Since the reform and opening up policy was adopted, Chinese economy has been keeping on developing with high speed, so as to its international trade. Therefore, English business contracts are widely used in the foreign economic and trade activities. However, we also find that there are still many foreign-related economic disputes which mainly caused by the ambiguity of translation happening in these trades. Due to the unclear rules of the parties’ obligations and rights, the improper translation of the contract, the meaning vague and the loose broad, the parties are tracked in this situation where any part of them could intentionally or unintentionally exploited a contractual loophole to avoid responsibility and obligation, which would lead to a dispute. The distortion of translation can lead to the fuzziness and uncertainty of contract which can be easily exploited by commercial fraud to evade responsibility; this situation is happened in reality and practice which has negative impact on foreign relations and trade. In order to make the business activities carried out more effectively, this article will discuss it mainly from the perspective of lexical characteristics and translation principal of business contract in order to make the translation be more accurate to benefit international business trade

Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2020, the policy net effect of the new urbanization strategy on industrial transformation and upgrading is evaluated by using PSM-DID. The research results show that the new urbanization strategy has a significant and sustained positive effect on industrial transformation and upgrading. The mechanism test results show that the new urbanization strategy promotes the industrial transformation and upgrading by influencing the regional financial development

Eukaryotic cells must precisely duplicate their genomes before they divide. The mechanisms of eukaryotic chromosomal DNA replication are far from clear, however, because very few cis- and trans-acting factors that function in eukaryotic DNA replication have been identified. To gain further insights into this problem, this work identified and characterized potential cis- and trans-acting replication factors for the replication initiation of Tetrahymena ribosomal RNA gene (rDNA);A search far cis-acting elements identified a cluster of predicted modular sequences and structural elements in the origin region of rDNA. The presence of these elements were verified experimentally; (1) two mung bean nuclease-hypersensitive sites were localized within the 5\u27NTS; (2) three fragments in the 5\u27NTS were found to contain bent DNA structures; (3) nuclear matrices were found to be present in the 5\u27NTS. These structural elements were also identified in five other eukaryotic origin regions, suggesting that clusters of modular structural elements may be a conserved feature in eukaryotic chromosomal origins of replication;Biochemical purification of potential trans-acting factors has led to the identification of the first DNA helicase in protozoan, Tetrahymena thermophila DNA helicase I. It co-fractionated through several steps with ssA-TIBF, an rDNA origin binding protein, indicating that they may functionally associate in rDNA replication in vivo. The ATP-binding subunit was determined to be ~70 kDa, distinct from the 24 kDa DNA binding subunit of ssA-TIBF. The directionality of this helicase was 3\u27 to 5\u27, indicating a possible functional interaction with DNA polymerase moving in the same direction during DNA replication. This helicase preferentially unwound helicase substrates containing a fork-like structure which resembles replication intermediates. Taken together, the properties of T. thermophila DNA helicase I suggest that it could function as a replicative helicase in leading strand DNA synthesis. A model is proposed to describe possible events in the replication initiation of Tetrahymena rDNA

Purpose: the distribution routing plans of multi-depots vehicle scheduling problem will increase exponentially along with the adding of customers. So, it becomes an important studying trend to solve the vehicle scheduling problem with heuristic algorithm. On the basis of building the model of multi-depots vehicle scheduling problem, in order to improve the efficiency of the multiple depots vehicle routing, the paper puts forward a fusion algorithm on multiple depots vehicle routing based on the ant colony algorithm with genetic algorithm. Design/methodology/approach: to achieve this objective, the genetic algorithm optimizes the parameters of the ant colony algorithm. The fusion algorithm on multiple depots vehicle based on the ant colony algorithm with genetic algorithm is proposed. Findings: simulation experiment indicates that the result of the fusion algorithm is more excellent than the other algorithm, and the improved algorithm has better convergence effective and global ability. Research limitations/implications: in this research, there are some assumption that might affect the accuracy of the model such as the pheromone volatile factor, heuristic factor in each period, and the selected multiple depots. These assumptions can be relaxed in future work. Originality/value: In this research, a new method for the multiple depots vehicle routing is proposed. The fusion algorithm eliminate the influence of the selected parameter by optimizing the heuristic factor, evaporation factor, initial pheromone distribute, and have the strong global searching ability. The Ant Colony algorithm imports cross operator and mutation operator for operating the first best solution and the second best solution in every iteration, and reserves the best solution. The cross and mutation operator extend the solution space and improve the convergence effective and the global ability. This research shows that considering both the ant colony and genetic algorithm together can improve the efficiency multiple depots vehicle routing.Peer Reviewe
