The Effect of Perceived Risks on Users’ Intention toAdopt Location Based Service

    Get PDF
With the development of 3G and a growing scale of mobile terminal holders, location based service (LBS) has the very broad market prospect. But now whether from the perspective of the cognitive degree or market scale, the application status of location based service are not satisfactory. At present, researches mostly stagnate in technical level, and less on consumers’ behavior. In this paper, we establish the research model of consumers’ intention to use location based service from the angle of perceived risks and apply the empirical test. The results of the study show that perceived service business risks, perceived service product risks and perceived financial risks have significant negative influence on users’ intention to adopt LBS. In addition, whether the users have experience of using the LBS will influence usage intention to some extent. Overall, the results of this study can help mobile agents understand the sources of business risks, so that they can regulate their own behavior, formulate rational policy and eliminate the risks in order to promote the long-term development of LBS

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [ZnCl2(C14H12N2O2)], the ZnII center is four-coordinated by two N atoms from one 2,9-dimethoxy-1,10-phenanthroline ligand and two Cl atoms. The coordination geometry is distorted tetrahedral, as the Zn—N bond distances are shorter than the Zn—Cl distances, and the Cl—Zn—N and Cl—Zn—Cl bond angles are much larger than the N—Zn—N angle. For the ligand, the O and C atoms of the methoxy groups are almost in the plane defined by the phenanthroline ring. The two O atoms deviate from the phenanthroline mean plane by 0.076 (2) and 0.084 (2) Å, and the two methyl C atoms deviate from the phenanthroline mean plane by 0.035 (3) and 0.361 (3) Å. There are medium π–π stacking interactions between two parallel phenanthroline rings with a centroid–centroid distance of 3.7860 (2) Å and a dihedral angle between the plane defined by the two parallel phenanthroline rings of 1.13 (5)°

Gap Anisotropy in Iron-Based Superconductors: A Point-Contact Andreev Reflection Study of BaFe2−x_{2-x}Nix_{x}As2_2 Single Crystals

We report a systematic investigation on c-axis point-contact Andreev reflection (PCAR) in BaFe2−x_{2-x}Nix_xAs2_2 superconducting single crystals from underdoped to overdoped regions (0.075 ≀x≀0.15\leq x\leq 0.15). At optimal doping (x=0.1x=0.1) the PCAR spectrum feature the structures of two superconducting gap and electron-boson coupling mode. In the s±s\pm scenario, quantitative analysis using a generalized Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) formalism with two gaps: one isotropic and another angle dependent, suggest a nodeless state in strong-coupling limit with gap minima on the Fermi surfaces. Upon crossing above the optimal doping (x>0.1x > 0.1), the PCAR spectrum show an in-gap sharp narrow peak at low bias, in contrast to the case of underdoped samples (x<0.1x < 0.1), signaling the onset of deepened gap minima or nodes in the superconducting gap. This result provides evidence of the modulation of the gap amplitude with doping concentration, consistent with the calculations for the orbital dependent pair interaction mediated by the antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure

New multiple positive solutions for elliptic equations with singularity and critical growth

    In this note, the existence of multiple positive solutions is established for a semilinear elliptic equation −∆u = λ u Îł + u 2 ∗−1 , x ∈ ℩, u = 0, x ∈ ∂℩, where ℩ is a smooth bounded domain in RN (N ≄ 3), 2∗ = 2N N−2 , Îł ∈ (0, 1) and λ > 0 is a real parameter. We show by the variational methods and perturbation functional that the problem has at least two positive solutions w0(x) and w1(x) with w0(x) < w1(x) in ℩

Highly Efficient White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Controllable Excitons Behavior by a Mixed Interlayer between Fluorescence Blue and Phosphorescence Yellow-Emitting Layers

A highly efficient hybrid white organic light-emitting diode (HWOLED) has been demonstrated with a mixed interlayer between fluorescent blue and phosphorescent yellow-emitting layers. The device structure is simplified by using a controllable fluorescence-mixed interlayer-phosphorescence emission layer structure. The electroluminance (EL) performance can be modulated easily by adjusting the ratio of the hole-predominated material to the electron-predominated material in the interlayer. It is found that the HWOLED with a ratio of 3 : 2 exhibits a current efficiency of 34 cd/A and a power efficiency of 29 lm/W at 1000 cd/m2 with warm white Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (CIE1931) coordinates of (0.4273, 0.4439). The improved efficiency and adaptive CIE coordinates are attributed to the controllable mixed interlayer with enhanced charge carrier transport, optimized excitons distribution, and improved harvestings of singlet and triplet excitons

AbstractRecently, the critical chain study has become a hot issue in the project management research field. The construction of the critical chain with multi-resource constraints is a new research subject. According to the system analysis theory and project portfolio theory, this paper discusses the creation of project portfolios based on the similarity principle and gives the definition of priority in multi-resource allocation based on quantitative analysis. A model with multi-resource constraints, which can be applied to the critical chain construction of the A-bid section in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, was proposed. Contrast analysis with the comprehensive treatment construction method and aggressive treatment construction method was carried out. This paper also makes suggestions for further research directions and subjects, which will be useful in improving the theories in relevant research fields

Levobupivacaine Induces Ferroptosis by miR-489-3p/SLC7A11 Signaling in Gastric Cancer

Gastric cancer is one of the most the prevalent malignancies and the therapeutic strategies for patients with gastric cancer remains limited. Local anesthetic levobupivacaine has demonstrated potential anti-cancer property, but its correlation with gastric cancer and ferroptosis is poor understood. Here, we identified the novel function of levobupivacaine in regulating ferroptosis of gastric cancer cells. The treatment of levobupivacaine suppressed gastric cancer cell viabilities and Edu-positive cell proportions. The gastric cancer cell growth was reduced by levobupivacaine in vivo. Moreover, the treatment of levobupivacaine enhanced erastin-induced inhibitory impact on gastric cancer cell viabilities. The levels of Fe2+/iron and lipid ROS were induced by levobupivacaine in erastin and RSL3-stimulated gastric cancer cells. levobupivacaine-upregulated miR-489-3p enhanced ferroptosis of gastric cancer cells by targeting SLC7A11. MiR-489-3p was involved in levobupivacaine-induced ferroptosis of gastric cancer cells. Levobupivacaine/miR-489-3p/SLC7A11 axis attenuates gastric cancer cell proliferation in vitro. Therefore, we concluded that the local anesthetic levobupivacaine induced ferroptosis of gastric cancer cells to repress gastric cancer cell growth by miR-489-3p/SLC7A11 axis

Abstract

Background

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is often diagnosed at a late stage with concomitant poor prognosis. The hypersensitive analytical technique of proteomics can detect molecular changes before the tumor is palpable. The surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectra (SELDI-TOF-MS) is a newly-developed technique of evaluating protein separation in recent years. The protein chips have established the expression of tumor protein in the serum specimens and become the newly discovered markers for tumor diagnosis. The objective of this study was to find new markers of the diagnosis among groups of CRC, colorectal benign diseases (CBD) and healthy controls. The assay of SELDI-TOF-MS with analytical technique of protein-chip bioinformatics was used to detect the expression of protein mass peaks in the sera of patients or controls. One hundred serum samples, including 52 cases of colorectal cancer, 27 cases of colorectal benign disease, and 21 cases of healthy controls, were examined by SELDI-TOF-MS with WCX2 protein-chips.

Results

The diagnostic models (I, II and III) were setup by analyzed the data and sieved markers using Ciphergen - Protein-Chip-Software 5.1. These models were combined with 3 protein mass peaks to discriminate CRC, CBD, and healthy controls. The accuracy, the sensitivity and the particularity of cross verification of these models are all highly over 80%.

Conclusions

The SELDI-TOF-MS is a useful tool to help diagnose colorectal cancer, especially during the early stage. However, identification of the significantly differentiated proteins needs further study.</p
