Liderazgo en el comportamiento organizacional
The present work takes as an intention the description of the role of the leader inside the organizations transcomplex,as a point of item the effects and circumstances that that the social, cultural, historical and technological changes have generated in the last years about the world. For it, it is necessary to know how the leaders operate in terms his aptitude to influence, to persuading and to motivating his followers. The leadership inside the organizations transcomplex demands changes both in his essence and in his form of execution, according to the maelstrom informational and the changeable reality. Assertiveness and the ability to adapt are two fundamental pillars that guide the organizational leader to face contingencies and arbitrariness that arise in their environment. Therefore, it is relevant to ask questions about the changes that the leader must carry out both in relation to himself and in the organizational sphere.
It is important, because it is the ability of a boss to guide and direct. An organization may have adequate planning, control etc. and not survive the lack of a proper leader, even such an organization may lack planning and control, but having a good leader it can get ahead.
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito la descripción del rol del líder dentro de las organizaciones transcomplejas, tomando como punto de partida los efectos y circunstancias que los cambios sociales, culturales, históricos y tecnológicos han generado en los últimos años alrededor del mundo. Por ello, es necesario conocer como los líderes en términos de su capacidad de influir, persuadir y motivar a sus seguidores. El liderazgo dentro de las organizaciones transcomplejas exige cambios tanto en su esencia como en su forma de ejecución, acorde con la vorágine informacional y la realidad cambiante. La asertividad y la capacidad de adaptación son dos pilares fundamentales que guían al líder organizacional a enfrentar contingencias y arbitrariedades que se presenten en su entorno. Por ello, resulta relevante plantearse preguntas acerca de los cambios que debe llevar a cabo el líder tanto en relación consigo mismo como en el ámbito organizacional.
Es importante, por ser la capacidad de un jefe para guiar y dirigir. Una organización puede tener una planeación adecuada, control etc. y no sobrevivir a la falta de un líder apropiado, incluso dicha organización puede carecer de planeación y control, pero, teniendo un buen líder puede salir adelante

Resurgence of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases in Venezuela as a Regional Public Health Threat in the Americas.
Venezuela's tumbling economy and authoritarian rule have precipitated an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. Hyperinflation rates now exceed 45,000%, and Venezuela's health system is in free fall. The country is experiencing a massive exodus of biomedical scientists and qualified healthcare professionals. Reemergence of arthropod-borne and vaccine-preventable diseases has sparked serious epidemics that also affect neighboring countries. In this article, we discuss the ongoing epidemics of measles and diphtheria in Venezuela and their disproportionate impact on indigenous populations. We also discuss the potential for reemergence of poliomyelitis and conclude that action to halt the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases within Venezuela is a matter of urgency for the country and the region. We further provide specific recommendations for addressing this crisis
