    Transporte escolar na Amazônia: uma análise dos condicionantes de acesso de estudantes ribeirinhos à escola do campo

    ABSTRACT. This article analyzes, within the area of public policies of school transportation and nucleation of rural schools, the conditions of access and permanence of students of a riverain school in Cametá (Pará, Brazil). The research is configured as a case study, which uses data collection techniques to apply questionnaires with 119 students from 6th to 9th grade of elementary school and with 14 boat owners, as well as in loco observations at the school surveyed. The results obtained indicate that, although school transportation is an important policy for students of riverain schools, there are weaknesses in the execution due to the lack of a control policy by the Secretariat of Education to monitor and monitor the provision of this service. It also, highlights the need for the establishment of social control mechanisms of the school transport policy that favor the participation of representatives of the Secretariat of Education, parents, boatmen, school social organizations and school representatives.   Keywords: Education of the countryside, Riparian schools, School Transportation.ABSTRACT. Este artículo analiza, dentro del área de políticas públicas de transporte escolar y nucleación de escuelas campesinas, las condiciones de acceso y permanencia de los estudiantes de una escuela ribereña en Cametá (PA, Brasil). La investigación se configura como un estudio de caso, que utiliza técnicas de recopilación de datos para aplicar cuestionarios con 119 estudiantes de sexto a noveno grado y con 14 propietarios de embarcaciones, así como observaciones in situ en la escuela encuestada. Los resultados obtenidos indican que, aunque el transporte escolar es una política importante para los estudiantes de las escuelas ribereñas, existen debilidades en la ejecución debido a la falta de una política de control por parte del Departamento de Educación para monitorear y monitorear la provisión de este servicio. También destaca, la necesidad de establecer mecanismos de control social de la política de transporte escolar que favorezcan la participación de representantes de la Secretaría de Educación, padres, barqueros, organizaciones sociales escolares y representantes escolares.ABSTRACT. Destaca-se ainda, a necessidade da instituição de mecanismos de controle social da política do transporte escolar que favoreçam a participação de representantes da Secretaria de Educação, pais, barqueiros, organizações sociais da escola e representantes da escola.
