Tiered Small Medium Enterprise Training Model: Achieving SME’s Competitive Advantage in Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era
his study aims to analyze the model and implementation of tiered SME training in achieving
SME's competitive advantage in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The type of research used was qualitative
research through focus group discussion, in-depth interviews, and observation methods. The results of the
current study are (1) The Surabaya City Government initiated tiered SME training and developed by academ-
ics to facilitate the readiness of SME actors by involving trainers in increasing the competency of SME actors
in order to achieve competitive advantage in industrial revolution 4.0 era; (2) Challenges faced by SMEs in
the industrial revolution 4.0 era are increasingly severe, so that they require commitment, the ability to adapt
to change, and a strong willingness to learn; (3) Commitment, the ability to adapt to change, and the willing-
ness to learn SME actors have heterogeneit
Trust, collaboration, and quality management in model of agro-tourism kampung Salak Bojonegoro
Alteration strategy from competitive strategy to collaborative strategy is one tough challenge exclusively when it comes to business problems and enactment to similar business, including agribusiness. The research questions proposed in this research are: (1) Why do entrepreneurs who play a role in the agro-tourism Kampung Salak Bojonegoro have mutual trust toward each other? (2) How is the collaboration strategy applied in the agro-tourism Kampung Salak Bojonegoro? (3) How can quality management improvements be implemented to the model of agro- tourism Kampung Salak Bojonegoro?
The type of research used is qualitative research, with focus group discussion method, in-depth interview, and observation. The results of the current study are (1) The entrepreneurs have mutual trust toward each other because of being bound by the same goals, the existence of social norms which are the control to not compete with each other, and the urge to grow together for a better life; (2) The collaboration strategy is accomplished through mutual agreement, mutual learning and growing together, in a way successful entrepreneurs train the new growing entrepreneurs; (3) Quality management is implemented through tiered entrepreneurship training methods

The company, which is built around the society and use natural resources, has to be awareness and sensitive to the problem of environments and society welfare. The philosophy of CSR as a charity is quite difference motives from some companies in Indonesia. PT Semen Gresik as a mining company can not avoid to the responsible as their acts to u se natural resources. The method which is used in this research is qualitative descriptive. This is chosen based on the purpose want to describe and explain the issues which is affected from CSR program at PT Semen Gresik in related to stakeholder management. The result of the research, PT Semen Gresik is still not effective in stakeholder management. As state owned company / BUMN, there is a responsible to implanted CSR inside the company. But there are some lack to pay attention to the minority stakeholder
