Розглянуто особливості мореплавання мілководними каналами Перської затоки, найбільш порівняним з плаванням мілководним Азовським морем. У затоці складні обмежені умови плавання, які характеризуються тим, що в ньому великий трафік риболовецьких суден, а також створюються штучні острови й підводні рифи. Проаналізовано специфіку клімату та погодних явищ, які впливають на безпеку мореплавання в цьому районі.Abstract. The special features of navigation on shallow channels of the Persian Gulf, most comparable with naviga-tion on the shallow Sea of Azov. There are complicated, constrained conditions of navigation in the gulf, characterized by heavy traffic of fishing boats, as well as artificial islands and underwater reefs. The paper considers the special features of the climate and weather conditions affecting the safety of navigation in this region.Аннотация. Рассмотрены особенности мореплавания по мелководным каналам Персидского залива, наиболее сравнимого с плаванием по мелководному Азовскому морю. В заливе сложные стесненные условия плавания, которые характеризуются тем, что в нем большой трафик рыболовецких судов, а также создаются искусственные острова и подводные рифы. Проанализирована специфика климата и погодных явлений, влияющих на безопасность мореплавания в этом районе

Model and Algorithm for Substantiating Solutions for Organization of High-Rise Construction Project

In the paper the models and the algorithm for the optimal plan formation for the organization of the material and logistical processes of the high-rise construction project and their financial support are developed. The model is based on the representation of the optimization procedure in the form of a non-linear problem of discrete programming, which consists in minimizing the execution time of a set of interrelated works by a limited number of partially interchangeable performers while limiting the total cost of performing the work. The proposed model and algorithm are the basis for creating specific organization management methodologies for the high-rise construction project
