Contexto energético da Índia e os desafios e políticas relacionados

Analisa o cenário energético atual da Índia de forma ampla, entender seus desafios e explicitar as ações que o governo indiano tem tomado para conciliar as questões energéticas e ambientais, sempre com a preocupação com os custos envolvidos. No caso da Índia, em particular, a dimensão desses desafios se torna ainda mais evidente, pois há grandes questões internas a serem resolvidas e o país também tem papel fundamental no cenário energético mundial diante do seu grande consumo. Fica evidente, portanto, que a experiência pela qual o país vem passando na utilização de seus recursos energéticos e a consequente interferência no meio ambiente são uma importante sinalização para uma transição energética global nos próximos anos

Indefinição em definição: um olhar sobre a relação de Ernani Rosas com a tradição literária

Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Comunicação e Expressão, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Literatura, Florianópolis, 2005Este ensaio busca ampliar o conhecimento que temos sobre a poesia de Ernani Rosas, sua técnica e sua ligação com tendências já existentes na tradição literária, principalmente a de língua portuguesa, além das suas contribuições para esta tradição. Não exclui, contudo, o diálogo de sua produção poética com a literatura francófona, à qual os literatos brasileiros se vincularam estreitamente durante muito tempo. Não existindo até o presente momento, no âmbito acadêmico, uma pesquisa abrangente cujo escopo seja a crítica e a análise dos poemas deste autor, este ensaio e a pesquisa materializada nele pretendem divulgar sua poesia e aprofundar as reflexões possíveis sobre ela.This essay attempts to extend our knowledge about the poetry of Ernani Rosas, his techniques and his connection with the trends in literary tradition, chiefly related to the Portuguese language, in addition to his contribution to that tradition. However, this study does not exclude the dialogue between his poetic production and French-language literature, to which Brazilian writers were closely attached. Given that no comprehensive research has been conducted so far, whose aim is the criticism and the analysis of poems of this writer, the purpose of this essay and its research is to disseminate this writer#s poetry and elaborate on possible reflections on it

Opportunistic predation of a colony of Polybia platycephala (Richards) (Hymenoptera, Vespidae) by Labidus praedator (Smith) (Hymenoptera, Formicidae)

Social wasps have developed several defense mechanisms, especially against ants. Predator attacks are the main threat to their nests. The strategy adopted by the wasps, when attacked by ants, is to abandon the nest, thus preserving the adult population for future nesting. The present study reports in detail the predation of a colony of Polybia platycephala by Labidus praedator

Temporal activity patterns and foraging behavior by social wasps (Hymenoptera, Polistinae) on fruits of Mangifera indica L.(Anacardiaceae)

This research was done in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil on february 2012, with objective was to determine which species of social wasps visiting mango fruits, their behaviors displayed by them while foraging and verify which the species of wasps visitors offer risk of accidents to farmers. The studied area was monitored during February 2012, from 8:00 to 17:00. in a 144 hour effort, and the data collected included the time of activity, diversity, aggressiveness and the general behavior of social wasps around the fruits. There were registered a total of 175 individuals of 12 different species, healthy fruits were damaged during the day, and we registered the abundance and richness peaks throughout the day. This study indicated the needs for special care during the harvest, as aggressive wasps are indeed present and the abundant, resulting in a possible increase of the risk for the workers

A controvérsia da política indústrial no governo Dilma

TCC (graduação) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro Socioeconômico, Economia.Durante os anos que se seguiram após crise econômica de 2008 houve uma política decididamente industrial que foi executada a partir de 2010, o objetivo era frear o processo de desindustrialização Brasileiro. Este tema é o centro de amplos debates no meio acadêmico, - sobretudo - no que tange o papel da indústria no desenvolvimento da nação. Durante a execução do Plano Brasil Maior, o PT gerou resultados não esperados pelo governo e despertou muitas críticas e discussões sobre sua execução. Esse período marca uma reversão de paradigma sobre políticas desenvolvimentistas e culmina com o impeachment da presidenta. O presente trabalho busca compor um recorte da história do pensamento econômico brasileiro recente, sobretudo, em relação aos acontecimentos propagados durante a gestão de Dilma Rousseff ao redor deste tema tão controverso que é a política industrial. Para tanto, foram separadas as três correntes principais para reconstruir tal debate: a social desenvolvimentista, novo-desenvolvimentista e liberal. Assim, sintetizasse um panorama geral da política industrial, seus resultados, motivações e as conclusões que as correntes de pensamento têm das ações adotadas e demonstrando também um consenso de que a política de desoneração é o ponto mais reprovado do exercício

A trajetória do BCHASP/Banespa: do banco do café ao banco de Estado (1909-1939)

This research consists of a reconstruction of the BCHASP/Banespa trajectory, based on rigorous documentary research in a very heterogeneous collection. The Banco do Estado de São Paulo was one of the most important bank institutions of the Brazil. It´s origin was related with the Banco de Crédito Hipotecário e Agricola do Estado de São Paulo, incorporated by the french capital in 1909, with the guarantee of the government estate rate interest, to concede long-term credit to the coffee producers. The creation of the BCHASP was part of a range of planned measures arranged to combat the effects of the coffee recession between 1896 – 1906 and putting in practice in the first intervention in the coffee market. The São Paulo Estate Bank was taken over by the government in 1926 e converted to Banespa, working like a financial branch of the Permanent Program of Coffee Defense, and lately, became the financial Estate agent. As fontes desta pesquisa consistem em registros produzidos pelo Estado, tais como relatórios, mensagens, estatísticas e debates legislativos; registros do privados, como os relatórios da diretoria, atas de assembleias, correspondência, balanços, etc.; além de jornais, revistas e publicações editoriais contemporâneos.Esta pesquisa consiste em uma reconstituição da trajetória do BCHASP/Banespa tendo por base uma rigorosa pesquisa documental em acervo bastante heterogêneo. O Banco do Estado de São Paulo (Banespa) foi uma das mais importantes instituições bancárias do Brasil, cuja origem remonta a criação do Banco de Crédito Hipotecário e Agrícola do Estado de São Paulo (BCHASP), uma instituição incorporada pelo capital francês em 1909, mediante garantia de juros do governo estadual, cujo objetivo era conceder crédito de longo prazo aos cafeicultores paulistas. Na década de 1920, tendo o seu nome mudado para Banespa, o banco foi nacionalizado e encampado pelo governo estadual, passando a exercer papel importante no financiamento da Política de Valorização Permanente do café. Por abordar a trajetória de uma instituição bastante complexa, um banco privado destinado a execução de uma política pública, esta pesquisa não se restringiu aos métodos de história de empresas, preferindo analisar o banco como parte do processo mais amplo de evolução da política econômica e do encaminhamento político das questões relativas ao financiamento agrícola. Resource Storage in the Neotropical Social Wasp Mischocyttarus socialis (Saussure, 1854) (Vespidae: Polistini)

Like other Hymenoptera, the social wasps can store liquid and solid resources inside the cells of their nests as reserve for periods of foof shortage. This study describes the occurrence of honey storage in colonies of the neotropical independently-founding wasp Mischocyttarus socialis. During August 2016, in the dry season, 15 colonies in the post-emergence phase were recorded at the botanical garden of Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora in southwestern of Brazil. Five of the colonies showed honey stored inside empty and immature (eggs) cells. The presence of these two patterns for this species suggests that the storage behavior can be a short-term strategy to feed larvae as soon as they emerge and also a long-term storage to complement population diet during food shortages

Studies of social wasp diversity in Brazil: Over 30 years of research, advancements and priorities

The first records of social wasps in Brazil were made during expeditions that focused on the taxonomy and distribution of the species in the country. From the 70s there was a change in the essence of publications on the diversity of social wasps, which began to be directed to a specific place, which over the years have incorporated the use of sampling methodologies and analysis of results through ecological indexes. Since then, the neotropical social wasps have gained more prominence because of the recognition that act decisively in the trophic balance of ecosystems, thus increasing interest in research on these insects. So, our aim was to conduct a detailed analysis of published studies diversity of social wasps in Brazil over the past 33 years, aimed at increasing knowledge about the history of these works. For the literature review criteria were adopted: keywords with the matter and publications indexed in databases within the defined period. We found 78 publications, with the majority (70.52%) in scientific journals. From the year 2005, there was a regularly featured in publications with the years 2010, 2012 and 2014 as the most productive and a concentration of studies in BA, MG and SP states. Were used 11 collection methods, however there no a pattern of time or collection methodology, highlighting the Search-Active methods and Attractive Trap. The contribution of this analysis is to extend the current status of knowledge of social wasps with research as well as guide and encourage future studies to places unexplored
