Muhammadiyah declares that the gate of ijtihad (reasoning) and tajdid (modernization) were being yet continued. Ijtihad was the base core to establish the main character of Muhammadiyah as a Modern Islamic Modernization Movement. Then, the establishment on tajdid (modernization) grows as a motor to improve the system of its movement on finding the solution to ideology problem, politic, business, social, cultural, and defence. Muhammadiyah, which the first time moved on social-religious track, was still upbringing to comprehend and rolling in the progressivity of Moslem society as in the case Indonesia. By ijtihad (reasoning) and tajdid (modernization), the role-model of Muhammadiyah as a social-religious movement grows its root on business practice. The Council of Business and Enterpreneurship (MEK) of Muhammadiyah schedules on developing the House for Charity of Muhammadiyah (AUM). Assessing the Current Indonesia's Electricity Market Arrangements and the Opportunities to Reform

Existing subsidy arrangements and institutional settings in the Indonesian electricity sector distort investment decisions and lead to higher cost. Electricity supply is characterized by natural monopoly characteristics, requiring different management by governments than sectors with more straightforward market characteristics. Many countries have undergone significant re-structuring of their electricity sectors, away from one, state owned and vertically integrated monopoly supplier to a setting whereby competition has emerged either at the generation level and/or the retail level. Transmission and distribution networks are typically heavily regulated and transparent access arrangements are put in place as part of the restructuring efforts. The analysis showed that the current structure of Indonesia's electricity sector firmly within Model 2 (the single buyer model) and highlights that Indonesia is currently towards the less-competitive end of the spectrum of Model 2, identifying significant potential for efficiency enhancing reforms within this structure. Constitutional limitations have hampered previous efforts to restructure the sector in Indonesia but there is significant room for incremental reform to improve incentives in the sector and reduce the cost of generation in the process

Some natural zeolite types have been exploited for long time to improve the quality of mine waste water. This research was to study the effect of natural zeolite from Lampung (Indonesia) to improve the quality of acid mine drainage from gold-mine in South Sumatra. The size of zeolite is 0,045-0,090 mm and it consist of the clinoptilolite, type. The zeolite column was made from PVC pipe with the length of 20 cm and the diameter of 10,2 cm. The zeolite column was leached in saturated condition during 12 weeks and was divided into four times intake of leached samples. Waste mine water taken from the location of Barisan Tropical Mining (Rawas gold project, Indonesia) on 21 and 23 July 1998. The water samples from pit Berenai contain relatively high iron ( 28 mg/l) and mangan of 9 mg/l, while zinc is less than 2 mg/l. The water generally very acid (pH 2,9) and contained the sulphate until 250 mg/l and the value of salinity of 28 mS/cm. The water sample from sediment pond and mining river generally contained iron, mangan and zinc lower compared to Berenai pit. Leached through zeolite column in the end of experiment contained of iron less than 1 mg/l, while manganese only a little changing. For water sample from Berenai pit, the column of zeolite reduced the sulphate content become 66 mg/l, decreased the salinity to less than 18 mS/cm, and increased the pH to 6,5 or more. The results indicated that natural zeolite from Lampung can be used to improve the quality of acid mine drainage. However, the application of the zeolite for larger scale still need detailed study

Setyawan AD. 2009. Diversity of Sonneratia alba in coastal area of Central Java based on isozymic patterns of esterase andperoxidase. Nusantara Bioscience 1: 92-103. The study was intended to observe the diversity and the relationship of Sonneratia alba insouthern and northern coast of Central Java Province based on isozymic patterns of esterase and peroxidase. This research wasconducted in July until December 2003, at six sites, i.e. Wulan (WUL), Juwana (JUW), Pasar Bangi (PAS), in the northern coast, andBogowonto (BOG), Motean (MOT), and Muara Dua (MUA) in the southern coast. The laboratory assay was conducted in CentralLaboratory of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta. The seedling plant samples that werecollected from enam mangrove habitats transplanted in green house in the laboratory. There were 20 individual samples each sites. Theresult indicated that the individual of S. alba of the same or near location has the same genetic diversity in common, because the geneticexchange on a same population was higher than on a different population. Therefore, the populations of S. alba from northern coast hadhigher similarity each others than southern coast one, on the other way the populations from southern coast had higher similarity eachothers than northern coast one

This research will build a system or tool (software) for face recognition based image search for lecturers to teach IBI Darmajaya attendance. This study used the face with a normal pose or face with position perpendicular to the face. Facial image recognition method using the 2D-DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform Dimention 2) good image and image database query. The system is expected to replace the old model of teaching faculty attendance Darmajaya IBI. Lecturers who will teach come to PLPP no longer need to put or write down the number of meetings, day and date, subject and sub subject but the teacher just came in front of the camera PLPP automatic scanner and a professor of facial images will be taken then processed by the program, the program will inform the faculty meeting and room number. Effectiveness of business processes, learning and human resource efficiency will be achieve
