Сучасний стан та перспективи інвестування страховими компаніями України

Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану страхового ринку та тенденцій розвитку інвестування страховими компаніями України. Розроблено прогноз величини активів вітчизняних страхових компаній та їх частки у ВВП у середньостроковій перспективі. Обґрунтовано вибір оптимальних статистичних методів для отримання найбільш вірогідних, оптимістичних та песимістичних прогнозів окремих показників інвестиційної діяльності страховиків. Проведено оцінку перспектив інвестування страховими компаніями на основі сформованих прогнозів із врахуванням наслідків фінансової кризи. Запропоновано напрями розвитку вітчизняного страхового ринку за допомогою внутрішніх і зовнішніх механізмів в умовах сьогодення з метою зростання інвестиційних можливостей страховиків.Осуществлен анализ современного состояния страхового рынка и тенденций развития инвестирования страховыми компаниями Украины. Разработан прогноз величины активов отечественных страховых компаний и их соотношения с ВВП в среднесрочной перспективе. Обоснован выбор оптимальных статистических методов для получения наиболее достоверных, оптимистических и пессимистических прогнозов отдельных показателей инвестиционной деятельности страховщиков. Проведена оценка перспектив инвестирования страховыми компаниями на основании сформированных прогнозов с учетом следствий финансового кризиса. Предложены направления развития отечественного страхового рынка с помощью внутренних и внешних механизмов в современных условиях с целью роста инвестиционных возможностей страховщиков.The analysis of the insurance market current state and tendencies of investment development by the Ukrainian insurance companies is conducted. The forecast of the domestic insurance companies’ assets size and their ratio by gross national product in medium-term prospect is developed. The choice of optimum statistical methods in order to obtain the most expectable, optimistic and pessimistic forecasts of separate indicators of the insurers’ investment activity is proved. The estimation of the insurance companies investment prospects, based on the generated forecasts taking into account consequences of financial crisis, is conducted. Directions of development of the domestic insurance market by means of internal and external mechanisms in current conditions for the purpose of growth of investment possibilities of insurers are offered

Особенности процесса распылительной сушки высоковлажной биомассы Spirulina platensis

Проведен комплекс исследований по распылительному обезвоживанию биомассы Spirulina platensis, включающий исследование кинетических особенностей обезвоживания и теплотехнологических параметров распылительного способа сушки. Получены опытные партии порошков, проведен анализ дисперсионных и структурно-механических характеристик полученных порошков, показано, что процесс обезвоживания осуществляется при достаточно “мягких” термических условиях.Проведено комплекс досліджень розпилювального зневоднення біомаси Spirulina platensis, стосовно кінетичних особливостей сушіння та теплотехнологічних параметрів розпилювального способу сушки. Отримано дослідні партії порошків, проведено аналіз дисперсних та структурно-механічних характеристик отриманих порошків, виявлено, що процес зневоднення здійснюється при достатньо “м’яких” термічних умовах.A complex investigation of the spray drying of Spirulina platensis biomass have been carried out, which included studying of the kinetic properties of the dehydration process as well as the heat exchanging technological parametrs of spray drying technique. By using a pilot dryer, development types of the dry powdered product have been obtained. A analysis of the dispersion and mechanical characteristics of the powdered product being obtained has been performed. It has been shown that the drying processes has to be carried out at fairly soft dehydration regimes

A novel method for the sustainable management of wheat crops: exploration by simulation

Designing crop management strategies to meet both environmental and economic objectives is a growing preoccupation for advisers and researchers, in the move towards sustainable development. We describe here a simple and original method designed to facilitate this task and appropriate field experimentation. This method involves the use of a multi-stage procedure in which a simulation tool is used to explore a decisional space defined by an expert. As a case study, we designed crop management strategies for winter wheat in the Paris Basin. We aimed to maintain a high wheat yield of more than 9 t.ha-1 and grain quality whilst limiting the risks of nitrogen pollution by maintaining post-harvest soil nitrogen content below 30 kg.ha-1. The method was applied on two representative field situations with contrasting soil nitrogen supplies. We used the "DéciBlé" simulation tool to evaluate management strategies, expressed as sets of decision rules, for the possible technical choices such as cultivar, sowing date, sowing density and nitrogen supply. Our step-by-step approach involved progressive limitation of the decisional domain to be explored, and some of the solutions obtained were not intuitive. This method has two main novel features: (1) a simple design dealing with a complex problem, without reduction to a single judgement criterion and (2) results expressed as action plans similar to those implemented by farmers

Pilotage de la production et aide à la décision stratégique : le cas des exploitations en grande culture

Production management and stratégie décision support. The case of arable farm For farmers, the present question of redefinition of the new CAP implies redefinition of both strategic decisions and management practices. Most existing production models and decision support Systems dealing with tactical and operational decision levels seem to be inadequate to solve these problems. In this perspective, we suggest that a pertinent way of setting the problem involves emphasizing the farmer's vision to build evolution projects. According to the analysis of practices in arable farms, we assume that farmer's production management rests on an integrated vision of different decision levels (from operational to strategic ones) : for each crop, the farmer conceives a set of coordinated decision rules for the successive steps of technical management ; but these rules are strongly dependent on transversal levels of decision which deal with the necessary sol- ving of conflicts between activities for the allocation of limited resources (labour, equipment, money..). This vision structures production management by the way of plans of action which raise the problem of coordination. So, we design a framework to forma lize the production management. We assume that the formalization of a far- mer' s decision rules and the simulation of their resuit s in a set of scenarios may help the f armer to have a new look on his own mangement and may lead him to imagine new ways of managing production. Thus, we conceive Decision Support Systems which expand the decision maker's reasoning. These D.S.S. are based on managerial knowledge representation (the decisional model) and on simulation processing. The decisional model uses frames, production rules and specifie language. We implement tools that run decisional models and estimate their effects for several climat ic scenarios. The aim is to favour an interactive and cooperative approach between farmers who have resolved the problem and the adviser. This approach has been tried on problems such as wheat crop management and work organization in relation to the choice of equipment I labour levels. For this last point, an experimentation has been carried out since 1990 with groups of advisers and farmers. It showed the relevance of the approach as a support to imagine new technical and economical ways of organizing work and reflect on farms equipment. Another project is still in development for more rational irrigation management.L'objet de cet article est de présenter une démarche de modélisation de la production agricole dans une perspective d'aide à la décision stratégique. Cette démarche vise à privilégier une problématique de conseil basée sur la prise en compte des modalités pratiques de gestion des agriculteurs. L'objet de la première partie est de montrer à partir d'exemples les logiques qui structurent l'activité de gestion de production. Dans une deuxième partie, nous abordons la nature des interconnexions qui s'opèrent entre gestion courante et décisions stratégiques.
