Entanglement Dynamics in a Dispersively Coupled Qubit-Oscillator System

We study entanglement dynamics in a system consisting of a qubit dispersively coupled to a finite-temperature, dissipative, driven oscillator. We show that there are two generic ways to generate entanglement: one can entangle the qubit either with the phase or the amplitude of the oscillator's motion. Using an exact solution of the relevant quantum master equation, we study the robustness of both these kinds of entanglement against the effects of dissipation and temperature; in the limit of zero temperature (but finite damping), a simple analytic expression is derived for the logarithmic negativity. We also discuss how the generated entanglement may be detected via dephasing revivals, being mindful that revivals can occur even in the absence of any useful entanglement. Our results have relevance to quantum electromechanics, as well as to circuit QED systems.Comment: 5 pages, 5 figure

Skipsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. 2016.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sosiologi melalui pelaksanaan tindakan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing pada siswa kelas XI IPS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis diskriptif kualitataif dan kuantitatifHasil penelitian dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi stratifikasi sosial, ditinjau dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketrampilan. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada saat pratindakan mendapatkan perolehan aspek kognitif sebesar 2,42, sedangkan pada aspek sikap sebesar 1,43 dan pada aspek keterampilan menunjukkan hasil 1,85. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan daripada pratindakan. Rata-rata hasil belajar aspek kognitif siklus I sebesar 2,9, sedangkan pada aspek sikap sebesar 2,39, dan pada aspek keterampilan menunjukkan hasil 2,34. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus II menunjukkan hasil meningkat yaitu perolehan pada aspek kognitif mendapat rata-rata 3,13, sedangkan aspek sikap sebesar 2,93, dan pada aspek ketrampilan sebesar 3.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sosiologi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 5 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

Teaching English Articles by Using Field Trip Technique to the Eighth Grade Students

The research aimed at proving that the use of field trip can improve the student's ability in using English Articles. Pre-experimental design was applied in this research. The research sample was students in class VIIIA which consisted of 18 students. The sample of this research was selected by using cluster sampling technique. The instrument of data collection was a test administered to the students as pre-test and post-test. The data was analyzed in order to know the significance of the achievement of the students between pre-test and post-test. Having analyzed the data, the result of pre-test was 26.94 and post-test was 75.55. The result of t-counted was 18.62. Referring to the table value by applying the degree of freedom (df) 18-1=17 and 0.05 level of significance, the writer found that the value of t-table was 1.740. The result of the data analysis shows that the hypothesis was accepted by regarding to the analysis that the t-counted was higher than the t-table. It means that the use of field trip is effective in teaching English articles

The Role of Perceived Uncertainty, Ego Identity, and Perceived Behavioral Control in Predicting Patient's Attitude Toward Medical Surgery

Medical surgery has sometimes become the only best choice for a patient's well-being. Unfortunately, not all patients have the willingness to live it. Often, therapeutic failure is caused by uncooperative attitudes of the patients which originate from their negative attitudes toward the surgery. This research is aimed at finding a theoretical model to explain psychological factors forming the patient's attitudes. This predictive correlational research was conducted on 99 patients suffering heart disease and cancer continuum who require medical surgery in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Research results showed that a commitment aspect of ego identity is able to indirectly predict attitude toward medical surgery through mediation of perceived uncertainty. Perceived behavioral control directly predicts the attitude in a negative direction. This research concludes that patients' commitment towards their identity plays a significant role as they deal with medical surgery

Perkembangan kredit di Indonesia didominasi oleh kredit konsumtif. Jumlah kredit konsumtif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya diteliti beberapa faktor, diantaranya: dana pihak ketiga, suku bunga kredit konsumtif, indeks harga konsumen dan kurs. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder tahun 2004-2012, dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak dana pihak ketiga, suku bunga kredit konsumtif, indeks harga konsumen dan kurs berpengaruh terhadap kredit konsumtif. Dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kredit konsumtif, sedangkan suku bunga kredit konsumtif, indeks harga konsumen dan kurs tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kredit konsumtif. Sistem Informasi Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Dagang Berbasis Multiuser pada Toko Lestari merupakan suatu sistem yang mengolah data barang, data penjualan, dan data pembelian. Pada sistem ini ada laporan data barang, laporan data konsumen, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan serta laporan laba/rugi. Untuk hak aksesnya pemilik bisa membuka semua form sedangkan kasir bisa membuka transaksi penjualan dan laporan stok barang. Pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Laporan Keuangan Berbasis Multiuser dengan studi kasus pada Toko Lestari, dimana dalam membangun sistem ini digunakan alat bantu pengembangan sistem yaitu Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Contex Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Flowchart serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Viisual Basic 6.0 dan MySql sebagai databasenya
