Uma Análise sobre o Mercado Mundial do Biodiesel

O combustível fóssil, base da matriz energética mundial, dá sinais de esgotamento das suas reservas e saturação ambiental por causa do aquecimento global. Surgiu assim um novo desafio para a Academia: encontrar um combustível substituto que seja renovável e não emita Dióxido de Carbono. O biodiesel surgiu como potencial substituto do combustível fóssil que se esgotará dentro de 50 anos. O mercado mundial de biodiesel está em expansão e demanda por informações econômicas referentes ao bicombustível. Este trabalho se propõe a realizar um levantamento sobre as informações de mercado do biodiesel e seu desenvolvimento no mundo. A Nova Precarização do Trabalho: um Mapa Conceitual

The new precarization of work, flexible precarization, presents changes and significant new elements within the context of precarious work. As a historical manifestation, it has gradually been included within structural-economic and institutional-political reforms. This paper aims to propose a conceptual map of the new precarization of work. The conceptual map is a critical tool for developing a scientific investigation and links concepts, context, and theoretical influences to promote the advancement of research in the field of the object studied. Three dimensions embodied the proposed map: the context, synthesized in the rise of neoliberalism, in the hegemony of the financial sector, in productive restructuring, and in economic globalization; flexible practices, in the condition of manifestations and causalities of the social arrangements, exposed in terms of the naturalization of unemployment, economic fatalism, the emptying of the State, the sanctity of contracts, deregulation, work intensification, the capture of savoir faire, decentralization and deterritorialization of productive units, technocratic manipulations, the weakening of the unions, part-time or temporary work, outsourcing, and despecialization; and the categories, relational expressions identified as flexible capitalism, flexible business, flexibility (flexible regulation), social precarization, and the movement from formal to real subsumption. Providing a synthesized image that seeks to critically apprehend the concreteness of the real, the map can be used as a script for new research and to contribute to critiques in the field of organizational studies. A nova precarização do trabalho, a precarização flexível, apresenta mudanças e novos elementos significativos no quadro de precariedade do trabalho. Enquanto manifestação histórica, insere-se paulatinamente no bojo das reformas estruturais-econômicas e institucionais-políticas. O objetivo deste texto foi propor um mapa conceitual da nova precarização do trabalho. O mapa conceitual é uma ferramenta crítica para o desenvolvimento de uma investigação científica e articula conceitos, contexto e influências teóricas para promover o avanço da pesquisa no campo do objeto estudado. Três dimensões consubstanciaram o mapa proposto: o contexto, sintetizado na ascensão do neoliberalismo, na hegemonia do setor financeiro, na reestruturação produtiva e na globalização da economia; as práticas flexíveis, na condição de manifestações e causalidades dos arranjos sociais, expostas em termos de naturalização do desemprego, fatalismo econômico, esvaziamento do Estado, santidade dos contratos, desregulamentação, intensificação do trabalho, captura do savoir faire, descentralização e desterritorialização das unidades produtivas, manipulações tecnocráticas, enfraquecimento dos sindicatos, trabalho parcial ou temporário, terceirização e desespecialização; e, as categorias, expressões relacionais identificadas como capitalismo flexível, empresa flexível, flexibilidade (regulação flexível), precarização social e a passagem da subsunção formal à real. Fornecendo uma imagem síntese que busca apreender criticamente a concreticidade do real, o mapa pode ser utilizado como roteiro para novas pesquisas e contribuir para a crítica no campo dos estudos organizacionais
