The Relationship Between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Online Environment

Many researches have already discussed about the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there is only few discussing about the relationship in online environment. Thus, this research is conducted to see whether there is significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in online environment as well as to know which best viewpoint that may describe the relationship. This research focuses on people who have done online transactions. The sampling method is simple random sampling and finally got 97 valid and reliable responses. Next, the valid data will be processed through several methods comprising Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, and Regression with Mediating Variable using SPSS Program. After going through several tests, the results of this research show that customer satisfaction has positive significance relationship to customer loyalty in online environment. Also, it is proven that the model with mediating variable, trust, may best define the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in online environment

Local Invariants and Pairwise Entanglement in Symmetric Multi-qubit System

Pairwise entanglement properties of a symmetric multi-qubit system are analyzed through a complete set of two-qubit local invariants. Collective features of entanglement, such as spin squeezing, are expressed in terms of invariants and a classifcation scheme for pairwise entanglement is proposed. The invariant criteria given here are shown to be related to the recently proposed (Phys. Rev. The Effect of BI Rate\u27s Decrease Toward the Market Reaction in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

This research aims to analyze the market reaction that can be seen from the abnormal return and trading volume of activity against BI rate\u27s decrease announcement which is the lowest point in 2011. Research methods using paired samples t-test. Data used in this research include the date of announcement of the BI rate which is used as the event date (t0), daily closing share price of companies in a period of observation, LQ-45 index daily, the number of shares traded or daily volume, and the number of shares in circulation or listed share. This research uses 39 companies listed in the LQ 45 Index listed in BEI as samples. Result of this research is the absence of differences of Abnormal Return and Trading Volume of Activity before and after the announcement. The possibility of this situation was caused by the negative sentiment arising due to the debt crisis in Europe that there is never a solution so it affects the psychology of investors un decision-making

Impact of abiotic factors on build-up of citrus psylla, Diaphorina citri Kuwayama population in Punjab, India

Seasonal abundance of citrus psylla (Diaphorina citri) Kuwayama was studied on Kinnow mandarin under Punjab conditions during 2012 and 2013. Population of D. citri was present throughout the year but only adults found surviving during December and February. There was no nymphal population when maximum temperature was > 39°C or < 7°C. Two population peaks of nymphs wer e observed, first in April-May and second in August- September. Thereafter, there was abrupt decline in nymphal population during June and July during both the years when the weather conditions i.e. maximum, minimum temperature (°C), relative humidity (%), rainfall (m m) and sunshine (hrs) ranged from 24.4-44, 22.4-31.8, 25.5-100, 0-108.0 and 0-13.5, respectively. Highest peaks of adult were found during May followed by June. With the decrease in temperature from the end of September, the population of D. citri started to decrease and reached its lowest during winter season. Correlation analysis for both the years indicated that maximum and minimum temperature, sunshine and rainfall were positively correlated with nymphal, adult and mixed population but the effect of rainfall on adult population was non-significant, while relative humidity was negatively correlated. The study is useful to find out the weak links of psyllid populations in relation to abiotic factors and that could be exploited to curb its infestation and disease transmission

Kohesi Gramatikal dan Kohesi Leksikal dalam Cerita Anak Berjudul Buku Mini Dea Karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Adapun data dalam penelitian ini adalah data-data kualitatif berupa kata, frase, klausa, atau kalimat dalam bentuk kohesi leksikal dan gramatikal dalam cerpen Buku Mini Dea Karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana cerpen Buku Mini Dea Karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa cerpen yang berjudul Buku Mini Dea karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati ditemukan adanya kohesi gramatikal dan kohesi leksikal. Kohesi gramatikal yang ditemukan adalah substitusi (penggantian), konjungsi subordinatif cara, konjungsi subordinatif sebab, referensi personal, referensi anafora, referensi demonstratif, konjungsi koordinatif, konjungsi subordinatif, konjungsi antar kalimat. Collective multipole-like signatures of entanglement in symmetric N-qubit systems

A cogent theory of collective multipole-like quantum correlations in symmetric multiqubit states is presented by employing SO(3) irreducible spherical tensor representation. An arbitrary bipartite division of this system leads to a family of inequalities to detect entanglement involving averages of these tensors expressed in terms of the total system angular momentum operator. Implications of this theory to the quantum nature of multipole-like correlations of all orders in the Dicke states are deduced. A selected set of examples illustrate these collective tests. Analisis Model Matematika Untuk Penyebaran Virus Hepatitis B (Hbv)

Infeksi Virus Hepatitis B (HBV) dapat dimodelkan dengan menggunakan model Suspected, Infected, dan Recovered (SIR). Persamaan-persamaan pada model merupakan sistem persamaan diferensial nonliner orde satu dengan tiga variabel. Dari model SIR didapat 2 titik kesetimbangan yaitu titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit dan titik kesetimbangan endemik virus. Rasio reproduksi dasar didapat dari dua titik kesetimbangan, yang berguna untuk mengukur tingkat penyebaran virus. Untuk menganalisis kestabilan digunakan nilai Eigen dari matriks Jacobian dan Kriteria Routh-Hurwitz. Dari analisis kestabilan diketahui titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit stabil jika R0<1 dan titik kesetimbangan endemik virus stabil jika R0>1
