    QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ENUMERATION OF SOIL MYCOFLORA IN BRINJAL CROP FIELDS.

    A total of 36 species of fungi belonging to 15 genera were isolated from brinjal crop fields of Kodad. The present study results clearly revealed that the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil showed variation in diversity of mycoflora.  Aspergillus was observed to be an important component of the present rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil fungal flora constituting 70.54% and 58.96% respectively, and Aspergillus niger was observed to be predominant species in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils.Key words: microflora, non-rhizosphere, rhizospher

    Syntéza a aplikace fluorfosfonátů

    In the Introduction part of this thesis, the chemistry of organo-fluorine compounds including the electronic properties that fluorine impacts onto organic molecules, steric effects, lipophilicity and other characteristics as well as applications and important features of organo-fluorine compounds are briefly discussed. Moreover, summary of the methods for their preparation, modern methods for fluorinations and enantioselective fluorinations, and fluoroalkylation methodologies in organic synthesis are described. Additionally, the chemistry of fluorinated phosphonates including their preparations, important applications and the chemistry of α,α-difluorophosphonates are discussed. The Results and discussion part describes nucleophilic trifluoromethylation of various electrophilic substrates using diethyl trifluoromethylphosphonate. Furthermore, efficient stereoselective synthesis of fluorovinylphosphonates by a base-induced HF elimination of α,α-difluorophosphonates is explained. In addition, synthesis of number of new, structurally diverse compounds, having a difluorophosphonate moiety using the reaction of diethyl difluoromethylphosphonate with various α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, Michael acceptors and imines are reported. Also, preliminary experiments dealing with nucleophilic reactions of...Úvodní část této práce pojednává o chemii organofluorových sloučenin včetně elektronických vlivů fluoru v organických molekulách, sterických efektů, lipofilních a jiných charakteristik. Rovněž je zde stručně zmíněno využití a důležité vlastnosti organofluorových sloučenin. Dále je popsán souhrn syntetických metod jejich přípravy, jako jsou moderní způsoby fluorace a enantioselektivní fluorace nebo fluoralkylační metody. Též je zmíněna chemie fluorovaných fosfonátů včetně způsobů jejich přípravy, důležitých aplikací a také chemie α,α-difluorfosfonátů. Výsledky práce a diskuze popisují využití diethyl-trifluormetylfosfonátu při nukleofilních trifluormetylacích různých elektrofilních substrátů. Dále je vysvětlena efektivní stereoselektivní syntéza fluorvinylfosfonátů, využívající bazicky vyvolanou eliminaci HF α,α-difluorfosfonátů. Dále je popsána syntéza mnoha nových, strukturně odlišných látek obsahujících difluorfosfonátovou skupinu pomocí reakce diethyl difluormetylfosfonátu s různými α,β-nenasycenými karbonylovými sloučeninami, Michaelovskými akceptory a iminy.
