Új lehetőség a daganatos fájdalom csillapításában Magyarországon: rövid hatású major analgetikumok

Absztrakt A közelmúltban a magyar gyógyszerpiac nagy hiányosságát pótolták: ismét törzskönyvi engedélyt kapott a szájon át adható rövid hatástartamú morfin. A rövid hatású morfinnak két indikációs területe van: a major analgetikus kezelés bevezetésekor a megfelelő dózis titrálása, valamint a fenntartó major analgetikus kezelés mellett jelentkező áttöréses fájdalmak kezelése. A cikk bemutatja a szájon át adható rövid hatástartamú morfin klinikai alkalmazásának alapjait. Orv. Hetil., 2015, 156(25), 1003–1006

Compact Lie groups isolated up to conjugacy

The set S(G)\mathcal S(G) of compact subgroups of a Hausdorff topological group GG can be equipped with the Vietoris topology. A compact subgroup KS(G)K\in\mathcal S(G) is isolated up to conjugacy if there is a neighborhood US(G)\mathcal U\subseteq\mathcal S(G) of KK such that every LUL\in\mathcal U is conjugate to KK. In this paper, we characterize compact subgroups of a Lie group that are isolated up to conjugacy. Our characterization depends only on the intrinsic structure of KK, the ambient Lie group GG and the embedding of KK into GG are irrelevant. In addition, we prove that any continuous homomorphism from a compact group GG onto a compact Lie group HH induces a continuous open map from S(G)\mathcal S(G) onto S(H)\mathcal S(H)

Feasibility of Onboard Smartphones for Railway Track Geometry Estimation: Sensing Capabilities and Characterization

The performance and sensitivity of smartphone sensors developed rapidly in recent years. Due to their accessibility and low costs compared to other industrial solutions, the use of smartphone sensors has become more and more common. In this article, the validity and reliability of a smartphone application in railway track geometry estimation are tested on a conventional rail line. This work focused on Galaxy S-series smartphones of Samsung and proposes an evaluation of the onboard sensing capabilities of their inertial sensors with the comparison of synchronous measurements by a multi-functional Track Recording Vehicle equipped with a contactless Track Geometry- (TGMS), and a Vehicle Dynamic Measuring System (VDMS). The raw accelerometer recordings showed a high-degree correlation with VDMS in both signal magnitude and waveform. The accuracy of gyroscope angular tracking in heading and pitching angle calculation was in the range of 0.2°–0.6°, which allowed the acceptable estimation of the central angle and the radius of horizontal curves. Based on the kinematic analysis techniques, the roll flexibility coefficient of the vehicle was determined, which allowed calculating the cross-level and the twist of the track. Furthermore, the local extreme values of the roll-rate gyro correlate with the isolated track geometry defects of the track twist gathered by TRV’s TGMS. Despite its limitations, the application of smartphones represents a prospective technological opportunity to explore new approaches and support rail asset management

Developing fatigue test machine for composite materials

    Get PDF
This paper’s goal is to introduce the third step of the EFOP-3.6.1-16-2016-00014. project on the Faculty of Engineering, University of Szeged. In this period the production technology of composite material was chosen and a fatigue test machine was developed and tested. The paper shortly describes the composite materials and summarizes the theory of fatigue than it presents the process of the development with several prototypes of fatigue test machine, some of which were manufactured and tested. Initially a shaker played the key role in the first two conceptions and finally a crank mechanism became as the best solution. The main solved problems during the development were selection of bearings and solving the partly dynamic balancing of the moving parts

Vibrational tests and analysis on materials used in aircraft

The current cargo capacity for aircraft is about 20% of their total weight, increasing this ratio would significantly increase the economics of aircraft logistics. This is why it’s important for material sciences to advance so that the materials used in aircraft construction become lighter while still retaining their structural integrity. In this paper we examined materials used in aircraft construction (steel, aluminum, plastics and composites) at the University of Szeged Faculty of Engineering. Using vibrational analysis we analyzed the test pieces for their natural frequency, we did this to gain insight to the range of frequencies that are least attenuated by the material the aircraft wings are made from. Using the data we gathered we wish to draw conclusions to which materials are more suited for aircraft wing construction

Possibilities of optimizing fuel consumption in hybrid and electronic airplanes

    Get PDF
The automotive industry was always characterized by innovation and the use of cutting edge technology. Daily we can see vehicles packed with technological advancements. The main focus of the current technological trend is electric drives. With the rise in popularity of electric cars more types of vehicles are adapting electric drives. In the case of airplanes the standards are higher than in the case of cars so the emphasis of research and innovation is greater. This paper presents a list of the challenges electric aircrafts face and their potential solutions. Currently many of these problems currently only have partial solutions if any. There is also a comparison between the properties of materials used and the expectations for hybrid aircraft. A comprehensive model was created taking into account the criteria set for hybrid and electric aircraft. With the aid of the model the effect of the most important components on efficiency can be assessed
