The subject of this paper is the systematic destruction and the current state of monuments to the national liberation struggle in the former Yugoslavia. The aim of the paper is to point out the fact that after the breakup of the former Yugoslavia in 1990, in all republics, to a greater or lesser extent, deliberate neglect or targeted destruction of cultural heritage created in the period between 1945ā€“1990. Monuments erected to commemorate the anti-fascist struggle in the Second World War are desecrated, neglected or demolished. For the purposes of this article, the secondary data sources have been used, including information available on the Internet, daily newspapers, as well as in the relevant literature on. The method of qualitative data analysis was applied. In addition to the above, the paper will use relevant examples on the topic of destruction of monuments. The politicization, revision and mythologizing of history in our time is particularly expressed in the way we treat cultural heritage. There are positive examples of restoration of demolished monuments from that period, but for now it is still not enough

These techniques can be labeled by various terms, including autobiography, autoethnography, personal history, oral history, and life story. Biographies help us identify trends as well as unique aspects of life. A key issue in biographical research is objectivity and how to balance the particular and the universal, the individual and the common. The biographical method in sport is an analytical approach used to uncover the history of athletes and their sports organizations and provides an in-depth look at the athlete's place in the world of sport, focusing in particular on the role their personal life and experiences played in their sporting achievements

Public Relations (PR), a significant component of the media industry, also represents a management function that helps establish and maintain beneficial connections between the organization and various stakeholders. The evolution of the public relations profession is commonly perceived as a qualitative shift from the unethical practices that dominated several decades since the 1920s to strategically and ethically conducted campaigns in contemporary business. However, when considering the practice of PR in the first decades of the 21st century, numerous concerns arise regarding ethical dilemmas, conflicts, and, consequently, the ethical decisionmaking process. The main objective of this paper is to offer an overview of ethics and its development in PR. The application of ethical principles based on utilitarian, deontological, situational and virtue approaches is discussed. This study also analyzes the most frequently encountered ethical problems in contemporary PR practice. Finally, the paper delves into some models of the ethical decision-making process and discusses the legal consequences of PR

Hydraulic engineering for sustainable development of irrigation systems in the Republika Srpska

Proizvodnja hrane bi trebalo da bude osnova i pokretač razvoja privrede Republike Srpske, ali raspoloživi polјoprivredni i vodni resursi nisu dovolјno iskoriŔćeni. Food production should be at the heart of the Republika Srpska's economic development but the available agricultural and water resources are underutilized. A ā€˜resource paradoxā€™ is evident in the area of key macro-plots along the Sava River, where large high-grade agricultural plots are located in flood protected areas but annual rainfall is not sufficient for the development of intensive agricultural production. The development of irrigation in these areas, but also in smaller plots in rural areas in the east and south, has been recognized as central to the economic development of the Republika Srpska. The RS Government and the relevant Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management have recognized that the upstream sections of the watercourses in the Federation of B&H do not have integrated water management systems providing irrigation water. They have invested significantly to improve the modest irrigation system, relying on available water resources in the Republika Srpska. EU practices were used in the process of developing agricultural production by means of irrigation, respecting the principles of water productivity through improvement and rational use of water. Consideration has been given to the gradual introduction of modern scientific approaches and the benefits of precision agriculture with its streamlined approach in agricultural production and irrigation. This paper presents the experience of applying hydraulic engineering to the development of irrigation systems during a ten-year period in the Republika Srpska. It presents examples of: planning of single-purpose and multi-purpose reservoirs; principles of water abstraction from reservoirs, rivers and underground, and methods of distributing water to macro and micro-plots in different conditions and specific areas. Consideration has been given to the reservoirs in the Jablanica River basin - sub-basin of the Lubina River (Potkozarje in the municipality of GradiÅ”ka), and a general analysis is given of the other necessary reservoirs in Republika Srpska, as well as planned and newly built irrigation systems in the Drina, Sava, TrebiÅ”njica and Vrbas river basins. The paper provides a projection of the continuation of sustainable development of irrigation systems, taking into account the strategic determinants of the water and agricultural sectors in the Republika Srpska, as well as the sociological elements of retaining population in rural areas where there is significant depopulation.[https://www.vodoprivreda.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/4-Tamara-Sudar-i-saradnici.pdf

    Rebranding the Serbian Armed Forces

The power of brands is very high, so it is important to know how they work; how they are managed; how they are created and maintained; why some are successful, and others are not. However, branding is not just about function, presence or visibility; emotional connection with people is of paramount importance for a complete success. The Serbian Armed Forces are one of the oldest brand, which has huge social significance and impact. It is a brand that is firmly rooted in the minds of people, which, despite all the tragic events of the early 1990s, arouses positive emotions. The Serbian Army lost its identity back in 1918. Since the Union of Serbia and Montenegro was dissolved, the Serbian Armed Forces have been in quest for its identity, shattered image, elements of a new name, ideas, and structures. True and strong brands are long-lived. However, in case of their neglect, carelessness and lack of commitment, they need revitalization and rebranding
