Spin distribution of nuclear levels using static path approximation with random-phase approximation
We present a thermal and quantum-mechanical treatment of nuclear rotation
using the formalism of static path approximation (SPA) plus random-phase
approximation (RPA). Naive perturbation theory fails because of the presence of
zero-frequency modes due to dynamical symmetry breaking. Such modes lead to
infrared divergences. We show that composite zero-frequency excitations are
properly treated within the collective coordinate method. The resulting
perturbation theory is free from infrared divergences. Without the assumption
of individual random spin vectors, we derive microscopically the spin
distribution of the level density. The moment of inertia is thereby related to
the spin-cutoff parameter in the usual way. Explicit calculations are performed
for 56^Fe; various thermal properties are discussed. In particular, we
demonstrate that the increase of the moment of inertia with increasing
temperature is correlated with the suppression of pairing correlations.Comment: 12 pages, 8 figures, accepted for publication in Physical Review
Effect of electron irradiation on vortex dynamics in YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x} single crystals
We report on drastic change of vortex dynamics with increase of quenched
disorder: for rather weak disorder we found a single vortex creep regime, which
we attribute to a Bragg-glass phase, while for enhanced disorder we found an
increase of both the depinning current and activation energy with magnetic
field, which we attribute to entangled vortex phase. We also found that
introduction of additional defects always increases the depinning current, but
it increases activation energy only for elastic vortex creep, while it
decreases activation energy for plastic vortex creep.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures, submited to Phys. Rev.
Regge Field Theory in zero transverse dimensions: loops versus "net" diagrams
Toy models of interacting Pomerons with triple and quaternary Pomeron
vertices in zero transverse dimension are investigated. Numerical solutions for
eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the corresponding Hamiltonians are obtained,
providing the quantum solution for the scattering amplitude in both models. The
equations of motion for the Lagrangians of the theories are also considered and
the classical solutions of the equations are found. Full two-point Green
functions ("effective" Pomeron propagator) and amplitude of diffractive
dissociation process are calculated in the framework of RFT-0 approach. The
importance of the loops contribution in the amplitude at different values of
the model parameters is discussed as well as the difference between the models
with and without quaternary Pomeron vertex.Comment: 34 pages, 36 figure
SANC integrator in the progress: QCD and EW contributions
Modules and packages for the one-loop calculations at partonic level
represent the first level of SANC output computer product. The next level
represents Monte Carlo integrator mcsanc, realizing fully differential hadron
level calculations (convolution with PDF) for the HEP processes at LHC. In this
paper we describe the implementation into the framework mcsanc first set of
processes: DY NC, DY CC, ff->HW(Z) and single top production. Both EW and QCD
NLO corrections are taken into account. A comparison of SANC results with those
existing in the world literature is given
Standard SANC modules for NLO QCD Radiative Corrections to Single-top Production
It this paper we present the results obtained with the newly created Standard
SANC modules for calculation of the NLO QCD corrections to single top
production processes in s and t channels at the partonic level, as well as
top-decays. The main aim of these results is to prove the correct work of
modules. A comprehensive comparison with results of the CompHEP system is
given, where possible. These modules are intended to be used in Monte Carlo
generators for single top production processes at the LHC. As in our recent
paper, devoted to the electroweak corrections to these processes, we study the
regularization of the top-legs associated infrared divergences with aid of the
complex mass of the top quark. A comparison of QCD corrections with those
computed by the conventional method is presented both for top production and
decays. For s channel production we give an analytic proof of equivalence of
the two methods in the limit of low top width.Comment: 21 pages, 2 figures, 17 table
Electroweak radiative corrections to the three channels of the process f_1 bar-f_1 ZA --> 0
We have calculated the electroweak radiative corrections at the O(alpha)
level to the three channels of the process f_1 bar-f_1 Z A --> 0 and
implemented them into the SANC system. Here A stands for the photon and f_1 for
a first generation fermion whose mass is neglected everywhere except in
arguments of logarithmic functions. The symbol --> 0 means that 4-momenta of
all the external particles flow inwards. We present the complete analytical
results for the covariant and helicity amplitudes for three cross channels: f_1
+ bar-f_1 --> Z + gamma, Z --> f_1 + bar-f_1 + gamma and f_1 + gamma --> f_1 +
Z. The one-loop scalar form factors of these channels are simply related by an
appropriate permutation of their arguments s,t,u. To check the correctness of
our results we first of all observe the independence of the scalar form factors
on the gauge parameters and the validity of the Ward identity, i.e. external
photon transversality, and, secondly, compare our numerical results with the

Gas-liquid transition in the model of particles interacting at high energy
An application of the ideas of the inertial confinement fusion process in the
case of particles interacting at high energy is investigated. A possibility of
the gas-liquid transition in the gas is considered using different approaches.
In particular, a shock wave description of interactions between particles is
studied and a self-similar solution of Euler's equation is discussed.
Additionally, Boltzmann equation is solved for self-consistent field (Vlasov's
equation) in linear approximation for the case of a gas under external pressure
and the corresponding change of Knudsen number of the system is calculated.Comment: 24 pages, 2 figur
Modeling the registration efficiency of thermal neutrons by gadolinium foils
In the paper we present the results of mathematical modeling of the
registration efficiency of thermal neutrons for the converters made of natural
Gd and its 157 isotope plane-parallel foils. In the performed calculations four
fixed energies of neutrons with the corresponding wavelengths of 1, 1.8, 3 and
4 are taken into account. We calculate the efficiencies of the converter
for electron escapes to frontward and backward hemispheres and their sum,
depending on thickness of converting foils. Results of comparison of our
calculations with the experimental data are presented.Comment: 19 pages, 8 figure

The relevance of the study is determined by the processes of modernization of vocational education and the transition to the educational standards of the third generation, which open up new opportunities for students and teachers. Step-by-step management support of professional and educational trajectory of students requires organizational conditions and the development of technology for its practical implementation. Identifying the level of motivation in students when choosing a future profession allows assessing the level of inclusion of students in educational and cognitive activities and determining how far it is from the optimal motivational level, which allows the student achieving their goals, advancing in professional and personal development. At the initial stage of diagnosis, the analysis of professional experience of students, successes and problems in the training practice of the first year of training is carried out, at the next stage, the results of research activities on the results of the second year of training are analyzed. Activity-practical criterion, indicators of which are formed professional skills, primary professional experience, being in a sense the total overall performance indicator of professional and personal development of students, also changes qualitatively in the direction of improvement.La relevancia del estudio está determinada por los procesos de modernización de la educación vocacional y la transición a los estándares educativos de la tercera generación, que abren nuevas oportunidades para estudiantes y profesores. El apoyo paso a paso de la gestión de la trayectoria profesional y educativa de los estudiantes requiere condiciones organizativas y el desarrollo de tecnología para su implementación práctica. Identificar el nivel de motivación en los estudiantes al elegir una profesión futura permite evaluar el nivel de inclusión de los estudiantes en actividades educativas y cognitivas y determinar qué tan lejos está del nivel motivacional óptimo, lo que permite al estudiante alcanzar sus metas, avanzando en lo profesional y en el desarrollo peronal. En la etapa inicial del diagnóstico, el análisis de la experiencia profesional de los estudiantes, los éxitos y los problemas en la práctica de capacitación del primer año se lleva a cabo. En la siguiente etapa, se analizan los resultados de las actividades de investigación sobre los resultados del segundo año de capacitación. El criterio práctico de la actividad, cuyos indicadores son habilidades profesionales formadas, experiencia profesional primaria, siendo en cierto sentido el indicador de rendimiento global total del desarrollo profesional y personal de los estudiantes, también cambia cualitativamente en la dirección de la mejora.A relevância do estudo é determinada pelos processos de modernização do ensino profissional e pela transição para os padrões educacionais da terceira geração, que abrem novas oportunidades para alunos e professores. O apoio passo a passo da gestão da trajetória profissional e educacional dos alunos requer condições organizacionais e o desenvolvimento de tecnologia para sua implementação prática. Identificar o nível de motivação dos alunos na escolha de uma profissão futura para avaliar o nível de inclusão de alunos em actividades educativas e cognitivas e determinar o quão longe é o nível motivacional ideal, que permite que o aluno a alcançar seus objetivos, o progresso na profissional e no desenvolvimento peronal. Na fase inicial do diagnóstico, ocorre a análise da experiência profissional dos alunos, sucessos e problemas na prática do primeiro ano de treinamento. Na etapa seguinte, são analisados os resultados das atividades de pesquisa sobre os resultados do segundo ano de treinamento. O critério prático da atividade, cujos indicadores são habilidades profissionais treinadas, experiência profissional primária, sendo de certa forma o indicador do desempenho global total do desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal dos estudantes, também muda qualitativamente na direção da melhoria
Comparative study of Bi-Te-Se-S mineralizations in Slovak Republic and Transcarpathian region of Ukraine. Part 2. Crystal chemistry and genesis of layered Bi-tellurides
Bismuth tellurides of layered structure (tetradymite group) are characteristic minerals of metasomatically altered neovolcanites of Slovakia and Ukrainian Transcarpathians. Tsumoite, pilsenite and joseite (A and B) are established in both regions, but the tetradymite is not found in Transcarpathians. Two new minerals, telluronevskite and vihorlatite, are found in Slovakia. Phase Ві2Те (X-ray, microprobe) that forms epitaxial intergrowths with pilsenite is determined in Transcarpathians (Il'kivtsy). Se-joseite-В, Se-tsumoite, Te-bismuthite, phase ~ Ві2SeS (intermediate phase between nevskite and ingodite) and phase with stoichiometry of А3Х2 (A = Bi; Х = Te, Se, S) are determined in globules of native bismuth (Smerekiv Kamin') by microprobe analysis, but the number of anions Х varies from Bi3Te1.5S0.5 to Bi3TeSe0.5S0.5. The temperature of formation of layered bismuth tellurides is estimated within the interval 350—100 ºС.Телуриди бісмуту шаруватої структури (група тетрадиміту) — характерні мінерали метасоматично змінених неовулканітів Словаччини і Українського Закарпаття. Цумоїт, пильзеніт і жозеіт (А і В) відомі в обох регіонах, але тетрадиміт не знайдений в Закарпатті. У Словаччині відкриті два нових мінерали — телуроневскіт і вигорлатит. У Закарпатті (Ільківці) в епітаксичному зростанні з пільзенітом визначена фаза Ві2Те (рентген, електронний зонд), що утворює епітаксичні зростання з пільзенітом. У глобулах самородного бісмуту (Смереків Камінь) за допомогою електронно-зондового аналізу виявлені Se-жозеїт-В, Se-цумоїт, Те-бісмутиніт, фаза ~Ві2SeS (проміжна між невскітом й інгодитом) і фаза зі стехіометрією А3Х2 (А = Ві; Х = Te, Se, S), але кількість аніонів Х змінюється від Bi3Te1,5S0,5 до Bi3TeSe0,5S0,5. Температурний інтервал утворення шаруватих телуридів бісмуту — 350–100 ºС.Теллуриды висмута слоистой структуры (группа тетрадимита) — характерные минералы метасоматически измененных неовулканитов Словакии и Украинского Закарпатья. Цумоит, пильзенит и жозеит (А и В) установлены в обоих регионах, но тетрадимит в Закарпатье не найден. В Словакии открыты два новых минерала — теллуроневскит и выгорлатит.
