOR MAKING DATA FLOW DIAGRAMS IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND DESIGN COURSES AT INSTIKI INDONESIA CAMPUS

The learning process at theInstitute of Business and Technology Indonesia (INSTIKI) uses teaching materials in the form of slides, teaching materials and modules. All teaching materials used are PDF files which are copies of printed materials. Information cannot flow directly into the presentation of teaching materials and learning objectives cannot be achieved. The purpose of this research is to develop a Data Flow Diagram Design E-module to support the Information Systems Analysis and Design course. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method, which uses the stages of the ADDIE access model. This research was conducted in several stages, namely in the first stage, student needs analysis and curriculum analysis were carried out. The second step is design which defines the elements needed. The third phase is the product implementation phase according to the design. The fourth step is to implement the e-module using Flip Bookmaker. In the fifth phase, the implementation results are evaluated through group tests and the effectiveness of the product is verified. This E-module product will be tested by testing the level of student understanding, material test and media expert test

Pelatihan Fotografi (Motrek) Bagi Guru SMP Dalam Upaya Revitalisasi Bahasa Daerah Untuk Tunas Bahasa Ibu di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Bali

The declining use of the Balinese language, especially among the younger generation, is something that the Bali Provincial Language Center needs to pay attention to immediately holding a language revitalization program. One of the activities in the regional language revitalization program is a photography training activity (motrek) for junior high school teachers which aims to revitalize language starting from the school realm, namely teachers and students. His hope in everyday life is not far from photography. The resulting photos can be given a description in Balinese, especially when uploading to social media. The training lasted for 4 days, attended by 75 State Middle School teachers. The training was filled with delivery of material, discussions, questions and answers and hands-on practice using each participant's cell phone. The results of the posttest showed an increase in understanding of the material by 48% from the results of the previous pretest.Pemakaian Bahasa Bali yang menurun terutama di kalangan generasi muda menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh Balai Bahasa Provinsi Bali untuk segera mengadakan program revitalisasi Bahasa. Salah satu kegiatan dalam program revitalisasi Bahasa Daerah adalah kegiatan pelatihan fotografi (motrek) untuk Guru SMP yang bertujuan agar revitalisasi bahasa dimulai dari ranah sekolah yaitu Guru dan Siswa. Harapannya di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak jauh dari fotografi,. Foto-foto yang dihasilkan dapat diberikan keterangan dalam Bahasa bali terutama saat menggunggah ke sosial media. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 4 hari, menghadirkan peserta sejumlah 75 Guru SMP Negeri. Pelatihan diisi dengan penyampaian materi, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung menggunakan ponsel peserta masing-masing. Hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman materi sebesar 48% dari hasil pretest sebelumnya
