    Purchasing activities are part of procurement activities on a company that has a strategic role. In an enterprise, procurement activities will determine the products produced by the company. Which if procurement activities goes well then the resulting product the better. So the purpose of this research is to determine the positioning of raw materials ginger, turmeric, kencur, bitter and gotu kola into Kraljic Portfolio Matrix. Where do the grouping is done on 5 items of raw materials by using the Kraljic Portfolio Matrix models. Through the calculation of Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN), the Multidimensional Scale, and the output mapping using SPSS 16, the obtained results the raw material of jahe, temulawak and kencur included into the category of critical quadrant., while sambiloto and pegagan belongs to the category of routine quadrant. The aim of this article is to address some of these problems. It proposes the use of a fuzzy multi-attribute decision making approach to assign the importance weights to different supply risk and profit impact dimensions, and further, to incorporate a Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) approach to objectively position the commodities in a continuous scale of -1 to +1 for appropriate classification in the Kraljic Portfolio Matrix (KPM)

    Kebumen is one of district in Central Java, which have potential object of tourism can be developed. Based on the calculation by the method of AHP, the coast of logending was chosen as a tourist attraction to be developed. This research aims to identify variable marketing mix 7p of Logeding, described SWOT, and recommend an alternative strategy to shore Logending. To determine a strategy used to develop the coast of Logending , the methods used in the research was making SWOT matrix, determine an alternative strategy, the weightings of IFAS and EFAS matrix, and formulating strategies use Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). In the development of tourism kuesioner use a marketing mix 7P to determine the condition of Logending.This research defines 14 points strength and 7 points weakness, 5 points opportunities and 4 points threat that owned the coast logending, largest scores of IFAS points across with a means of playing children with points of 0,196 and points to EFAS largest is to points coast tourist attractions logending will give extra income for the people around with weights worth 0,436.The results of alternative was chosen to be proposed on local government is product development strategy with points 6,55

    One of the factors that influence the company performance is the presence of suppliers which supplies raw materials. Selection of suppliers is a Multi-Criteria Decison Problem, because many factors are qualitative and quantitative data can affect the performance of suppliers. So the purpose of this research is to determine the priority supplier companies to meet the raw material needs of jahe, temulawak, kencur, sambiloto and pegagan. Then do the classify 5 principal materials using Kraljic Portfolio Matrix. Based on the results of the calculations, the raw material of jahe, temulawak and kencur included into the category of critical quadrant. Analytical Network Process (ANP) can be used as an alternative to solve a problem that has many interrelated sub-criteria or influence in decision-making and Technique For Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for rangking suppliers. There are 13 sub-criteria used in the prioritization of suppliers. Based on the weighted sub-criteria by using the ANP, subcriteria that most influence in determining the priority of suppliers are offering price of 0.2736. Furthermore, to the supplier prioritization is done by using the TOPSIS method where the weight of sub-criteria obtained from ANP method

CV Sempurna Boga Makmus is company is concern in food and produced a lot of product like jelly, drink soda, drink sachet and syrup. Purpose of this research is to create information system that can help planning of purchasing material base of forecast data. Problem that facing in CV Sempurna Boga Makmur is a lot of material in factory and cumulation jelly product that expired in factory before selling. In this research we use nine methods in material requirement planning that is Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ), Fixed Order Period Requirement (FPR), Least Unit Cost (LUC), Least Total Cost (LTC), Part Period Balancing (PPB), dan Wagner Within Algorithm (WWA). From this reasearch have conclusion that LFL is the best method because produced minimal cost to company to do planning material

    Ebako PT Nusantara is a company engaged in manufacturing furniture. Ebako PT Nusantara produce various kinds of furniture is a table, jewelry table, a chair, a bed, a wardrobe and a sofa. The products were then exported to various countries according to client requests that Artictica, Stanlay, Sommerset Bay, Affiliated, SB.Stock, Lexington, Ralph Lauren, and so on.PT Ebako archipelago in the production process is divided into 2 Department work area. Area 1 or the Ministry of Production is the production area working process starts from the entry of wood material until the assembly process komponenyang consists of several sub-departments namely Lumber Yard, Roughmill, Smoothmill & CNC Sample, Panel, Veneer, Part Sanding, Assembly and Sanding with per day production target of 150 items to be sent to the production area 2.This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with research sample numbering 82 people. Results of the study found that the factors of competence, motivation and work environment partially affect the performance of the operators with fingers and each value of 0,016 <0.05, 0.042 <0.05 and 0.017 <0.05.Results of analysis of simultaneous test (F test) showed that the factors of competence, work motivation factors and environmental factors work together - just not significant and positive impact on the performance of the production operator. These results were confirmed by Adjusted R2 value is equal to 0.056

    The title of this research is Analysis of implementation 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seketsu, Shitsuke) in CV Sempurna Boga Makmur Warehouse Area. CV Sempurna Boga Makmur is a company that produce the food and beverage. It produces various types of food and beverages such as syrup victory, victory jelly, coco victory, freshger, powdered drinks, and others. Issues contained in CV Sempurna Boga Makmur is still inaccurate and inefficient use of storage space. In addition, there are less well-organized placement of existing goods in warehouses and storage of goods that have not been done on a regular basis and appropriate label. To improve efficiency in the warehousing system, we need a method that the equipment contained inside the warehouse stored properly and can avoid the difficulties of search and retrieval of goods or damage due to improper storage.
