    The supervisory function is an essential part of the management process Operational Assistance(BOS). The purpose of this research is to find out how the supervisory functions of the Fund Schooloperational assistance (BOS) by Education Office city of Manado. The research method used is descriptivequalitativemethod. The location of the research on select three SDN from SDN 04 Manado, Manado, andSDN 21, SDN 100 Manado. Informant research as many as eight people: Head of education city of Manado(one person), the management team School operational assistance BOS from city Education Office (oneperson), Headmaster (three people) and a school Committee/student parents People (three people) datacollection Techniques used are interviews. Data analysis was done with a descriptive-qualitative analysistechniques, interactive model of the Miles and Hubernann. Based on research results drawn conclusion: Thesupervisory function and Operational Assistance School by the education service Manado well implementedthrough the use of the means/methods of supervision that exists: the implementation of the technicalinstructions consistently BOS by schools, socialization and coaching against the school in the managementand reporting of the Fund\u27s School operational assistance (BOS), monitoring or monitoring on a regularbasis, the implementation of the reporting system by the BOS of the school funds on a regular basis, and theevaluation of the implementation of the Fund\u27s School operational assistance (BOS) at the school.     Parliament Secretariat is device area that has the task of providing administrative serv ices to the Parliament, so that the performance of the secretariat of the council will also determine the success of the implementation of Council functions. This research is to answer the question " how the performance of the North Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat in supporting the implementation of the functions of Parliament. Research using qualitative methods. In this case the performance indicators used are effectiveness , efficiency , responsiveness , and accountability . Informants in this study were drawn from officials and employees of the secretariat of Parliament and the leadership of Parliament and North Sulawesi. Collecting data with interview techniques ; while the analysis of data using interactive model analysis techniques of Miles and Hubernann . The results showed : (1) the level of effectiveness is quite nice views of the successful implementation of programs and activities that have been set, and the level of achievement of the target outcomes; (2) the level of efficiency is quite good views of the use of the budget and the utilization of human potential employees. (3) the level of responsiveness pretty good views of the adjustability of programs and activities adopted by the council needs, the level of capacity to deal with the increased volume of work, and the level of ability to cope with problems or obstacles that arise in the implementation of tasks. (4) the level of accountability pretty good views of a system of accountability that do good to the chairman of the board, to the leadership of the provincial government, and public. Based on the conclusions of the research results it is suggested to improve the performance of the Provincial Parliament Secretariat North Sulawei by doing things: (1) increase the competence of human resources through education and training of employees technically functional; (2) Improve the work motivation of employees by provid ing adequate incentives ; and (3) improving coordination among organizational units and coordination with Parliament

Strength (Strenghts). the potential Natural touristdestinations, training or training for the improvement of HUMAN RESOURCES, Event or activity sectorof tourism, the presence of public awareness related to tourism, and the creation of access roads to thetourist destinations.     Social distancing and physical distancing policies are actions taken by the government to stop the spread of Covid 19. In its implementation, it has had an impact on the management of artificial tourism objects. The research data was collected directly through the interview process to the managers of artificial tourism objects and tourists directly at the research site. Data collection was also carried out for the government and the Covid 19 task force using the google form. Data was also collected secondaryly by accessing Google Scholar. The presentation of the data in this study was carried out in a descriptive-analytic manner and deductively drawing conclusions. Research findings that the application of social distancing and physical distancing on artificial tourism objects have had a direct or indirect impact on the economic and social aspects

    The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results and impact of policy PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang Talaud Islands. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Informants were takenfrom PNPM Rural actors at the district level, the PNPM Rural actors at the village level, and the citizensPokmas members in several villages. Informants who were interviewed as many as 10 people. Datacollection techniques used were interviews. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysistechniques-interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on research results ditariki conclusions: (1) The results of PNPM Rural in DistrictEssang generally pretty good views of some aspects such as: the allocation and disbursement of funds,the management / implementation activities and the realization of the activities. (2) PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang impact on poverty reduction seen from several aspects such as: pencipaan / increaseempowerment of the economy of the poor, creation / enhancement of independence of the poor, realize orimprove the quantity and quality of facilities prasanara basic social and economic community, increasethe participation of the various parties in efforts to reduce poverty, and increase the welfare of society orof poor households.Based on the results of this penellian then it can be recommended some suggestions asfollows: (1) the PNPM Rural Policy would that be continued by the present government\u27s.     Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah dalam Implementasi Urusan Otonomi Daerah di Distrik Bugi Kabupaten Jayawijaya Propinsi Papua

    The purpose of this study was to determine the performance BugiJayawijaya Districtgovernment in the implementation of regional autonomy affairs.This study used qualitative methods. Government performance district views of three indicators ofeffectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness. The informants drawn from government elements BugiDistrict (the district chief and secretary of the district), an element of SKPD or UPT Regional Office inthe region of Bugi District, two village heads, and two community leaders / religious / traditional. Thesum of all the informants who were interviewed are as many as 8 people. Collecting data usinginterview techniques, while the analysis of data using qualitative analysis interactive model of Milesand Hubernann. The results showed: (1) the District government performance Bugi seen fromindicators of effectiveness is quite good but not optimal. (2) Performance Bugi seen from the Districtgovernment efficiency indicators are also quite good, but not maximized. (3) The District governmentperformance Bugi seen from the indicators of responsiveness is also quite good, but not maximized.Based on the results of these studies conclude that the government\u27s performance Bugi District in theimplementation of regional autonomy affairs generally quite good, but not maximized seen fromindicators of effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness.Based on the results of the research, put forward some suggestions to improve performance BugiDistrict government in the implementation of regional autonomy affairs, as follows: (1) The DistrictGovernment should be allocated sufficient budget to finance programs and activities. (2) The provisionand improvement of infrastructure and facilities Bugi District government work needs to be done; and(3) Employee / Bugi District government officials should be increased, and the quality of humanresource / employee also needs to be enhanced through appropriate education and training

    Crystalline spinel quaternary ferrites MxZn1−xFe2O4 (M = Co, Ni; x = 0.2, 0.35, 0.5, 0.65, 0.8) were synthesised through conventional batch hydrothermal synthesis (HT) at 135 °C as well as via continuous flow hydrothermal synthesis (CHFS). The as prepared compounds were thoroughly characterised from a compositional (ICP-MS, XPS) and structural (XRD) point of view in order to compare the synthetic approaches and achieve a greater understanding of how the chosen approach influences the characteristics of the resulting spinel

    Kebijakan otonomi daerah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah desa dalampelayanan publik; namun dalam Kenyataan masih banyak pemerintah desa yang belum dapat mewujudkankinerja pelayanan publik sesuai yang diharapkan tersebut. Bertolak dari Kenyataan itu maka penelitian inibertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan “bagaimana “Bagaimana kinerja Pemerintah Desa KampungKiliarma Distrik Agimuga Kabupaten Mimika dalam pelayanan publik ?”Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Kinerja pemerintah kampung dalampelayanan public dilihat dari empat indikator yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, responsivitas dan kualitaspelayanan. Sumber data/responden penelitian adalah semua kepala keluarga di kampung Kiliarma yaitusebanyak 46 orang KK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dibantu dengan teknikwawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis dekriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) tingkat efektivitas pelayanan publik masih terkategori sedang danrendah dilihat dari tingkat kemampuan dalam menyusun, mengembangkan dan melaksanakan program dankegiatan pelayanan publik secara berhasil; (2) tingkat efisiensi pelayanan publik masih terkategori sedangdan rendah dilihat dari kemampuan melaksanakan pelayanan publik secara cepat (waktu), tepat (biaya), danmudah (prosedur dan mekanisme pelayanan); (3) Tingkat responsivitas pelayanan publik masih terkategorisedang dan rendah dilihat dari tingkat keselarasan program dan kegiatan pelayanan yangditetapkan/dilaksanakan dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat; (4)Tingkat kualitas pelayananmasih terkategori sedang dan rendah dilihat dari kemampuan dalam menyenggaarakan pelayanan publikyang berkualitas dan memuaskan masyarakat dari segi prosedur dan mekanisme pelayanan, persyaratanteknis dan administratif pelayanan, transparansi biaya pelayanan, waktu penyelesaian pelayanan, dantanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kinerja pemerintah KampungKiliarma Distrik Agimuga Kabupaten Mimika Propinsi Papua masih terkategori rendah sampai sedangdilihat dari indikator efektivitas, efisiensi, responsivitas, dan kualitas layanan.Bertolak dari kesimpulan hasil penelitian tersebut maka perlu direkomendasikan saran : untukmewujudkan peningkatan kinerja pemerintah Kampung Kiliarma dalam pelayanan publik, maka perludilakukan peningkatan kompetensi aparat pemerintah kampung, peningkatan prasarana dan saranapelayanan publik, dan pembinaan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik

    Currently there is no doubt that in the era of globalization there is no doubt have demanded a lot of change, improvement and increased in various fields. If connected to the human resources needs to be an increase in the quality of labor and the ability to be able to independently and compete. Among one of the aspects relating to human resources, which must be considered by the agency is working motivation of employees (employees) is the willingness of employees to concentrate all its efforts for the agency.Motivation is increasingly important because of the leadership of the subordinates to share the work done well and directed to the goals previously set. Leadership in motivating employees should realize that humans have a willingness to work hard in the hope he will be able to meet the needs and desires of his work. In carrying out its work, the employee does not carry out all the work yourself, but sometimes it takes a good cooperation among employees in completing a job. In this case, leaders must encourage and stimulate the motion (working willingness) employee to perform a job that was his duty so that they are motivated to work as best as possible and be able to improve the productivity of their labor. It is worth noting because human labor as a man who can not be driven away, but living beings who have feelings, needs, desires and mindset alone.In improving organizational performance in a wide range of internal and external aspects, in other words Motivation determined on their relationships with the various aspects that come from individual employees themselves, as well as from outside the individual. This study found that the motivation factor, turns out to have a close relationship and significant impact on the workings of employees / educators. Therefore disimpulakan that, the role of motivation to have a significant role in the performance of an organization meningkatakn is the driving force of the organization
