    E-Learning Technologies for Future Teachers: Introduction of Educational Innovations in Higher School Practice

    Mass introduction of e-learning in the higher education system due to spread of the pandemic has led to a search for effective information technologies and their adaptation, taking into account peculiarities of professional training of specialists in a particular field of knowledge. Based on the theoretical analysis, the conditions for ensuring professional growth of higher education teachers in accordance with the requirements of innovative development of society (improvement of professional education, continuing professional development, introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies, etc.) are established. Peculiarities of e-learning of specialists of pedagogical specialties and its functions in the process of their professional training are determined. The content of the concept of “e-learning” and ways to ensure its effectiveness (scientifically sound selection of the content of training courses, creation of discussion groups, feedback and online counselling).Innovative technologies of e-learning in the practice of higher education (gamification of the training process, use of cloud-based systems, information systems of intellectual teaching, mobile learning technologies, as well as virtual and augmented reality) are characterized. Their advantages, disadvantages and possibilities of introduction into the system of professional training of future teachers are determined. Creation of a model of continuous distance learning for high school teachers and experimental verification of its effectiveness seem promising.</em

Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience. – Vol. 11, Iss. 2, Sup. 1. – 2020. – P. 64–81.Future primary school teachers can feel their subjectivity and dive into the culture of learning activity as a basis for developing the main features of learning and professional subjectivity starting from the first classes in higher pedagogical educational institutions. The paper aims to scientifically and theoretically justify and experimentally verify some pedagogical conditions and methodologies for developing professional subjectivity in future primary school teachers, taking into account a neuropedagogical approach. Also, it substantiates the main pedagogical condition, that is, professional training should imply mastering the psychological structure of pedagogical activity in primary school and cultivating creative personality as the subject of this activity. It requires full compliance with certain pedagogical conditions. The latter should comply with neurophysiological characteristics of the participants in the educational process. The paper proves the effectiveness of these pedagogical conditions based on the questionnaire aimed at determining the effectiveness criteria for professional self-determination in higher education institutions, the diagnostic-related professional readiness methodology, the motivation towards higher education study methodology, the diagnostic of the structure of work motives methodology. The paper experimentally proves that their educational subjectivity is a manifestation of one’s capacity for subjective self-transformation in the learning activity, and pedagogical subjectivity represents the final stage of professional training and completion of pedagogical education, which acts as both synthesis and transformation of many invariant and variant subjective personality traits of students in the professionally important quality of the teacher, among which professional subjectivity is an integral one. EG respondents have shown better results in terms of levels of subjective qualities than CG respondents

    The object of the study is soils in areas with active military operations. The study is dedicated to assessing the environmental impact of military operations through forecasting. The paper highlights the impact of military conflict on the distribution of heavy metals in soils. An analysis of the distribution and interaction of heavy metals in soil is carried out, which helps to understand the dynamics of pollution in the context of military conflict, and allows to understand the complex processes of the impact of military operations on the environment and the state of soil resources. The complex interrelationships between military operations and environmental pollution are revealed, with an emphasis on the importance of studying the distribution and immobilization of iron and heavy metals in the current conditions of the risk of military operations. It is shown that the most rapidly distributed metals in the soil are: iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), antimony (Sb); the slowest: arsenic (As), lead (Pb), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn), vanadium (V). It was found that loams and chernozems are more prone to the accumulation of heavy metals and iron than sandy soils. Compared to sandy soil, the rate of metal release in loam decreases from 16.7 % to 69.7 %. In comparison of chernozem to loam, the release rate slows down from 17.85 % to 32.08 %. It was found that the rate of spreading of barium, cobalt, arsenic, lead, mercury, manganese, strontium and titanium does not depend on the type and mechanical parameters of the soil. The practical use of the results will help to predict the mechanism of pollution spread and help to identify the highest risk areas. The results of the study indicate the need to develop scientifically sound strategies for environmental protection and promotion of sustainable development in the area affected by military eventsОб’єктом дослідження є ґрунти на територіях із активним перебігом військових операцій. Дослідження присвячено оцінці впливу військових дій на довкілля за допомогою прогнозування. Висвітлено вплив військового конфлікту на розподіл заліза та важких металів у ґрунтах. Проведено аналіз розподілу та взаємодії важких металів у ґрунті, що допомагає зрозуміти динаміку забруднення в умовах воєнного конфлікту, дозволяє зрозуміти складні процеси впливу воєнних дій на довкілля та стан ґрунтових ресурсів. Розкрито складні взаємозв'язки між військовими діями та забрудненням довкілля, зроблено акцент на важливості вивчення розподілу та іммобілізації заліза та важких металів у сучасних умовах ризику поширення воєнних дій. Досліджено, що у ґрунті найбільш швидко розповсюджуються метали: залізо (Fe), цинк (Zn), кадмій (Cd), сурма (Sb); найповільніше: арсен(As), свинець (Pb), мідь (Cu), нікель (Ni), ртуть (Hg), марганець(Mn),ванадій (V). Виявлено, що суглинки та чорноземи більш схильні до накопичення важких металів та заліза, ніж піщані ґрунти. В порівнянні з піщаним ґрунтом у суглинку швидкість вивільнення металів зменшується від 16,7&nbsp;% до 69,7&nbsp;%. Визначено, що в порівнянні чорнозему до суглинку сповільнюється швидкість вивільнення від 17,85&nbsp;%, до 32,08&nbsp;%. Виявлено, що швидкість поширення барію, кобальту, арсену, свинцю, ртуті, марганцю, стронцію та титану не залежить від типу та механіко-параметрів ґрунту. Практичне використання результатів сприятиме передбаченню механізму поширення забруднення, допоможе визначити зони найвищого ризику. Результати дослідження вказують на необхідність розробки науково обґрунтованих стратегій з охорони довкілля та сприяння сталому розвитку в зоні впливу воєнних поді
