    Electronic-learning or e-learning as a tool to make teaching process to be more effective and efficient in Blended learning system. One of the technology that suitable to make effective and efficient learing system come true is using web site. But in order to make the web site easy to maintain, a suitable framework is needed. Prado framework, as a combonent-based and event-driven framework, can be the solution to create a web site hich is easy to maintain. These framework is can be run on PHP framework and can used in this e-learning web application to create web site which is easy to maintain and complete on teaching’s feature that needed. The features which is provided on this application are manage user, manage institution, manage course, manage exam, manage exercise, manage assignment, and communication features such as messaging, forum and disscussion board to enrich interaction between users in the e-learning application

    Evaluasi Dan Perencanaan Ulang Sistem Pengolahan Air Limbah RSUD Dr Harjono Ponorogo

    Pencemaran air limbah sebagai salah satu dampak pembangunan di berbagai bidang disamping memberikan manfaat bagi kesejahteraan rakyat. Selain itu peningkatan pencemaran lingkungan juga diakibatkan dari meningkatnya jumlah penduduk beserta aktifitasnya. Limbah yang berbentuk cair yang tidak dikelola dengan baik bisa menimbulkan bahaya terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia serta makhluk hidup lainnnya. Dalam hal ini, rumah sakit merupakan fasilitas publik yang memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr Harjono Ponorogo yang pertama memiliki luas lahan 16.659 m2. Pada tahun 2008 RSUD Dr Harjono Ponorogo dirasa kurang memenuhi sehingga perlunya dikembangkan, karena wilayah pengembangan di lokasi yang lama tidak memungkinkan maka perlu dilakukannya relokasi dengan luas lahan 63.142,88 m2. Peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan RSUD Dr Harjono Ponorogo salah satunya dengan penambahan jumlah tempat tidur pasien inap yang dirawat di RSUD Dr Harjono menjadi 350 TT. Pada tahun 2013 RSUD Dr Harjono kembali menambah dua gedung baru yang mana pada bangsal ini terjadi penambahan jumlah tempat tidur. Dengan adanya penambahan aktifitas RSUD Dr Harjono Ponorogo, tentunya akan menambah jumlah air limbah yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan studi untuk mengetahui besar air limbah yang dihasilkan setelah penambahan tempat tidur. Selain itu akan direncanakan pipa air limbah dan evaluasi Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) eksisting apakah cukup atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan pengumpulan data-data yang ada itu sendiri. Tahap pertama dilakukan untuk memperoleh data-data administrasi rumah sakit yang meliputi jumlah karyawan, jumlah pasien, jumlah tempat tidur dan dimensi dari IPAL pada kondisi eksisting. Tahap selanjutnya dilakukan analisis hidrolika untuk mengetahui besar debit air bersih, debit air limbah yang dihasilkan, dan merencanakan dimensi pipa dan IPAL yang memenuhi. Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan air bersih dari 0,000916972 m3/detik menjadi 0,003266667 m3/detik. Otomatis ini juga meningkatkan debit air limbah dari 0,00110028 m3/detik menjadi 0,00313596 m3/detik. Dalam perencanaan dimensi pipa digunakan pipa berdiameter 0,1 m dan 0,15 m. Dengan bertambahnya debit air limbah maka terjadi Perubahan pada IPAL yang meliputi penambahan sewage pit dengan dimensi 1,5m x 2m x 2,5m, desain ulang primary clarifier dengan dimensi 4m x 3m x 3m, penambahan unit tanki biofilter dari 2 unit menjadi 4 unit, serta rencana penambahan sludge drying bed dengan dimensi 2mx7mx1,5m. Sedangkan untuk final clarifier tidak dilakukan perrubahan, masih tetap dengan dimensi 5,2m x2m x2,3m karena ternyata masih memenuhi setelah dilakukan evaluasi.     This research while such the number of the HIV/AIDS in district Semarang are increasing. Lack of health facilities associated could have an impact on the to the reproductive age. The formulation problems this research include: how the implementation of those two years about 3 2010 HIV/AIDS in district Semarang? , what many factor are affecting the implementation of local regulations?. Research purposes to know the legislation number 3 years 2010 about HIV/AIDS in district Semarang. Research purposes to know the legislation number 3 years 2010 about HIV/AIDS in district Semarang. A literature study underlying this research using the theory George Edward III. The methodology used by the methodology qualitative .Analysis by using taxonomic analysis techniques and analysis of cultural theme . The result showed that the implementation of HIV/AIDS in district Semarang not optimally .This was apparent from the three phases which includes prevention , treatment , and rehabilitation. It is proven with increased rates of the HIV/AIDS , the number of health facilities inadequate to include the whole the district Semarang , and the availability of human resources not enough. Ineffective HIV/AIDS because the sectoral ego between government agencies and across the private sector , the stigma negative for the HIV/AIDS , and the culture permissiveness in society about. Based on the research done is recommended deprive sectoral ego happened , improve public education for HIV/AIDS , and improve health facilities and the quality of human resources

Inspection measures using the Black-Box Testing method comprising Application Function tests, test lighting intensity, and distance of the camera from the marker. Based on the examination and analysis of the results to the application that is built, it can be concluded that the use of the application can be a means to assist in the verification process with a series of billboards and distance testing lighting intensity during morning and afternoon

    Studi X-ray Diffractometry pada Struktur Coating Alumunium yang Dipreparasi Denganmetode Mechanical Alloying

    X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETRY STUDY ON STUCTURE OF ALUMINUM COATING PREPARED BY A MECHANICAL ALLOYING METHOD. Aluminum (Al) coating was successfully deposited on the surface of low carbon steel by using a mechanical alloying method. After coating deposition, the aluminum coating was annealed in vacuum furnace of 5.6 Pa at elevated temperatures of 600 oC, 700 oC and 800 oC. Phase transformation and structure changes in aluminum coating at varying curing temperatures ware studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The presence of Al (111) diffraction peak from the results of XRD characterization indicates thatAl coating was deposited on the surface of low carbon steel. On the other hand, the results of XRD characterization show the phase transformation and structure changes of Al coating due to the effect of annealing temperature. It was indicated by the presence of diffraction peaks of Al3,2Fe, Fe3Al, dan Fe0,8Al0,2 after annealing.An increase in annealing temperature leads to decrease in d-spacing, lattice parameter, and lattice constant Fe0,8Al0,2(110). However, the lattice strain and dislocation density are likely to increase. Structure coating evolution occurred due to the diffusion of aluminum to the substrate of low carbon steel

    Produksi Rosella dilakukan salah satunya oleh kelompok petani Toga Mandiri yang berlokasi di Desa Bringin Kec. Sambikerep, Surabaya Jawa Timur. Toga Mandiri telah mengembangkan berbagai produk olahan dari rosella, seperti minuman rosella, selai rosella dan rosella kering. Proses produksi rosella kering sebagian sudah menggunakan sollar dryer tetapi belum keseluruhan dikarenakan kapasitas dari sollar dryer saat ini yang masih terbatas. Dalam hal pemasaran, Toga Mandiri mengalami kesulitan dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menambah kapasitas dan kecepatan pengeringan sehingga dicapai peningkatan kualitas dari produk rosella kering yang dihasilkan dan meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran dari kelompok tani Toga Mandiri. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat adalah membantu permasalahan produksi dalam bentuk penerapan solar dryer untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan permasalahan pemasaran dalam bentuk event untuk peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas produksi rosella Toga Mandiri dan peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran tetapi belum efektif meningkatkan pemasarannya. ABSTRACT One of community that produce Roselle is Toga Mandiri, which is located in Bringin Village, Sambikerep Regency, Surabaya, East Java. Toga Mandiri has developed many variation of roselle products, such as beverage, jam and dried roselle. Dried roselle has been produced using solar dryer, but only some of it because of limited capacity of solar dryer. To solve the problem, community service was done with objective to add capacity and velocity of drying so it will enhance quality of the product and to expand the marketing of Toga Mandiri. Community service activity was done by adding solar dryer to enhance the quality of product and and by expand marketing through event to expand the market. The result of this community service gave better quality of product and enhanced the market but not effectively enough to raise selling quantity.
