PROCESSO DE TRABALHO EM REABILITAÇÃO DE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA FÍSICA

Propostas terapêuticas estruturalmente biomédicas não alcançam a integralidade do cuidado, traduzindo-se em trabalhos fragmentados na saúde. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o processo de trabalho em uma clínica de fisioterapia, para propor uma estratégia na produção de trabalho interdisciplinar no cuidado integral às pessoas com deficiência física. A metodologia utilizada foi exploratória, descritiva, qualitativa, através de observação sistemática do processo de trabalho da equipe de atendimento, composta por 21 atores envolvidos na assistência, a partir de um roteiro flexível, sendo os dados delimitados por exaustão de informações. A análise das observações e entrevistas foi efetivada por meio de hermenêutica dialética. Obteve-se como principal resultado a ausência de estratégia para trabalho interdisciplinar, ainda que haja proposta de integralidade das ações, necessária ao cuidado das pessoas com deficiência física. Concluiu-se que há desarticulações no processo de trabalho em saúde, inviáveis à interdisciplinaridade. Destarte, sugeriu-se diretrizes necessárias à concretização de Trabalho Interdisciplinar

Structural Identification of Interprofessional Practices, of the teams of health care in the Rehabilitation Work Process – A Scoping Study

Interprofessionality brings at the center of its discussions the integration between health specialties as a driver of collaborative practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health work. The integration between professionals in shared decision-making gives security to users and professionals of health services. Currently, studies show that the practice of interprofessionality improves customer-centered services. Rehabilitation aimed at the recognition of the person that aims to meet the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions, with (re) construction of life. It is thought that interprofessionality is the path to comprehensive actions. In this context, the main question that guided this scope survey emerged: What are the elements that structure the interprofessional practices of health care teams used in the work process in rehabilitation? In theory, evidence of structuring elements of collaborative practices to the interprofessional work process are relevant to consolidate and improve the integrated work of rehabilitation.
