У даній роботі досліджено проблему навчання розуміння новин англійською мовою, яка набуває важливого значення через формування навичок аудіювання та обговорення. У новинах передається нова або корисна інформація, тому приділяється багато уваги, щоб навчити студентів розуміти інформацію англомовних новин, так як вони не тільки інформують про події, але й є джерелом формування моделей соціальна поведінка. Вони допоможуть покращити розуміння вимови, а також вивчити нові слова та фрази. Спостерігаючи за процесом, підтримуємо думку про те, що отримання актуальної інформації про останні події підвищує інтерес студентів і мотивацію до розуміння, покращує їхні лінгвістичні здібності.This paper examines the problem of teaching listening and the need to develop the ability to understand news in English, which becomes important through the formation of listening and discussion skills. News conveys new and useful information, so a lot of attention is paid to teach students to understand information in English news, as they not only inform about events, but are also a source of forming patterns of social behavior. According to the results of the survey, it is appropriate to use news, they improve understanding of pronunciation and new words and phrases. Observing the process, we support the idea that obtaining up-to-date information on recent events increases students' interest and motivation for understanding and improves their linguistic abilities
