Dampak Perilaku Komunikasi dan Pemahaman Nilai Keislaman terhadap Komunikasi Pencegahan Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik individual, perilaku komunikasi, nilai-nilai islam, aktivitas komunikasi untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan oleh Masyarakat Peduli Api di Bengkalis.Selanjutnya dipaparkan analisa perilaku komunikasi pada penangguhan api di Sepahat Bengkalis, dan menganalisasi dampak dari nilai-nilai islam pada aktivitas komunikasi untuk mencegah kebakaran hutan dan lahan di sepahat Bengkalis. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Sepahat Bukit Batu Bengkalis, dengan menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi dan konseling pada Komunitas Peduli Api. Total sampel 32 orang anggota Masyarakat Peduli Api. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan perilaku komunikasi terhadap aktivitas komunikasi untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan bagi anggota MPA. Dan juga ada korelasi yang signifikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan aktivitas komunikasi untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan bagi anggota MPA. Oleh karena itu perilaku komunikasi dan budidaya nilai-nilai Islam yang berkontribusi terhadap terbentuknya pola komunikasi pencegahan kebakaran hutan bagi anggota MPA di Desa Sepahat Bengkalis
Forming Process Product Trunk Profile C+/ Channel Plus on Cold Form Steel Machine
Research on the C+/ Channel Plus Product Forming Process on Cold Form Steel, is done because of the mildsteel with the new profile shape of C + (Channal Plus). This project purpose to determine the process of formingprofile C+ by considering the limits and tolerances allowed. Determining the forming process is an attempt madeto produce a Channal plus profile by considering the properties of the material, including the physicalproperties, mechanical properties and the formability of the profile material. An analytical approach is anattempt to avoid defects in products in a particular area from the result of forming. Each forming has a varietyof shapes, dimensions and functions. It takes the forming stages to produce light steel rod products ranging frommild steel raw material (coil) to the desired profile type. The result of the forming process is shown in the formof a flower diagram and is loaded in a 2 dimensional engineering drawing using Autodesk Inventor software
Desain dan Manufaktur Hopper Penyalur Pupuk Menggunakan Valve Metering Mechanism pada Cultivator untuk Pemupukan Kelapa Sawit
Fertilization plays an important role in increasing the production of palm oil. Fertilization by manually deployed using the hand is considered less effective because the dose of fertilizer is not uniform and improper fertilization methods. The purpose of thisresearch is to design and make the hopper (tank fertilizer distributor) for precise fit required dose and volume of uniform fertilizer for each tree. The case study method is used to getinformation about fertilization technique and dose of fertilizer. The information obtained is used to design and acquire the dimensions, the shape of the hopper is made. Design methodusing descriptive design french. Once the image is finished then print out the pictures do the work that will be done the manufacturing process. From the calculation and testing obtained capacity ofthe reservoir tank is 7.5 liters, volumemetering 1 0:09 L, metering 2 0.17 L, metering 30.26 L with dimensions of 200 mm × 150 mm × 283 mm. From the simulation results obtained structural analysis of the maximum value of the safety factor 15 minimum safety factor of 3.49, while the maximum displacement and displacement 0.04568 minimum 0 results shows that the hopper is safe to use. Hopper performance results have been obtained through the testing process with an average dose of the valve 1 0.07 kg (urea), 0.08 kg (TSP), valve 2 0.12 kg (urea), 0.14 kg (TSP fertilizer), and valve 3 0.17 kg (urea), 0.19 kg (TSP)
Wide parameter search for isolated pulsars using the Hough transform
We use the Hough transform to analyze data from the second science run of the
LIGO interferometers, to look for gravitational waves from isolated pulsars. We
search over the whole sky and over a large range of frequencies and spin-down
parameters. Our search method is based on the Hough transform, which is a
semi-coherent, computationally efficient, and robust pattern recognition
technique. We also present a validation of the search pipeline using hardware

Scaling-up co-trimoxazole prophylaxis in HIV-exposed and HIV-infected children in high HIV-prevalence countries.
Co-trimoxazole (trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole) is a widely available antibiotic that substantially reduces HIV-related morbidity and mortality in both adults and children. Prophylaxis with co-trimoxazole is a recommended intervention of proven benefit that could serve not only as an initial step towards improving paediatric care in young children with limited access to antiretroviral treatment, but also as an important complement to antiretroviral therapy in resource-limited settings. Despite co-trimoxazole's known clinical benefits, the potential operational benefits, and favourable recommendations by WHO, UNAIDS, and UNICEF, its routine use in developing countries--particularly sub-Saharan Africa--has remained limited. Out of an estimated 4 million children in need of co-trimoxazole prophylaxis (HIV-exposed and HIV-infected), only 4% are currently receiving this intervention. We discuss some of the major barriers preventing the scale-up of co-trimoxazole prophylaxis for children in countries with a high prevalence of HIV and propose specific actions required to tackle these challenges
