ACE Inhibitor Combined with Spironolactone in the Treatment of Non Adenoma Primary Hyperaldosteronism
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ACE inhibitor (ACEI) combined with Spironolactone in the treatment of non adenoma primary Hyperaldosteronism (PA). Methods: 80 patients who entered our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected for this investigation. According to the random grouping method, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. A total of 40 patients in the control group were treated with Spironolactone. A total of 40 patients in the observation group were treated with perindopril on the basis of the control group. After treatment in different ways, the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared, The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular Ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was compared between the two groups. Result: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than 78% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (p<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in LVEDD, LVEF, and LVESD between the two groups (p>0.05). After treatment, the LVEF of both groups of patients increased, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the LVEDD and LVESD of both groups of patients were significantly reduced, but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (p<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.5%, while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15%. There was no significant difference between the two groups and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Spironolactone and ACEI in PA patients has a more significant effect, can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients, improve the cardiac function indicators of patients more significantly, and will not increase additional adverse reactions. It has clinical value
Emergency Decision Engineering Model Based on Sequential Games
AbstractWhen emergency breaks out, the problem how to make timely and efficiently the emergency decision is focus issue in emergency management. So an engineering model is established by using dynamic games firstly. Then the process of sequential games between decision maker and emergency is analyzed in detail. The information about emergency is got through finitely sequential games in order to bring forth the optimal relief plan and to provide support for the decision-making when an emergency occurs. Finally, the optimal relief plan that was generated by using the engineering model of sequential games is given by a specific example

Numerical optimization for vibration and noise of the wheel based on PSO-GA method
Currently, those reported researches conducted optimal design for the wheel only in order to reduce the tread wear and increase the service life, but they did not consider the wheel vibration and radiation noise which seriously influence people’s life and did not achieve obvious noise reduction effects. Aiming at this question, a multi-body dynamic model of the high-speed train was established, and the vertical and radial force was extracted to input into the finite element model of the wheel to compute its vibration characteristics. Then, the wheel was conducted on a multi-objective optimization based on particle swarm optimization improved by genetic algorithm (PSO-GA) method. Finally, the optimized vibration results were mapped to the acoustic element model to compute the radiation noise of the wheel. The computational model was also validated by experimental test. In order to observe the optimized effect, the optimized results were compared with those of the traditional GA and PSO method. Solutions of the traditional GA and PSO method were relatively dispersed during iterations and the algorithm could easily fall into the locally optimal solution. The optimized results of PSO-GA method were obviously better. Compared with the original wheel, the vibration acceleration was reduced by 22.9 %, and the mass was reduced by 1.1 %. Finally, the optimized vibration was mapped to the boundary element model to compute the radiation noise of the wheel, and the computational results were compared with the original wheel. Radiation noises of the original wheel were obviously more than that of the optimized wheel, and there were a lot of obvious peak noises in the original wheel. Radiation noises of the optimized wheel only had two obvious noise peaks in the analyzed frequency. Therefore, a wheel with low noises and lightweight was achieved in this paper
Aqua(hippurato)bis(1,10-phenanthroline)cobalt(II) nitrate monohydrate
In the title compound, [Co(C9H8NO3)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)]NO3·H2O, the CoII atom is six-coordinated by a carboxylate O atom of the hippurate (Hc) anion, a water O atom and four N atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry. The uncoordinated O atom of the hippuric acid anion is involved in an intramolecular hydrogen bond to the coordinated water molecule. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving the Hc anions, the coordinated water molecule, the nitrate anion and the uncoordinated water molecule
Topological Dirac states beyond orbitals for silicene on SiC(0001) surface
The discovery of intriguing properties related to the Dirac states in
graphene has spurred huge interest in exploring its two-dimensional group-IV
counterparts, such as silicene, germanene, and stanene. However, these
materials have to be obtained via synthesizing on substrates with strong
interfacial interactions, which usually destroy their intrinsic
()-orbital Dirac states. Here we report a theoretical study on the
existence of Dirac states arising from the orbitals instead of
orbitals in silicene on 4H-SiC(0001), which survive in spite of the strong
interfacial interactions. We also show that the exchange field together with
the spin-orbital coupling give rise to a detectable band gap of 1.3 meV. Berry
curvature calculations demonstrate the nontrivial topological nature of such
Dirac states with a Chern number , presenting the potential of realizing
quantum anomalous Hall effect for silicene on SiC(0001). Finally, we construct
a minimal effective model to capture the low-energy physics of this system.
This finding is expected to be also applicable to germanene and stanene, and
imply great application potentials in nanoelectronics.Comment: 6 Figures , Accepted by Nano Letter
