The present disclosure provides a method and prediction system for providing secure BNPL for B2B using federated blockchain and AI. The prediction system provides shared digital ledger using federated blockchain i.e., by using shared digital ledger, participants can see history and transfer of assets and identify fraudulent transactions easily. Further, the prediction system provides secure BNPL using Deep Learning. The prediction system performs data pre-processing and feature engineering. Further, the prediction system analyses business using machine learning models. Thereafter, the prediction system performs BNPL amount prediction using neural networks and regression. Thus, the present disclosure prevents frauds and provides loaning for secure BNPL for B2B. Figures 3a-3

Domestic violence or Intimate Partner Violence is a phenomenon known to everyone but accepted by a few. Since time immemorial, women have been subjected to various kinds of abuses ranging from physical, sexual, psychological and economical but it’s only in late nineties that it has been recognised worldwide as an offence against marriage and a criminal act done by someone having fiduciary relationship. It came as a bolt to social institution of marriage in India due to its nature of being considered as a sacrament or holy union dictated in the holy texts. Though the International conventions and legislations have tried to curb the menace of harm or abuse to women in her household or shared space but it has not done sufficient to address the needs of People with disabilities. In India, the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was introduced to provide safeguard to the rights of women who are victim of abuse by laying down detailed procedure of complaints, protection orders, and compensation orders etc. but to author’s surprise it nowhere specifically mentions anything concerning specially abled women. It’s not something that can be addressed generally because due to their disabilities such women are more vulnerable and prone to violence. With this paper, the researcher would like to reflect upon missing case of Women with disabilities in PDVA, 2005

Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the disease prevalence and drug utilization pattern in the department of cardiology in a tertiary care hospital in northeastern India. Methods: Indoor case papers 112 of patients fulfilling inclusion criteria were included in this study. The study was performed in between December 2014 to February 2015. Case papers analyzed and documented for demographic variables, indication, disease prevalence, co-morbidities and prescribing pattern of the physician. Results: A total of 112 cases were evaluated. Patients of age group between 61-90 y were diagnosed 48.21% of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Male patients (67%) were diagnosed CVDs more than female patients (33%). Our findings indicated that hyperlipidemia (84.82%), hypertension (80.35%) and ischemic heart disease (66.96%) were most frequently diagnosed disease and most of the diseases were treated by the combination of two or three drugs. The use of statins, beta blockers, diuretics, calcium channel blockers and angiotensin-converting enzymes (ACE) inhibitors was very common. Diabetes, anemia and asthma were the comorbidities associated with CVDs.Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia, hypertension and ischemic heart disease were the prevalent diseases among CVDs. Statins and antihypertensive were most prescribed drugs. Combinations of drugs were prescribed to the patients for effective therapy. The present study will help the healthcare professionals to optimize the efficient and safe use of cardiovascular drugs. Keywords: Ischemic heart diseases, Hypertension, Rational, Health professional
