    Library information system analysis and design for public senior high school XYZ in South Tangerang aims to identify needs of data and information about library operational transaction in the school. The result of requirement analysis was used to build a computerized system supporting the run of library business process. The analysis and design focused on solving the problems, such difficulties in finding book location, book availability, and else. Rational Unified Process was used for the information system development methodology and the result of requirement analysis was documented by using unified modeling language; user interface was also designed. This information system was expected to ease the library in doing its activity by serving the information related to book searching, book availability, book tracking. Besides, it would also fasten the process of book borrowing, book returning, and new book registration

    A car driver often had trouble to park his car a narrow location, caused by a narrow parking area on the wane.Also, cars had often crashed the electric pillar or scratched the car on the wall while retreat. The problem was the driverdidn\u27t know condition behind vehicle because of limited of view. The research aimed to make a system that can easily helpdriver in parking his car, by using of ultrasonic parking sensor. The method used in sensor scheme parks is ultrasonicisensor to detect and measure car and balk distance by utilising of 851 family microcontroller as the main system. Theresult indicates that ultrasonic censor effective deep measurement was on distance of 2 cm – 30 m. It is that enoughultrasonic censor is effective to be implemented on censor parks

    The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system for processes, procedures, and documents related to the production process at PT XYZ, which design the useful of accounting information systems to support business processes that occur. The design method used in this research is a method of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with the UML notation, including: use case diagram, class diagram, and component architecture. Analyzes performed related to the organizational structure and business processes based on the theory of accounting information systems production processes and internal control theory. The result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems production process is a desktop based application that can assist in the activities of the production process, especially in the documentation and storage of transaction data, and produce reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a desktop based application that can help PT XYZ to improve systems and procedures, so it can obtain the required information on time and accurately

    Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Dan Konsentrasi Paklobutrazol Terhadap Keragaan Tanaman Cabai (Capsicum Annuum L.) CV “Candlelight” Pada Budidaya Tanaman Secara Hidroponik

    Capsicum annuumL. CV. “Candlelight” atau sering disebut cabai rawit tumpuk memiliki buah beraturan seperti kumpulan lilin yang menyala, cocok untuk ditanam di pot. Tanaman cabai Candlelight memiliki potensi menjadi tanaman hias, dengan membuat tinggi tanaman lebih pendek, daun lebih hijau, cabang dan jumlah daun lebih banyak melalui pemberian paklobutrazol dan penggunaan media tanam yang tepat melalui budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi media tanam, konsentrasi paklobutrazol dan interaksi keduanya terhadap keragaan tanaman cabai Candlelight pada budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2015 sampai Juni 2016 di Rumah Kaca Universitas Lampug dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Perlakuan disusun faktorial 2 x 5 dengan 3 kelompok yang terdapat 2 sub sampel. Faktor pertama adalah komposisi media tanam (M) terdiri dari; sekam bakar (m 1 ), dan sekam bakar + sekam mentah 1:1 (m 2 ). Faktor kedua konsentrasi paklobutrazol (D) terdiri; dari 0 ppm (d 0 ), 25 ppm (d 1 ), 50 ppm (d 2 ), 75 ppm (d 3 ), dan 100 ppm (d 4 ). Homogenitas ragamn diuji dengan Uji Bartlett dan aditivitas dengan Uji Tukey. Pemisahan nilai tengah diuji dengan Uji Polinomial Ortogonal pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan media sekam bakar hasil lebih baik dibandingkan sekam campuran. Konsentrasi paklobutrazol 50 ppm berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun total, tinggi tanaman, jumlah tunas, muncul bunga pertama, jumlah bunga, jumlah cabang, jumlah buah, umur buah di tanaman, panjang buah, dan kehijauan daun. Jumlah buah pada media sekam bakar tidak ada pengaruh paklobutrazol tetapi pada media campuran pengaruh konsentrasi paklobutrazol memberikan pengaruh. Pada media sekam bakar setiap penambahan konsentrasi 1 ppm paklobutrazol menurunkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 0,2 cm, sedangkan pada media sekam campuran paklobutrazol menurunkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 0,36 cm

    Seasonal rainfall at long-term migratory staging sites is associated with altered carry-over effects in a Palearctic-African migratory bird.

    BACKGROUND: An understanding of year-round habitat use is essential for determining how carry-over effects shape population dynamics in long-distance migratory songbirds. The recent discovery of long-term migratory staging sites in many species, prior to arrival at final wintering sites, adds complexity to efforts to decipher non-breeding habitat use and connections between sites. We investigated whether habitat conditions during migratory staging carry over to influence great reed warbler (Acrocephalus arundinaceus) body condition at final wintering sites in Zambia. We asked whether the presence/absence and strength of such carry-over effects were modified by contrasting rainfall conditions during 2 years. RESULTS: First, we found that individuals staging in a dry year had higher corticosterone (CORTf) and stable nitrogen isotope values (suggesting higher aridity) than birds staging in a wet year, indicating that regional weather affected staging conditions. Second, we found that carry-over effects from staging habitat conditions (measured via carbon and nitrogen isotopes) to final winter site body condition (measured via scaled mass index and β-hydroxybutyrate) were only present in a dry year, suggesting that environmental factors have consequences for the strength of carry-over effects. Our results also suggest that wet conditions at final winter sites may buffer the effects of poor staging conditions, at least in the short term, since individuals that staged in a dry year had higher scaled mass indices in Zambia than individuals that staged in a wet year.
