Предлагаются стратегия и алгоритм установления выводимости формул исчисления, показывается корректность алгоритма и определяется оценка его эффективности

A formation process for semiconductor quantum dots based on a surface instability induced by ion sputtering under normal incidence is presented. Crystalline dots 35 nanometers in diameter and arranged in a regular hexagonal lattice were produced on gallium antimonide surfaces. The formation mechanism relies on a natural self-organization mechanism that occurs during the erosion of surfaces, which is based on the interplay between roughening induced by ion sputtering and smoothing due to surface diffusion

Equipment design for storage and display of educational projects

We use femtosecond time-resolved transmission spectroscopy to study the density and time dependence of transient absorption changes of CdSe nanocrystals. Our data show pronounced absorption saturation up to complete bleaching of the lowest optical transition. At high carrier density the nonlinear spectra show several peaks that can be related to the two lowest quantized electron states. Thevtime dependence of the carrier-induced absorption changes indicates an ultrafast relaxation process within the strongly broadened absorption lines

Влияние объемной доли частиц TiC на микроструктуру и механические свойства композита TiC/Ti-6Al-4V, полученного методом электронно-лучевого плавления проволоки

В данной работе исследовано влияние объемной доли частиц TiC на микроструктуру и механические свойства композитов TiC/Ti-6Al-4V, полученных в результате электронно-лучевого сплавления титановой проволоки Ti-6Al-4V и карбидных порошковых частиц TiC. Установлено, что увеличение объемной доли карбидных фаз обуславливает повышение значения микротвердости и прочности на растяжение, однако приводит к постепенному снижению пластичности EBF3-композитов.In this work, the effect of the volume fraction of TiC particles on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC/Ti-6Al-4V composites was studied. Composites were obtained by electron-beam melting of Ti-6Al-4V titanium wire and TiC carbide powder particles. It was found that an increase in the volume fraction of carbide phases causes an increase in the microhardness and tensile strength, however, it leads to a gradual decrease of EBF3-composites ductility

Разработка технологии изготовления деталей насос-дозатора с применением операции дорнования

В работе изучено 4 раздела.Выбраны метод изготовления глубокого отверстия малого диаметра и метод нанесения покрытия . Разработана методика испытаний. Разработан технологический процесс изготовления цилиндра плунжерной пары и образцов для испытаний износостойкости. Разработана и изготовлена конструкция для дорнования глубоких отверстий малого диаметра и проведены предварительные испытания. Так же разработана и изготовлена конструкция для испытаний износостойкости опытных образцов, написана программа для работы с микроконтроллером.Four sections were studied in the work. The method of manufacturing a deep hole of small diameter and the method of coating were selected. A test procedure has been developed. A technological process has been developed for manufacturing a cylinder of a plunger pair and samples for wear resistance testing. Designed and manufactured for the burning of deep holes of small diameter and preliminary tests. A design was also developed and manufactured for testing the wear resistance of prototypes, and a program was written for working with a microcontroller
