Publisher Correction: Statistical modeling of RNA structure profiling experiments enables parsimonious reconstruction of structure landscapes.
The originally published version of this Article contained an error in Figure 2, due to a typesetting error. Panels d and e were positioned such that the locations of the mutations in panel d did not align correctly with the corresponding nucleotides in the reactivity profile in panel e. This has now been corrected in both the PDF and HTML versions of the Article

-degeneration and -lemma
For a double complex , we show that if it satisfies the
-lemma and the spectral sequence induced by does
not degenerate at , then it degenerates at . We apply this result to
prove the degeneration at of a Hodge-de Rham spectral sequence on compact
bi-generalized Hermitian manifolds that satisfy a version of -lemma
Fragmentation functions of mesons in the Field-Feynman model
The fragmentation functions of the pion with distinction between
, , and are studied in the
Field-Feynman recursive model, by taking into account the flavor structure in
the excitation of quark-antiquark pairs by the initial quarks. The obtained
analytical results are compatible with available empirical results. The
framework is also extended to predict the fragmentation functions of the kaon
with distinction between , ,
, and . This work gives a significant
modification of the original model, and the predictions can be tested by future
experiments on the fragmentation functions of the kaon.Comment: 6 Latex pages, 10 figures, to appear in EPJ
Effect on the canine Eck fistula liver of intraportal TGF‐β alone or with hepatic growth factors
Transforming growth factor‐β canceled the hepatocyte proliferation caused by transforming growth factor‐α when the two substances were mixed and administered through a disconnected central portal vein branch after creation of an Eck fistula. In contrast, transforming growth factor‐β had no antidotal action on the stimulatory effects of insulin or full test doses of insulinlike factor‐2, hepatocyte growth factor, epidermal growth factor or triiodothymanine. A minor antidotal effect on hepatic stimulatory substance activity could be detected, but only with hepatic stimulatory substance was given in doses smaller than those known to cause maximum stimulatory response. These results suggest a highly specific pharmacological and physiological interaction between transforming growth factor‐α and transforming growth factor‐α in the modulation of liver growth control.
