This paper discusses the perspectives to production, exports, imports, prices and welfare levels (producer surplus and consumer surplus) to the beef sector in the MERCOSUR facing some scenarios of tariffs reductions at the multilateral and regional levels. We use a Spatial Allocation Model formulated as a Mixed Complementarity Problem. We got a base scenario for the world markets, and then we simulated scenarios with reductions of tariffs. In the base scenario, MERCOSUR and Oceania are exporters and the other regions produce for domestic consumption, and some of them are importers. When we analyze the aggregate welfare level in MERCOSUR, the multilateral free trade is the scenario that brings the highest benefits.Beef, Mercosur, International trade, International Relations/Trade,

Um experimento de construção de “intersubjetividade” entre dois ambientes radicalmente diversos na cidade de São Paulo, a favela e a universidade

Our initial proposal was to bring together two diverse cultural environments, two different groups of young people: the young undergraduate students of the Journalism and Multimeios at PUC-SP and the young people of the Nofotofake collective from the favela of Heliópolis (subjects and subjects of the research of doctoral student Roberta Dabdab), to photograph together their respective environments as a contribution to the construction of an “intersubjective model” of social design, capable of inducing the creation of intersubjectivities among them. We were living the pandemic at its peak (2021) and our hypothesis was not confirmed at first, but it flourished and confirmed the importance of a model that makes it possible to design new social, cultural and therefore environmental configurations, a kind of “biodesign”. The methodology is based on Harry Pross's Media Theory and his considerations about “primary media” and will follow paths pointed out by Vilém Flusser (intersubjectivity) and Baitello (iconophagy).Nuestra propuesta inicial fue reunir dos ambientes culturales diversos, dos grupos diferentes de jóvenes: los jóvenes estudiantes del curso de licenciatura en Periodismo y Multimedia de la PUC-SP y los jóvenes del colectivo Nofotofake de la favela de Heliópolis (sujetos y sujetos de la investigación de la estudiante de doctorado Roberta Dabdab), para fotografiar juntos sus respectivos ambientes como un indicador de la construcción de un “modelo intersubjetivo” de diseño social, capaz de inducir la creación de intersubjetividades entre ellos. Vivimos la pandemia en su punto álgido (2021) y nuestra hipótesis no se confirmó en un primer momento, pero afloró y confirmó la importancia de un modelo que permite diseñar nuevas configuraciones sociales, culturales y, por tanto, ambientales, una especie de “biodiseño”. La metodología se basa en la Teoría de los Medios de Harry Pross y sus consideraciones sobre los “medios primarios” y seguirá los caminos señalados por Vilém Flusser (intersubjetividad) y Baitello (iconofagia).Nossa proposta inicial foi de aproximar dois ambientes culturais diversos, 2 grupos diferentes de jovens: os jovens alunos da graduação de Jornalismo e de Multimeios da PUC-SP e os jovens do coletivo Nofotofake da favela de Heliópolis (sujeitas e sujeitos da pesquisa da doutoranda Roberta Dabdab), para fotografarem juntos seus respectivos ambientes como apontamento para a construção de um “modelo intersubjetivo” de design social, capaz de induzir a criação de intersubjetividades entre eles. Estávamos vivendo a pandemia em seu maior pico (2021) e nossa hipótese não se confirmou em um primeiro momento, mas, aflorou e confirmou a importância de um modelo que possibilite desenhar novas configurações sociais, culturais logo, ambientais, um tipo de “biodesign”. A metodologia está alicerçada pela Teoria de Mídia de Harry Pross e suas considerações sobre a “mídia primária” e seguirá caminhos apontados por Vilém Flusser (intersubjetividade) e Baitello (iconofagia)

Trajetórias da Educomunicação nas Políticas Públicas e a Formação de seus Profissionais

Esta obra é composta com os trabalhos apresentados no primeiro subtema, TRAJETÓRIA – Educação para a Comunicação como Política pública, nas perspectivas da Educomunicação e da Mídia-Educação, do II Congresso Internacional de Comunicação e Educação. Estar en el mundo 4.0. El gesto del fotógrafo como una experiencia de las cuatro dimensiones del Lebenswelt

A través del diálogo entre “Escalera de la abstracción” (Treppe der Abstraktion) de Vilém Flusser y el “Pensar-Cuerpo” (KörperDenken) de Dietmar Kamper, llegamos a Estar en el mundo 4.0, una propuesta para restaurar y recuperar el mundo de la vida en sus cuatro dimensiones.This article contextualizes and presents an educational approach for the production of knowledge, autonomy and cultural patterns in small underprivileged social groups, facing the challenges demanded by the paradigm of a society that is increasingly amalgamating with advanced technology and consequent social exclusion.
