This pape tries to explain the difference and the similarty of the law system that regulates the war law stated both in the International humanitarian law and in the Islamic law. This article will answer two main problems. First, what are the difference and the similarity of the regulation of the war law between International humanitarian law and the Islamic law? Second, to what extent is the. implementation of both International humanitarian law and the Islamic law when the war occurs?Based on the research the writer conducted, it could be concluded that: first, the similarity of the war regulation between International humanitarian law and the Islamic law covers the regulation of the beginning and the ending of the war, the method and the means used in the war time, the regulation of the war prisoner protection, the regulation of the civil society protection. In addition, both of these laws aims at humanizing the war. Moreover, the difference between International humanitarian law and the Islamic law are that while Islamic law clearly regulates the prohibition of war, the qualifications as prerequisites of war and the principle of balance, International humanitarian law do not do it so clearly that it enables a conflict tends to be a potential for war. Hence, the principles of Islamic law are appropriate to apply in, modern war condition. Second, the use of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, ill-treatment toward war prisoners, cruel treatment and ravishment toward civil society during wars show us that the implementation of International humanitarian law has not applied completely by the parties of lawsuit in wars. Different from the implementation of Islamic law both in the Prophet era and in caliph era, in every war, the Muslim soldiers much appreciated the human values such as a very human treatment to those who did not take part in wars, the war prisoners, even to animals

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebijakan personal selling yang terdiri dari kualifikasi sales executives, metode pemberian balas jasa, dan penetapan target penjualan dalam mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Kualifikasi sales executives terdiri dari tingkat pendidikan, softskill/kemampuan khusus, dan pengalaman kerja yang mempengaruhi kemampuan penjualan sales executives di PT. Astra International Tbk-TSO Cabang Malang Sutoyo. Kemudian dengan memberikan jaminan balas jasa berbentuk gaji dan insentif, menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai jaminan ikatan kerja dan penghargaan yang sesuai dengan kinerja sales executives. Perusahaan juga memberikan balas jasa non-finansial bagi sales executives agar dapat bekerja lebih baik dan berprestasi di Perusahaan. Terakhir, melalui penetapan target yang sesuai maka diharapkan dapat tercapai rasionalisasi bagi sales executives dalam menjual produk Perusahaan. Sales executive qualification consists of level of education, soft skill/special skill, and working experience that influence the sales capability of sales executives in PT. Astra International Tbk-TSO Malang Sutoyo. Then by giving fringe benefit assurance in form of salary and incentive, those things become the bondage and appreciation that suitable with performance of sales executives. The company also giving method gives non-financial fringe benefit for sales executives so they work even better and make more achievement in the company. The last, trough the right target establishment, rationalization for sales executives hope to be achieved in selling the product of the company

PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. is a modern cosmetics and herbal medicine company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The problems that exist in PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. is on the company\u27s Economic Value Added seen from the value of Invested Capital, NOPAT, WACC, and Capital Charges companies that fluctuate during the period 2012-2016. The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. in terms of Economic Value Added period 2012-2016. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The object of this study is the financial statements of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk consisting of Balance Sheet and Income Statement in 2012 until 2016. The data in this research is obtained through literature study and corporate documentation. The results showed that the Economic Value Added (EVA) in 2012 amounted to 1,142,908,461 can be assessed Positive because it is above the value 0 on a predetermined benchmark, which means there has been an economic value-added process for the company. In 2013 Economic Value Added (EVA) of-944,887,103 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmark that has been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. In 2014 Economic Value Added (EVA) of -11.210.007.738 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmark that has been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. In 2015 Economic Value Added (EVA) of -10.595.194.484 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmarks that have been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. Efficient Protocol of Micropropagation, and Organogenesis of Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. Plants via Stem and Leaf Segments

A highly efficient plant propagation protocol was developed for Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd. using nodal shoot segments. Different concentrations of 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) singly or in combination with both GA3 and adenine sulfate. Use of BAP at 0.5 mg/l combination with 20 mg/l adenine sulfate induced the highest frequency (100%) of shoot induction as well as maximum number of shoots per explant (10.6) followed by using the combination of 1.5 mg/l BAP with 0.5 mg/l GA3 which create 6.76 shoot /explants, while lower number of shoot/explants (5.88) was recorded in MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/l BAP and the proliferated shoot clumps were further multiplied and elongated. The highest rooting frequency (77.8%) as well as highest number of roots (4.9) was observed in full strength MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l Indole-acetic acid (IAA). In order to study the effects of organs culture (stem and leaf) in vitro culture of poinsettia, shoot regeneration frequently was 100% when the stem explants were placed on MS medium containing 1.0 mg/l BAP combination with 0.2 mg/l of NAA. Highest number of shoots per explant (6.95) was recorded followed by (5.83) shoots per explants in MS medium containing BAP 0.5 mg/l combination with GA3 0.1 mg/l. Shoot regeneration from Leaf explants reached 77.73% when the leaf explants were placed on MS medium containing BAP 1.0 mg/l combination with 0.2 mg/l of IAA and highest number of shoots per explant (3.00) was recorded. Regenerated plantlets were acclimatized successfully in the green house and finally transplanted in the pots
