    Determinasi Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Adversity Quotient (Aq) Terhadap Sikap Profesional Ditinjau Dari Status Profesi Guru SMP Di Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi kecerdasan emosional dan Adversity Quotient (AQ) terhadap sikap profesional ditinjau dari status profesi guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada sekolah SMP di Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Subjek penelitian diambil secara proportional random sampling sebanyak 254 orang, terdiri dari 127 orang guru yang tersertifikasi dan 127 orang guru yang tidak tersertifikasi, dari keseuruhan populasi yang berjumlah sebanyak 552 orang. Data tentang kecerdasan emosional, Adversity Quotient (AQ), dan sikap profesional guru diukur dengan menggunakan angket model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan teknik ANAKOVA dengan taraf signifikan = 0,05. Penelitian menemukan: (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap profesional antara guru yang tersertifikasi dengan guru yang tidak tersertifikasi (F = 81,472; sig = 0,000, p 0.05), (3) dengan pengendalian Adversity Quotient (AQ), terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap profesional antara guru yang tersertifikasi dengan guru yang tidak tersertifikasi (F = 43,620; sig = 0,000, p 0.05), (6) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan Adversity Quotient (AQ) terhadap sikap profesional guru (r = 0,456; sig = 0,00, p 0.05). Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan emosional, Adversity Quotient (AQ), sikap profesional, dan status profesi guru. This research aimed at investigating the determination of emotional intelligence and Adversity Quotient (AQ) against professional attitude judging from status of the teaching profession. The research was conducted on junior high schools in Buleleng District Buleleng Regency. Research subjects taken by proportional random sampling as many as 254 people, consists of 127 certified teachers and 127 people who are not certified teachers, of the overall population of as many as 552 people. The data of emotional intelligence, Adversity Quotient (AQ), and professional attitude of teachers were measured using Likert Scale model Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using ANACOVA analysis with the significant value of α = 0.05. The results of this research show that: (1) there are significant differences between the professional attitude of certified teachers with teachers who are not certified (F = 81,472; sig = 0,000, p 0.05), (3) by controlling Adversity Quotient (AQ), there are significant differences between the professional attitude of certified teachers with teachers who are not certified (F = 43.620; sig = 0,000, p 0.05), (6) there is a significant determination Adversity Quotient (AQ) to the professional attitude of teachers (r = 0.456; sig = 0.00, p 0.05)

    The aim of this study was to find out how much contribution of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency towards teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. This study is ex-post factor by number of sample were 145 people and number of sample were 30. data collecting methode was questionary and observation technique. Questioner have been used to get data of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency. While the teacher performance got by observation technique. Observation technique have been used to get data of teacher performance from their superior in their working unit. In this case was the principal, the principal of each unit in SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Hypotesis test of correlation and contribution each independent variable towards dependent variable have been used partial correlation formula that have purpose to find out value of pure correlation regardless from control variable effect. Testing have been conducted with significancy level of 5%. Based on the result of study can be concluded that effectivity of principal leadership, pedagogic competency, and achivement motivation have significant contribution toward teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati, either partial and simultaneously. Thus the third variable could as predictor of tend level of teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. If viewed from contribution each independent variables, and the principal leadership effectivity as dominant predictor that have effect on the teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati

    The purpose of this research is to improve learning activity and self-help ability in handicapped children in self-help learning grade D3 in SLB C Negeri Singaraja academic year of 2012/2013 through drill method implementation. This research is an action research administered in SLB C Negeri Singaraja. Subject in this research was six students grade D3 SLB C. Data of learning activity dan self-help ability were collected by using observation sheet and analyzed descriptively. Result for the cycle I shows that two students (33,33%) have passed the learning activity criterion (criterion good) and one student (16,67%) have passed the self-help ability criterion (criterion good). The point emphasized in implementation cycle I was intensifying the drill learning method. The result in cycle II shows that all students (100%) have passed the learning activity criterion and self-help ability criterion with the category of very good

    Studi Evaluasi Kesiapan SD Negeri 2 Gianyar Menjadi Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional

    This study aimed at finding out (1) description of the SD Negeri 2 Gianyar readiness to be Precursor of International Standard School from context point of view, (2) description of the SD Negeri 2 Gianyar readiness to be Precursor of International Standard School from input point of view, (3) description of the SD Negeri 2 Gianyar readiness to be Precursor of International Standard School from process point of view, (4) description of obstacles encountered in preparing SD 2 Gianyar to be Precursor of International Standard School. This study belonged to an evaluative research that adopted the CIPP evaluation model. The context variable was measured by an instrument in the form of context variable questionnaire, the input variable by an instrument in the form of input variable questionnaire, and the process variable by process variable questionnaire. The sample consisted of 12 teachers,1 headmaster, 3 administration officers, 4 school committees, and 132 students parents in SD 2 Gianyar derived purposive sampling technique. The data in the form of scores related to the context, input and process variables were analyzed by converting them into t-scores. The result showed that (1) the readiness level of SD 2 Gianyar to be Precursor of International Standard School was 58,13.It showed that SD 2 Gianyar was ready to be the Precursor of International Standard School from context point of view, (2) the readiness level of SD 2 Gianyar to be Precursor of International Standard School was 56,46.It showed that SD 2 Gianyar was ready to be the Precursor of International Standard School from input point of view,(3) the readiness level of SD 2 Gianyar to be Precursor of International Standard School was 42,29.It showed that SD 2 Gianyar was ready to be the Precursor of International Standard School from process point of view, (4) The main obstacle encountered in preparing SD 2 Gianyar to be precursor of International Standard School is that the existed shool development system to be Precursor of International Standard School has not maximized by the implementation of various strategies especially process strategies yet. Having been interpreted into Glickman's Quadrant readiness level criteria, It found that readiness level of SD 2 Gianyar was in ready quadrant with various obstacle in process variable. Thus, it could be concluded that SD Negeri 2 Gianyar was less ready to be Precursor of International Standard School from the proses points of view

    Pengaruh Implementasi Pembelajaran Tematik terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ditinjau dari Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Kelas IV Gugus Empat di Kecamatan Gianyar

    This study aimed to determine (1) the difference between the academic achievement of students who take thematic learning compared to students who take conventional learning, (2) the effect of the interaction between learning strategies with students' motivation to learning achievement, (3) differences in academic achievement between students who following thematic learning compared to students who take conventional learning on students who have high motivation to learn, and (4) differences in academic achievement between students who take the thematic learning compared to students who take conventional learning on students with low learning motivation. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance with two lanes F-test. The results show that: (1) there are differences in student achievement between students who take the thematic learning and students who take conventional learning (FA = 5.008 with p <0.05), (2) There is an interaction effect between learning strategies and motivation toward achievement learning (FAB = 36.762 with p <0.05), (3) In the students who have high motivation to learn, there are differences in student achievement between students who take the thematic learning and students who take conventional learning (t-test = 5.870> t-table = 1.960), and (4) At the student who has a low learning motivation, there is a difference in student achievement between students who take the thematic learning and students who take conventional learning (t-test = 2.705> t-table = 1.960)
